Fantastic experience: No changes following my last visit – still excellent service. The medical and reception staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Overall, a great experience. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and had my issue resolved during the same visit. I've decided to sign up for their membership plan, as I’ll definitely use their services again. The plan is very affordable and includes hygiene treatments and basic dental checks, so it's definitely worth the cost. Thank you, Clarendon!

On my recent visit I was able to see both the dentist and the hygienist all on the same afternoon, I couldn’t have wished for a better service. I can’t praise Veronika enough, her care and attention is quite exceptional. Fantastic experience: This visit to Kasha, my dentist, was a regular 6 monthly one. She is meticulous in checking my very aged teeth and thanks to her, I have a mouthful of my own teeth. I do have a current problem with one of them and I find her advice invaluable. I'm describing my visit as a totally dentist-phobic! There is an excellent reception team who are unfailingly both efficient and charming, not to mention the dental nurses who are extremely nice . A totally recommended team overall.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. Yesterday, I had a root canal procedure, and throughout the process, the doctor and nurses were very attentive to my feelings. Their professionalism and consideration for me as a patient made me feel very reassured. I expected it to be quite painful, but surprisingly, I didn't feel any pain at all during the two-hour procedure. I'm grateful for their detailed explanations of the entire process and the aftercare instructions. In terms of pricing, I would say it’s definitely worth it.

Only problem I had was that I needed a very quick appointment as I had broken a small piece from a tooth and earliest available slot was almost a week away. However, when I did get to see the dentist, they were exceptional and very thorough.

Positive experience: I was disappointed this time. My eye-protecting glasses were not clean. I said so, and they were immediately 'wiped'. I noticed that the overhead lamp also needed residue polished off. Kassia suggested that because the filling was so small, I may not require the local anaesthetic. I decided that if I needed an anaesthetic halfway through the filling, it would take up time. So I opted for a local, assuming it would be light. In my experience with local anaesthetics all my life, I have never had one that provided total numbness for +5 1/2 hours. The numbness dissipated after 8:15pm. At my appointment the previous week, I was given such a powerful anaesthetic, that I bit my lip quite badly, which took several days to heal. It took about 2 hours to dissipate.

It wasn't as easy as expected but that didn't faze her. I was told clearly how to treat my mouth over the next few days and received a check-up phone call the following morning. Fantastic experience: I'm not actually registered at Clarendon Dental Surgery, but I recently had to go there for a dental full mouth x-ray which my surgery were unable to do. The reception staff were all very welcoming and Leighanne who carried out the x-ray was very friendly and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them.

Positive experience: Had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment, it happened last time as well, I saw other patients come after me who were seen and left before I had my appointment, not a great feeling. It would have been nice if someone came and told me the dentist is running late, at least I would know that I hadn't been missed or forgotten about.

Fantastic experience: I never find a vist to the dentist to be an enjoyable experience be that as it may,the team take the time to make the visit as stress free as possible. Even the gentle prodding about flossing every day is done in a non judgemental fashion which is a departure from previous dentists. Negative experience: Booked appointment for hygienist and dentist on same day one straight after the other Went into hygienist on time but when I came out to see the dentist I was unfortunately left in the waiting room for 30 minutes Went to reception and they thought I had already been called up by the dentist. They told me I would be called very shortly I waited another 10 minutes and went back to reception and told them I could not wait any longer as I had to get back to work . As I was going away at the end of the week for 3 months it was not convenient for me to book another appointment. Have had no contact from the practice in relation to my missed appointment or apology for not keeping appointment As I pay for my treatment monthly , I thought I would get a refund or my monthly payment would reduce for the following year to compensate for the appointment that they could not keep. Unfortunately I have just been told I would get neither but could book the said appointment now ,which seems bizarre as I have my next appointment in a months time This is not the first time I have been let down unfortunately. I find that if I was kept upto date at the time ,this could of been sorted out quite easily . They have since told me they had an emergency patient in , but there was no mention of this at the time. The lady I spoke to feels that the dentist practice do not feel they are to blame and that is why I am not entitled to any refund .

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth so need an emergency appointment. Clarendon were great, I got to see a dentist the same day and they were able to actually fix the issue rather than put in a temporary solution. The whole team were courteous and great to deal with.

Negative experience: Booked appointment for kid. Payed 40£. Due to bad health/ sickness of the kid as it's now winter( after picking up from school to go to the dentist) called to cancel the appointment as we won't be able to attend. Been told to pay another 40 £ for cancellation! If I knew in advance that the kid will get sick in at appointment date, I would have changed it much earlier! Nothing bad to say about practice and dentist itself. Just disappointed about "money grabbing" practice does anyone else had this?
