Negative experience: In February 2024, I underwent cosmetic bonding at this practice. Unfortunately, the experience has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this clinic for composite bonding. Shortly after the procedure, within approximately two weeks, one of the bonded teeth popped out. This issue didn’t surprise me, as the bonding was applied as a single, large piece instead of treating the teeth individually. During the initial appointment, the dentist appeared rushed, and the results were subpar—my front teeth felt tight and painful. Although the dentist later adjusted the work, they left a noticeable gap between my teeth, completely defeating the purpose of the treatment to close those gaps. I had to return again to have this corrected, but the work was done roughly, leaving the teeth uneven and not smooth. Most recently, the same tooth popped off again, which was unsurprising given the rough application. When I returned for repairs, the dentist finally smoothed the teeth, but later that same day, another part chipped. Despite my concerns, the dentist insisted it wasn’t a chip, though I’m confident it was. This means I’ll need to go back yet again to resolve the issue. Throughout this ordeal, I’ve repeatedly asked the receptionist if another dentist could evaluate and handle my case, but I’ve been consistently told no. The repeated issues, lack of care, and unprofessionalism have left me incredibly frustrated. I strongly discourage anyone from seeking composite bonding at this practice. I’ve spent over £1K just for stress to be honest.

Negative experience: Hygienist chipped a large part of tooth off and told me to rinse wearing the dark glasses so obviously not to see it! (I took from my mouth before rinse and still have to escalate). Absolute appalling and unprofessional service, absolutely nothing has changed from this practise only the name..... Avoid and book Hilltop instead as they are very proffessinol.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish my experience was fantastic! Dr Vishal Patel was so friendly and great at explaining the whole process start to finish, including aftercare. I was apprehensive, as most people are going to the Dentist, and it had been a while since I had last been. I was also aware of potentially 2 teeth that I would have to have removed and explained this to him. He was re-assuring, careful and professional in removing my tooth and explained any questions I had in detail, making it easy to understand all options and steps. I have had mixed experiences previously dentistry wise with informal and cold, unhelpful dentists and this was the complete opposite and will 100% be the Dentist I use moving forwards! The receptionist and assistant were both very helpful too for aftercare, booking in and explaining any other questions I had. Thanks very much Dr Patel! And for an experience that naturally shouldn't be enjoyable actually turned out to be!

We always try to make use of the most biochemically advanced local anaesthesia to ensure patient comfort and it is something that we regularly conduct peer review on so that the treatments are not only exception, but exceptionally comfortable and pain-free!!
