Fantastic experience: We all are fan of Dr Bryan Harvey, My daughters were all terrified of going to Dentist. Now they look forward to it and I give full credit to Dr Bryan for this. He is an adorable person and make the patient feel super comfortable and give the necessary trearment only. Reception staffs are also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about booking a check up exam as I haven't had a check up in a few years. The booking system was very easy and the staff were very friendly. The exam itself was a breeze and Doctor Mohamed was very calming and explained the whole situation to me, with a follow up email sent shortly after. Every time I've come in so far, It's been a great experience (even more so considering dentists aren't typically great) and every time I called and asked for an invoice, it was sent right away with no issue. Fantastic service & should be the benchmark for other businesses.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a check-up with Dr. R. Manikandan, who was incredibly polite and friendly. Following the check-up, I had a molar filling that was performed with great professionalism, and I experienced no issues at all. It was a very positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I attended twice recently for a checkup, then for a filling replacement. On both occasions the experience was positive, both the Dental practice and Mr. Davey, an excellent dentist that I have known for many years, and who is so efficient, professional and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: My daughters love Leanne, she is always professional, polite & friendly, she always put’s everyone at ease, she is very approachable, easy to talk to and explains everything to you, giving you the available information & options and time for you to consider. She takes her time and goes through for example x-rays with you and your children and explains all the possible outcomes and treatments available with any advantages or disadvantages, really giving you all the information you need in a way you can understand. She answers the children’s endless questions with patience, kindness and understanding, it’s really invaluable to have the information to process before making decisions and knowing what may happen with relation to Orthodontic treatment for example. My husband and myself are also patient's of Leanne’s and we have both had to see her for emergency dental work on more then one occasion and she always makes time and undertakes an outstanding job. Always lovely to see her smiling face when you are in pain or having difficulty and she always gives you reassurance. She is a highly respected & invaluable member of the practice, I have highly recommended her to many people and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend her if you are looking for a Dentist for your children especially but also for all your family. There is no need to be scared or anxious with Leanne, she is very caring and gentle and if you are worried about Dentist’s, I promise those feelings will cease as soon as you walk through her surgery door. Fantastic experience: I have been with Together Dental for a number of years and am very happy with the care and service given by Rebecca for both myself and my children. She is very calm and explains things clearly. She has excellent rapport with the children, speaking directly to them about what is being done to them and why. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Rebecca Fitzgerald for years now, was absolutely thrilled with my Invisalign treatment and the huge difference it made. She always makes me feel really at ease and comfortable. Also my hygienist Yvette Murphy I’ve seen at my last few appointments I highly recommend too.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first experience today at the dentist. Maher Mohamed was brilliant and although my daughter got herself into a bit of a state due to panicking, he was so so patient with her and didn't make myself as a parent feel rushed to calm her and he really did do his best to try and make her happy. Now calmed and away my daughter remembers how funny he was and he was so kind. Thank you for your patience and also working with myself as the parent to encourage her to do what she needed to do.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to see Geo today for an tooth extraction. Reception staff were all very nice and I felt very welcome. Chatting and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Went in to see Geo such an amazing Dentist made me feel at ease straight away ( I was always worried about the dentist ). Can gladly say that I've never experienced such expertise and obviously a master at he's profession . Gave me 3 injection slightly felt one of them . No pain tooth extracted within 10 mins. I've had no pain what so ever since . After care first class . I Can glady say that I've never experienced this before. Was expecting some pain but nothing. Would like to say a massive thank you to Geo and he's team for making a person worrid about the Dentist to someone who has had there faith regained. Would recommend together dental practice. 5 star all day long. Thank you again Dave Lindsay

Negative experience: I’m absolutely appalled by the way they are not children friendly.. private or nhs they are just not designed for children, my daughter has a fear of the dentist and the man she saw just didn’t care.. now I’ve got to take my children out of this dentist and find them one who will make them feel welcome and not like nothing. Some of the reception have got a massive chip on their shoulder walking around thinking they are something special, when all they are doing is answering a phone and sitting gossiping about their love lives again how is that child friendly.. I dread making appointments for my kids.. just hate the place!!

They share the workload, they explain what they are doing and they make recommendations on tooth and gum care. Most recent set of students for our visit were clear, concise, caring. Welcoming and polite.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Mikalis Langas yesterday at Homewood Dental Surgery I would just like to thank Mikalis and his Dental Assistant so much for their courtesy and technical expertise in sorting my problem out. Absolutely faultless . It was quite complicated but dealt with so Professionally and painlessly. I’ve never experienced such a level of empathy and technical expertise ever . Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The receptionists were nice and helpful and Nina was very reassuring and provided great advice on the next best steps.

Negative experience: I was told via email about a week ago they were accepting NHS patients and when I’ve followed their instructions to call on a day I’m free to see if they have appointments for my baby and myself have been told they are no longer accepting nhs patients since Monday this week.

