He always takes time to explain his findings and the choices available. The dental nurses and reception staff are always helpful and polite. The dental surgery is impeccably clean and seems to have the latest equipment. When I needed emergency treatment, I got it straight away, even though it was a Saturday morning. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental practice for many years. Victor Chan is a very good dentist as he is calm, patient, and explains what will happen before the dental examination takes place. My teeth and gums are very healthy as a result of good treatment.

Fantastic experience: This was my first dental visit in a number of years as I had very bad experiences in the past and lots of dental anxiety. The assessment was with Dr. Tang, who was incredibly nice, patient and attentive and put me completely at ease. He asked a lot of relevant questions about my experiences, habits and medical history, and explained everything he was going to do beforehand. Afterwards he provided detailed explanations on treatment recommendations and options, and I had the feeling I was in complete control at all times. Overall this was one of the best experiences with a dentist I've ever had. Highly recommended, especially for anxious patients.

I’ve been to this dental surgery for over 30 years and never had a problem. Today I went to see Victor with a nagging tooth (first nagging tooth in over 30 years) and he sorted it out straight away, As soon as I got home all was well again. That’s when you know you’ve got a good dentist. Thank you so much Victor. Also thank you to the receptionist who did her very best to get me a suitable urgent appointment time.

She was very professional and easy going at the same time. I think the booking process was great and the surgery is very good at sending reminders - very useful for me!

Negative experience: Attended here many years as Ferndale and was seen by Victor, last visit right before Christmas I took an emergency appointment due to pain and thought I had an ulcer possibly. I saw a differ t dentist who I thought seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t see anything wrong ( I had another week of discomfort and gargling TCP after that waste of money £55). I was shocked when he told me the retainer I was using and bought maybe 15 of since attending Ferndale & Bromley park (not cheap!) was the wrong one and I don’t grind my teeth but clench and tried selling me retainer that was £1K ! When I left I got another repetitive email saying I’m due a dental check up and I’d be removed off NHS patient list if I did not book soon. I had always been a PRIVATE client and paid such fees!! I attended Shmile another local dentist about a few weeks later for hygienist appt to confirm I definitely had in issue where the pain had been…. All they want to do is sell! And the reason I had started to go to Shmile for hygienist appointments was because when I asked Victor why I could t book the hygienist he said it’s for people who have plaque buildup and my teeth were fine…ridiculous when you are trying stop build up and get teeth professionally cleaned twice a year. The reason my teeth were good is because Id been using Smilepod based in city of London for years to get teeth professionally cleaned twice a year…it was no longer practical when you don’t work in London though! I really could not recommend this dentist anymore sadly and as they ignore my reply to that last email, I’m sure I’m no longer a patient!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Bromley Park Dental and Implant centre for over a decade. It is a great practice and we have never had any issues. Victor Chan has been looking after us for years. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I visited the surgery to have a crown fitted following a 6 month check up. Mr Arnold Tang, my dentist was most reassuring (I'm a very nervous patient) and he didn't keep me waiting, fretting in the waiting room. He explained the procedure would finish with a temporary crown which would then be replaced with a permanent one in 3 weeks time. When he said, 'ok, all done for today. You will feel numb for a while so be careful.' I was amazed, I don't know when he numbed my mouth but I felt nothing. What service! 3 weeks later and within about 15 mins, I had my permanent crown. I left the surgery smiling and greatly impressed with Arnold's speed and efficency. Thank you.

Negative experience: Last time I went I was told that I had gum disease but no further detail on it but was advised to get teeth whitening. I have subsequently gone to another dentist who has said that I I have bone decay because of how expensive my Gum disease is and that they would never recommend whitening until that is sorted. It seems as though teeth whitening makes more money Than hygiene visits, which is what you need for getting rid of gum disease! The time before that I was told that I needed a root canal because they couldn’t read the x-rays properly, which would also be a huge amount of money especially as it was not needed. Don’t go here, they don’t care about your teeth health they care about your money!

