Fantastic experience: I’ve wanted my teeth whitened for some time but at 65 I didn’t have much hope. I decided to visited my hygienist to enquire about teeth whitening. Ellie the hygienist explained to me what she could achieve & the results I could expect, to be honest I really didn’t expect too much change. I decided to have this treatment done to see if she could brighten my smile. It’s the best thing I’ve done, I am thrilled with the results. I never would have believed that Ellie could have achieved what she has, my teeth are white & sparkly again!! It’s boosted my confidence & my face looks bright. To add to my delight it wasn’t even expensive. I am absolutely thrilled, thank you Ellie x

Negative experience: Was referred to this surgery for a full OPG/X-ray of my jaw. Was promised an email by the end of the day, with a copy also sent to my surgery. A week later they still have yet to actually send the scan to myself or my dental surgery, after multiple calls and conversations. Absolutely useless, left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. I was very grateful to be fitted in today as unexpectedly needed emergency appt. Anna on reception lovely and super helpful as always and managed to get me slotted in. I usually see Audatious who is great but understandably as was fitted in for emergency had to see someone else. I saw Sowjanya today and she is also absolutely great and she was able to solve my problem on temporary basis as required. The staff are all so lovely and caring here, it is a great practice! I am thankful to be lucky enough to be one of their patients!!

Negative experience: In November 2024 I had a large hole in my tooth. Mid May 2025 2 check ups and 1 hygienist appointment later I was told that I had missed three appointments. The appointment I apparently missed to fix my tooth was in April. This is still over 5 whole months after I first presented myself. I also had £20 taken for a deposit for my next hygiene appointment. This money vanished when I asked the manageress who took it from me about it. My boy 17 yrs had a tooth removed here. He agreed a x ray as he thought he needed it. Then charged £50. ALL under 18s in UK get free dentistry. Taking the money from a minor seems greedy.. I did turn up to a appointment in April to be sent home by the manageress and told I had come on a wrong day. One send home turned into 3 missed appointments. I waited six months to be fixed. I still have the hole in my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist

Negative experience: You're asked to attend at least 10 minutes before an appointment to complete your forms, I wouldn't worry as you are bound to be waiting at least 20-30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen anyway. I don't think I've ever been seen on time for any appointment here. However, staff are friendly and helpful, the Hygienist is amazing. It's a shame that you spend most of your time in the waiting room reading about the cancellation policy, knowing full well the appointment you're about to book is likely to be cancelled on the day by the dentist due to some kind of training and then they'll be amazed you can't make it during your lunch break the following day. Other than that, no issues.

The procedure itself went smoothly, and the dentist explained everything in detail, making sure I knew what to expect. I was very nervous about the extractions, but they were gentle and efficient and made everything painless for me. After the procedure, they provided clear aftercare instructions for me too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for very good dental care. Thank you for making the experience much easier for me.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Masud and her nurse Samia enough for her their help today. I had an emergency appointment due to terrible tooth pain which was booked really quickly. Dr Masud was so kind to me and talked me through every process which resulted in my wisdom tooth being taken out. Again I can not thank them both enough for their help and kindness today. Also thank you to Anna the practice manager for sorting out the appointment.

Fantastic experience: My husband, my son and I had an appointment with Hussam and nurse Sonja. They are both amazing and really good dentist professionals. They really care a lot about patient experience and making sure they have amazing outcomes. The receptionist who works there is lovely as well, she’s very honest and cares about patients too. It came across all staff are pressured for time - especially the receptionist as there was only one on a lot of patients coming through. They need more reception staff and longer appointment times to ease pressure on staff.

Dr. Blerina was absolutely wonderful—so friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Positive experience: My dentist. Was able on this occasion to walk in and book two appointments. All done with ease as I am a patient there. Records were checked and this is required to make sure you are listed with them. Check is quite thorough. They enquire when you enter before booking appointments that we are still listed, before proceeding to book appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was the first patient of the new dentist today, Dr Umbreen Masud and she was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable and at ease as I don't like visiting dentists. I highly recommend this dental clinic. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Masud is an amazing person. Went back a week later to have teeth extracted and Dr Masud made me feel at ease and is a wonderful dentist. All in all so happy with the service. Highly recommend. After another check up, experienced great service and Dr Umbreen Masud makes me feel at ease relaxed. Cannot fault the service. Went back for teeth impressions and and Umbreen Masud makes me feel more like family than a patient. I will keep in touch with her as she is wonderful and cannot fault her at all. Exceptional service. Had my new dentures and they are amazing . Umbreen Masood is an amazing person and made me feel at ease Love this lady . Had my final dentist appointment and finally got my dentures. I cannot thank Umbreen enough for making feel at ease from the very first visit until the last. Everyone has commented on how great my new teeth look and they are perfect . Thank you for everything. Yet again had another appointment and cannot fault Umbreen Masood. Negative experience: I am trying to sue them owned by colosseum being owned by a Swiss company. They did a crown badly through a Greek self employed dentist working there . Where my tooth was ground down so much it was badly crowned . I had to fly to Turkey to sort out my teeth . Where I am giving their insurance company the bill. The practice went above and beyond to help me this morning after a sudden tooth infection come on causing agony and swelling. Im very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist and walking through the door was a big step for me but I was greeted with a kind voice and friendly smile from the lady on reception. I’m so grateful to the lovely lady on reception who spoke to the dentist on my behalf and called me strait back. The dentist I had an appointment with Parris was so kind and reassuring, he took his time to explained everything to me in detail and went above and beyond taking his time to reassure me as I was nervous and got strait to the problem and prescribed the medication I needed for the infection. I’m so grateful to the receptionist and the dentist who see me today for getting me in and treating me. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I saw the new dentist Umbreen Masud a few weeks ago for and two white fillings. Excellent service and the staff were welcoming. Highly recommended

Positive experience: Had a crown made and fitted recently. The whole process was quick and the results perfect - I was kept well informed of material options and what would be recommended. Dr Shihab, Jess and Chloe will take good care of you. Reduction of one star, as when I initially went to the dentist I had a black mark on a tooth. I was recommended a whitening course at circa £300 l, but the mark was removed by the hygienist at a later date, so this ended up being a waste of money.