Fantastic experience: I have just walked in from my appointment for an all on 4 implant top set of teeth. I cannot stop looking in the mirror. I’ve not smiled for years due to crooked teeth. I did let out a profanity when he showed me the end result in the mirror. Absolutely amazing result. The staff are amazing from top to bottom and helped me through the long day. If there hadn’t been a female nurse in the room I would’ve cried at seeing my new teeth. I can’t thank the whole team enough. It will totally alter my life not holding my mouth shut tight in photos. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who wishes a friendly service.

Fantastic experience: Mrs Rowden is the best dentist at this practice. She always explains at every stage what she is doing and her work is excellent. She is also extremely kind and she has a way of relaxing you. I feel lucky to have a dentist like Mrs. Rowden.

Negative experience: I will make sure I'll do a formal.complain about my last visit. Few weeks ago I was in pain and I booked in and had a fill-in done thinking it will solve the issues. I got in pain and left with pain .. waited few days was still in pain ..filling wasn't done well therefore needed to go back anyway to cut story short being 3 times, being g charged and still had issues they told me I could have had an extraction ..went to another dentist private and not only solved the problem but paid more less rhe same and my pain has now gone. I understand can go wrong but no support give after and left in pain also being given a prescription with wrong address no idea where got it from ..overall not a good experience at all.

Fantastic experience: It's really reassuring when you find a dentist who is highly competent, professional and friendly and is able to respond to your needs quickly. I'm getting married in a few weeks time and a composite filling on my front tooth broke and Mrs P Rowden came to the rescue within 48 hours - that's what I call exemplary customer service. Negative experience: I had an implant done with this practice last year. Unfortunately, the crown fell off in a couple days after being installed. Then I had several (!) appointments to fix it, now the implant is falling again and another dentist said that it is due to the wrong size of the screw that was used in the first place. Additionally, they have a new receptionist (Nicola?) who is quite rude and very unhelpful. Other ladies are nice.

Fantastic experience: Bit worried about attending due to COVID but was so impressed. It was just like before. Staff are friendly it was so nice seeing Mr. Davey. Hand sanitizer, Wore face covering lots of space to sit. Cannot wait until we can see the hygienist again, when more confident will make an appointment.

Positive experience: I have been a private patient of this practice for around 30 years. Unfortunately due to selling out to a large company the practice has lost its personal touch, instead seemingly only interested in taking payments. The dentists/hygienists however are all very good.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to dentists for over 60 years, however this was the best experience by far. Most of all, I was very impressed by Dr. Ali Ahmed. He gave a thorough explanation of the cause of my tooth pain and walked through the xrays in detail on the big screen. He was very patient and professional throughout. I would strongly recommend seeing Dr Ahmed at thus practice.

I am positively impressed and fascinated by Dr. Ali's hard work and commitment to provide an excellent dental service to his patients and I am happy to share my experience with everyone. After 17 years since I started to have regular work done on my teeth and I have previously been disappointed after all the negative experiences with other doctors from different countries, I can finally say that I feel fortunate to have met a trustful and professional dentist. Dr. Ali is more than competent, he is knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated, ethical, perfectionist, he is very precise, always punctual, very creative and unlike other doctors, he is able to read your mind, understand your expectations and deliver what he promised. He is an artist and a genius in his work field. In my opinion, Dr. Ali's best nickname is the SCULPTOR. I honestly, felt that my new smile is a piece of art, like a sculpture, where Dr. Ali invested all his knowledge, experience, energy, focus and creativity to create such a beautiful and natural smile, just as I was expecting. On my last trip to Turkey, I was advised to have crowns and in that moment my heart was crying and my instinct was telling me that this is totally wrong, my teeth were not perfect, but not as bad, as to drill, damage and cover them with crowns. Dr. Ali patiently explained me all the options and ultimately I had composite bonding done, the minimally invasive and modern new technique. I did the right thing and the end result is spectacular. Laying back on the doctor's chair, I felt as if I was a sculpture and Dr. Ali created a more beautiful and confident smile than I had before. We do not often meet professionals who are gifted, showing perfection in their work field. In my view, Dr Ali is a very gifted cosmetic dentist. This made me wonder how many specialists in different professions and special people like this, have I ever met in my life? How many of them have truly impacted my life positively and I would still remember their name today? How many of them have actually inspired or changed my life in one way or another? I think my personal list of such people, that will stay in my mind forever is quite limited, but the few, who are on the list, are indeed, truly unique and special. Dr. Ali is on my list for being a STAR. I will never forget that he created a greater version of my smile and I am extremely happy, deeply grateful and thankful for this. With respect, Adelina

Fantastic experience: I attended a hygienist appointment today with Kavitha. I hadn’t been for ages because I have very sensitive teeth and kept putting it off! Kavitha was very sympathetic about my fears and was so gentle I barely had any discomfort. I’m so pleased with the result as my teeth look and feel so clean! Positive experience: Attended this morning for a hygiene visit. The cost of a hygienist has risen sharply under together dental and it was a surprise to be asked to pay for my treatment before receiving it. I was told that people have been leaving without paying? The staff in reception, the hygienist and the dental nurse were were professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Kavitha is calm, friendly and professional also very gentle when attending to teeth. Very annoying the Together dental portal doesn’t work though! I did mention it at reception but it appears it’s not their problem and for some it works others it doesn’t! Not encouraging in the IT world we live in and means medical records might not be up to date and folk can’t book appts on line

Positive experience: Laura was a delightful Hygienist putting me cometely at ease and explaining the treatment before beginning. Would definitely recommend her. Vignesh Sundaram is a very professional specialist who went to great pains to examine me and then to take time to explain and consider with me a variety of options. I would definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: No serious at all. They said they would send an email with confirmation but the email never arrived I had to keep calling to confirm the appointment. They advertised "free assessment " but it is actually is £50.

