Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice. Receptionists are smiley, courteous and professional. Mr Peach (Dentist) is a great dentist who makes me feel very relaxed, I used to be quite an anxious patient. He explains everything that’s happening in layman terms. Fantastic experience: I have been under Crystal Peaks dentist for a few years. Today I went in for a root canal on one of my front teeth which I wasn’t looking forward to as I’ve had this treatment in the past. The appointment was prompt and I can honestly say the dentist ( Dr Keeley Pigott) was so professional. She explained all the pros and cons and talked through the procedure as we went along. In all the years of different dentists I can honestly say that this is the best dentist I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service. I broke my tooth and was going on holiday the next day. I rang at 2.00 was told to come in at 2.45, seen straight away by dental therapist who sorted out my tooth. Fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience today. For a difficult treatment which none of us want to go through. I was informed throughout and it went as well as it could. The two people involved the dentist and support (sorry I don't know the job description) were fantastic.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, Sarah P always makes me feel comfortable whilst in the chair. Only downfall is, since changing hands they make you pay upfront for all treatments, this can be quite intimidating as some people may not be able to afford to pay the full bill at the time of a check up appointment. Should go back to how it was before, paying for the check up, and then paying the rest on the next appointment!

Ended up doing a thorough review of all my teeth and also did a smaller filling at the same time which they had been monitoring since my last appointment. Positive experience: My dentist is lovely & efficient, booking appointments & telephone communication is far more inconsistent & often frustrating. The repetition of form filling & data harvesting / sales I find infuriating. My dentist gets 5 stars, the admin side of the practice would be a 1 star review.

Positive experience: Went to have 2 fillings done this afternoon at Crystal Peaks Dental practice. Slight mixup at reception as they hadn't got my appointment booked todat but the hygienist swapped with a colleague so that she could still do the fillings she had originally booked me in for. The lady was very gentle, attentative and explained everything she was going to do. Had one injection on the backer lower tooth where a larger filling was needed and old silver filling had been. Also she said the new fillings are guaranteed so if one drops out I could have it replaced without charges. Didn't take long to do them either. Overall it was not so bad an experience as I thought it would be and pain-free!

Fantastic experience: The receptionist Laura was very helpful & Jacqueline the dental & her assistant was v helpful and did a nice job. I also got in the next day after making an appointment. Only private paid otherwise waiting list is a lot longer.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dental surgery for years now. Would not change. I always nake my appointments with Mr Peach, he puts you at ease, explains everything he is going to do, with your permission. Would not use any other dentist. The practice is great as are all the staff etc, who work there. Brilliant. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are professional, friendly and put you at ease. I would definitely recommend Keeley my dentist and Kendra my hygienist as their care and level of service is excellent...I travel one hour each way to stay at this practice!

Fantastic experience: Recently had to come for a deep clean on my teeth , for me a trip to the dentist is terrifying the two ladies who did my treatment were fantastic they put me at ease and can honestly say that’s been the best trip to dentist Iv ever had , highly recommend Thank you for a good experience
