Negative experience: I called the clinic regarding my 7-year-old child. His baby tooth has not fallen out yet, and a new tooth is already coming in behind the gum. I was worried and hoped he could be seen soon. However, I was told that the clinic has run out of NHS funding and cannot currently see NHS patients. The only option offered was to wait until more funding becomes available or travel to a clinic much farther away. This situation is very upsetting as a parent. When a child has a dental issue, it should not depend on funding availability. It makes me feel like patients are treated as numbers rather than people who need care. I hope the clinic and the NHS can find a better solution for children who need timely treatment.

Negative experience: My daughter had 2 teeth out in preparation for her brace to be fitted. She was in a lot of pain afterwards and I was due to have an appointment later the same morning. Because of her being in pain, I didn’t feel I could leave her on her own. I called to explain and they couldn’t have been less helpful. Lost my deposit as a result. Seem more interested in making money on cosmetic procedures than actually treating teeth. Also, just take a look at the copy and paste replies on the bad reviews. The incorrect spelling of ‘Unfortunately’ is the same on every response. They don’t care about patients.

Negative experience: Disappointed - my routine appointment was cancelled by the surgery and I have been completely unable to make a new appointment - I have tried calling multiple times different times of day, leaving several messages, emailing the management email and using the contact form on the website - not a single response! It is shocking and highly disappointing as I have previously had good experiences here. Not sure what has changed but I feel the need to leave this review so some action can be taken and new patients will think twice before registering here.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to — avoid this place at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting — the staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about patients at all. I came in for an emergency appointment, in pain and desperate for help, and they treated me with no respect or empathy whatsoever. After looking at my teeth and identifying the problem, they had the nerve to tell me I’d need to pay for another check-up, because apparently the appointment I just had was “just a review.” Are you serious? I’ve never felt so robbed and disrespected by any medical professional in my life. The staff were snappy, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. You can tell the entire place is just after money — not your health or wellbeing. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this dentist as possible. There are plenty of good, caring professionals out there — this is not one of them. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful dentist! Myself and my son have been seen by Mariana in the last couple of days. My son was VERY nervous and at time extremely upset. Mariana was amazingly patient with him, she took her time to explain everything and answer all his questions. She was kind, caring and simply wonderful. I have been to see her for my appointment today, and while I'm not as nervous as my son, she was still so caring. I am so glad we found her at this dentist surgery. Thank you Mariana!

Fantastic experience: Got in as a emergency after a week of having severe tooth ache.staff very helpful and the dentist was very good in helping me and advising me on treatment.was also showed x ray which showed me how bad tooth was.have got appointment to then have tooth removed in just over a weeks time.3rd time at this dentist. Negative experience: PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! New filling fell out on the same day, went back second time same happened, for the 3rd time the filling stayed but so is tooth pain when I chew on it, I was also asking to see a different dentist after the second time it fell out and they refused to let me book in with anyone else, the only other person I have managed to see in there had happened after the 3rd filling was done and then it became painful, then he told me I'm probably confused which teeth is hurting because based on the X-ray the other teeth next to it need root canal treatment which I have refused. I am now registered with a different dentistry where they have no clue what they done to the teeth at this place and they can not fix it so it's now need to be taken out. They also confirmed the one next to it do NOT need root canal treatment! There is probably only one dentist in this place who is experienced the rest of them freshly graduated or not much experience behind them.

Negative experience: So I'm actually deeply saddened by this because the dentist I had been saying was so so lovely and I was super happy. However the dentist had to reschedule a routine appointment for myself and my children which was given to me without any regard to date and time, I had to cancel this appointment the day before as I was incredibly unwell with strep. I did so via their telephone cancellation instructions. I have since called multiple times trying to reschedule this appoints and have even used their online appointment request form, no one ever picks up the phone and I have waited over an hour in queues multiple times for the line to go dead and no one has responded to my online request so we are months overdue our appointment I presume blacklisted for no reason.

Negative experience: Really, really, really bad experience. I paid for a tooth removal to be done by a specialist. Got an appointment for a removal but the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to know from their records that the extraction should be done by a specialist that was referred by them (Copnor Dentistry). I got to the dentistry, to be told that the appointment was a mistake and the referred dentistry will contact me. Why on earth did they not inform me and cancel the appointment. Instead, I had to cancel my holidays and very important stuffs to honour the appointment. That is the lowest of the worst professionalism I have ever experienced. I wish there was a minus 10 rating.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have attended. Never answer the phone or constantly busy and they take payment from you before you have even seen the dentist. Reception staff seem more concerned over taking your money than anything else. Will not be returning.waiting time was around 20 mins after my scheduled appointment.

Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Registered online for NHS, took them two months to tell me to come in and fill in a form to register, failure number one. Then several months later went with my sister to register her, was told no longer taking NHS registrations and so I queried the status of mine and was told that they can't find me in the system, failure number two and that they can't even find out if I'm still being processed or not, another failure and more wasted time. Don't want to register now as don't trust they could look after my teeth if they can't keep a list of names! In a word: pathetic!

Negative experience: very good dentist until I had an emergency with a broken tooth, referred to have an extraction despite being 1st told a cap - then referral for a wisdom tooth (had all 4 wisdom teeth out 25 years ago), asked for them to send another referral for the correct tooth - was refused referral and told I have been taken off the Dentist's list and will no longer be seen - so have no referral and no Dentist due to putting in a complaint. Now putting in further complaint and obtaining medical evidence that I do NOT have any wisdom teeth - so I have been struck off the list for no proper reason than querying the problems. This should never have happened. Asked for the reason in writing and was refused.

Fantastic experience: A truly fantastic dentist service. From the reception staff to the dentist himself, I can’t fault the customer service. We are always made to feel welcome, they are transparent about their prices and that treatment has to be paid for up front (who can blame them when some people think it’s ok not to show up for an appointment!) The dentist has been very good with our children at their appointments. He is patient and explains everything that he is doing and this is greatly appreciated. Negative experience: I arrived on time for my appointment, however I felt very rushed and found the receptionists customer service to be very rude. I was asked to pay before seeing the dentist, which I found to be odd. The dentist was absolutely fine and explained things clearly and in a friendly manner. I felt that she was let down by the receptionists who asked for full payment for the future treatment. I explained that I could not pay in full at that time. I do not wish to return to this surgery as I felt it was all about the money and I think the receptionists need to go on some customer service training, or preferably not have a customer facing role.

Negative experience: Be more welcoming, receptionist seemed all about the money rather seeing what appointments were available before taking money. Dentist rushing. My 1st appointment and didn't have time to do xrays. Dental nurse not confident in entering info on the pc that the dentist was saying ending in it being repeated 3 or 4 times. Not very professional.

Negative experience: Walked in to sign up as new patient. Receptionist totally disinterested. I queried one of the requirements on the form, and her response was mumbles, groans, and shrugs of shoulders. I asked her a repeat of the same question and once again, shrug of shoulders saying she doesn’t know. Extremely poor level of customer service. Although this should be expected when dealing with someone who can barely speak English. I told her I would go elsewhere as I didn’t like her attitude, she then started shouting at me telling me ‘that’s fine!’. Rude and not interested - wouldn’t be surprised if this was the owner I saw. Avoid, unless you don’t mind being spoken and treated with less respect than you deserve.

I understand there's a possibility of the practice not being open as of yet, so rather pointless of them leaving options of communication if they're not going to reply.