Negative experience: Used to be great, but seems to have changed very much for the worse. First appointment recently was told I didn't have an appointment and aggressively told to go away by the receptionist. Eventually the manager conceded they'd cancelled my appointment but not told me. Then had a wisdom tooth removed, which became infected. When I called to ask what to do, the receptionist refused to help and told me to call NHS. Another practice had to provide me with emergency treatment. Various complaints to the practice manager were generally ignored, though I did receive a phone call after I'd decided not to go back again. I have now switched to another local practice who have been great.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I’ve always had wonderful advice from the hygienists. They’re full of good tips that work (I can see and feel the difference), and they clean and polish my teeth caringly and considerately ensuring minimal discomfort (I have some sensitivity). Very impressed. Dentists at this practice have also been excellent. Last week Michalis Langas prescribed me some toothpaste to ease my sensitivity, and he was great with my kids, referring my teenage son to the student hygienist for a free session to improve his dental hygiene routine. Michalis called it ‘propaganda’, which made us laugh, and my son is already taking more care with his brushing! Brilliant. Desk staff are really helpful too, finding appointments to suit our demanding requirements. Thank you.

Positive experience: Louise tried so hard to be able to get my fallen out crown back in place but it turned out to be impossible. She was very professional with a friendly manner and so i will happily return once I've decided what my next procedure should be. Obvioulsy would have been a five star review if the crown had gone bac successfully!

Fantastic experience: Cannot believe how much of an amazing job Manjot has done on my teeth. I had a problem tooth that was a difficult fix. Went in not expecting too much as knew how difficult it would be to mend without spending a fortune on an implant! However she found a cost effective solution and she has worked miracles, I’m absolutely shocked at what she has managed to do to make it look better! I wasn’t expecting it to look nowhere as good as it does! I’m super impressed, wish I had found Manjot sooner! Massive thank you to both you and your colleague for doing such an amazing job whilst also making me feel super comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Had an abscess phoned up and fitted in very quickly by very friendly, helpful staff and a dentist who I have every confidence. Just been to the hygienist, really impressed, lovely lady very thorough and explained everything very well. Next appointment already booked with her. Crown came loose, no appointments that day asked me to phone 8 o'clock next day. Had a bit of a wait but got through and offered an appointment later that day with a different dentist, which was fine. Few minutes later another call offering an earlier appointment with my dentist. Really appreciate the quick appointment, all staff very friendly and helpful. Thankyou.

Positive experience: My wife's own experience of treatment was as usual caring and excellent. However whilst waiting she was horrified and distressed by the way that a receptionist aggressively humiliated an elderly patient who was having difficulty hearing and getting her bank card out whilst hanging on to a walking aid. It was so bad that another patient felt obliged to step in to help the victim.

Fantastic experience: I was having dental issues. I called this morning managed to get a cancellation appointment and was dealt with by Brad who identified and treated the issue promptly. Yet again really good service

Negative experience: Not at all impressed with being asked for payment prior to receiving treatment. I have been a patient for some considerable time and have spent not inconsiderable amounts with you. As far as I am concerned a major pr own goal and no doubt a levelling down policy.

Fantastic experience: Just had my back tooth out. Only Pain was injections otherwise didn’t feel a think. Dentist talked me through what she was doing and gave me precise instructions on what to do regarding aftercare.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with the hygienist Kavitha which did an amazing job! She has such a gentle hand and is a lovely person in general. I’ll definitely book with her again.

Negative experience: I was told by the hygienist half way through the session that the “machine was not working” and was offered a repeat appointment. As making time for dental and other appointments is difficult (as I work in the NHS), I declined. I was however charged the full £70 for the session. This left me doubting whether I received the full treatment. I will not be using this hygienist facility again.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the student hygienists, very knowledgeable and thorough. They showed extreme patience and sensitivity throughout the appointment, so my children were immediately at ease.

Fantastic experience: Have been using this dental practice for over thirty years. Cannot recommend it enough. last year I had 3 implants on the left side of my mouth to help me chew. Worth every penny. Work was done with care and no pain. Staff are friendly and polite.

Positive experience: Since changing from Homewood to Together dental it seems to be more pushing to sell you implants and dentures rather than the old fashioned help to save the tooth. Seems to be more profit based than caring. But staff friendly and helpful.