Fantastic experience: If you need your teeth fixed up, these guys have got all the kit and don’t charge too much. Victor’s a lovely bloke and it didn’t hurt

He was very reassuring and considerate of my feelings. He went to great lengths to explain everything and make sure all my answers were covered. Fantastic experience: I visited the Dental and Implant Centre recently to get a second opinion on a tooth where the crown had come off. Delighted to find that Bromley Park Dental and Implant Centre could do both the tooth extraction and the replacement implant all on site. Dr Veeren Gupta and his assistant Lizzie were very clear in their advice. I also liked the great welcome I got from Molly on reception when I fronted up on spec for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My tooth broke over the weekend and I needed to book an emergency appointment. The receptionist who called me back was incredibly friendly, offered me an appointment within 2 hours, and got me all registered at the practice. I was very nervous about the appointment as I have a lot of anxiety about seeing the dentist but could not recommend this practice or the dentist I saw (Eimear Neilan) enough! I became very panicked and upset during the appointment but Eimear was wonderful and dealt with me in a very calm, understanding and supportive manner. She gave me options of what treatment I wanted to receive, spoke to me about past bad experienced, reassured me all throughout the treatment and always explained what was going to happen at each stage. Her and her assistant were also great with my partner sitting in with me, and helped keep the appointment a good balance of light hearted and supportive when I was scared. I'm still not a big fan of going to the dentist but knowing that I'll be able to be treated in such a compassionate manner by the staff really makes all the difference. Fantastic experience: This has been my regular dental practice for many years, and I can not recommend highly enough the treatment and the courtesy of both practitioners and reception staff. Appointments are punctual and good advice given on maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I was given excellent and detailed advice concerning my intention to have dental implants in the near future, with a full explanation of the various stages and comprehensive breakdown of the costs.

Fantastic experience: I've completed implant treatment with one of my lower teeth. The idea of drilling the gum was daunting although I knew implant was a right solution for me. In the end, the whole process of treatment turned out just straightforward ! Besides excellent medical knowledge and expertise as an implant specialist, Dr Gupta was extremely good at communication. I asked many questions via emails before the treatment and he was always quick to answer my questions including on potential risk and financial costs etc to make sure I was well informed and comfortable before the treatment process. I am very happy with Dr Gupta's treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bromley Dental Practice since I was a baby. 36 years of age and I can honestly say it just keeps getting better. I travel a long way to get there but I can’t think of ever going somewhere different. Eimear is kind, thoughtful and considerate. She always takes the time to ask about me and the family, which she then makes notes so she knows what to ask about the next time. My teeth are in great condition because she is thorough and offers great advice on how to keep my oral hygiene in perfect condition. I am in the middle of a root canal procedure and although complex it has not been an issue. Post work I have suffered very little discomfort. Would highly recommend the practice.

Eimear took over from him as my dentist and although at first I found the change to be difficult as no two people are the same but as time has gone on I have got used to Eimear and I find her to be polite, helpful and a really good dentist. I can't stress that enough - Dr Vinaya, her assistant, the girls on the front desk, all are so god damn professional, kind, thoughtful, informative, and patient - if I could give them 10 stars I genuinely would. I was literally dreading my visit today (had put this off for years) and in a hot 60 mins we had done X-rays, examination, other tests and a ruddy good cleaning and I was out the door. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this surgery for many years. When I found myself in the unfortunate situation of losing a very old crown, I was advised of all the options available to me by my dentist Eimear, and then guided through the whole implant process by Dr Veeren. Having this procedure is a bit of a journey, but at all times the treatment process and payment schedule were completely transparent, and I had every faith in Dr Veeren and his very professional staff. My implant is at the front of my mouth and you would not be able to tell the difference between the implant and the rest of my teeth, due to the attention of detail given to my treatment. I hope I don’t need another implant, but if I did, I would come to Dr V to have it!

As a very anxious patient, he put my mind to rest with his calm approach and his explanations of the options available to me and the next steps. Fantastic experience: I have recently had surgery for a dental implant with Dr Veeren Gupta. My initial consultation and subsequent visits have been met with extreme professionalism, skill and patience, and I cannot thank him enough. I had been anxious about the procedure for a long time but after visiting the practice and given step by step information I felt my worries disappear, if there was anywhere, I was to have the tooth implant it was here!! – The practice is spotlessly clean and equipped to the highest spec, the staff all friendly and kind. The surgery itself and recovery was not anywhere near as painful as imagined and I was given a call to check on how I was doing the day after which was very welcome. I highly recommend you visit if so required.

I was initially worried about his replacement when he retired.Fortunately, Park Dental practice continues to offer outstanding dental services that I was accustomed to. Eimear Neilan has a professional, informative and caring approach to dentistry. I recommend her unreservedly to others. At a time when there is a shortage of dentistry in some parts of the country, I am grateful that there is excellent provision close to where I live at Park Dental practice.

Dr. Veeren Gupta in particular, but also all the other staff I’ve met from the receptionists to dental assistants, have been professional, friendly and supportive.
