Fantastic experience: After experiencing ongoing tooth pain, I had to book an urgent appointment. I rang Winchester and managed to get one very quickly. Following an initial consultation and X-Ray, the extraction was done at the same time. The staff are very professional and very polite and all aftercare was fully explained. A top level of service.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was emergency - strong pain. The doctor was professional and kind. Dr Zeinab explained everything thoroughly and gave me several options on how she could help me. The appointment was delayed by 45 minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait. The one of the receptionists isn't overly pleased to see a patient, but the doctor's commitment and interest in the patient make a difference. Overall, I'm very pleased with the care I received here

Fantastic experience: Just had an extraction and polish with the new dentist Taffy and nurse Ash. They were both so lovely and professional. Taffy did the injections so gently I barely noticed. For the dentist it was a great experience and we even enjoyed a few laughs. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Unity Lamb is absolutely amazing. I am completely petrified of dentist's and haven't been for over 40 years. Got to the point I had no choice. From walking in to walking out Unity Lamb was so kind and comforting .Whilst I don't think I will ever get over my fear completely what she has done in just a few weeks is completely brilliant. I am unable to recommend her highly enough ❤️

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience at this dental surgery, zeinab was brilliant she explained everything giving me choices and the very fast service was the best from going Wednesday with no tooth to today going back and getting my new tooth which was made so quick with a fantastic fit. Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth extraction after a crack in the root caused pain. Quick and easy, minimal fuss. Akash and Aelish were professional throughout.

Negative experience: This surgery Extracted my partners tooth she has learning difficulties. They initially told us it would be £40 for a check up as she had chipped s tooth. When we arrived the practice was welcoming. They told us it would be a further £450 for treatment totalling ££490 which we agreed they took out the tooth and said all would be okay. When we went to pay the total was £575 we never noticed at the time but we had been charged an extra £85 for cleaning which wasn't carried out. They were given notes In Lucis treatment plan which clearly stated for extensive work a specialist dental practice was to be called and antibiotics should be given 1 hour before treatment is admistred. This is due to the rare brain condition she has and the risk of meningitis or infection. This was also not followed in fact we had to beg them to give us antibiotics when we left. Which were inferior to the ones she should have been given we were charged £35 extra for these. 2 days later Luci was in excruciating pain and Luci was convicted there was some tooth left in so we called the practice and visited again. They took a quick look said everything was ok and assured us it was Jaw bone. Luci the subsequently contracted an infection and had to see an emergency 111 NHS Dentist who told Luci they could not treat her as she is a special case following her notes. They took a quick look and advised we get to see her usual dentist and said that the previous practice had overcharged and not treated Luci property and we should complain. We did this and got a poor response with a reply saying they were not responsible and did all they could. Last Saturday 13th June nearly 3 weeks later the tooth reminace came out with some blood. We are very disappointed at the poor service and aftercare given. We feel we were ripped off and exploited and that Lucis life was put at risk.

Fantastic experience: My recent visit to Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery was outstanding, thanks to Dr. Iqra Awan and Nurse Kacey. Dr. Iqra was absolutely wonderful – incredibly professional, skilled, and put me completely at ease. Nurse Kacey was equally fantastic, assisting seamlessly throughout the entire process and contributing to a smooth, comfortable experience. The teamwork between them was impressive. Highly recommend this practice for their excellent, patient-focused care!

Fantastic experience: I was petrified in going to the dentist as I suffer from anxiety/ panic attacks,also this was my first experience with Dr Zeinab . I needed work doing to my bridge as it was loose after having xrays done I needed the root to be taken out as there was an infection, and have teeth added to my partial dentures. This morning it was my appointment at 7 30am she explained everything that she was going to do ,she made me feel so comfortable and calm. She put gel to numb my gum so I didn't feel the injection my root was taken out and my bridge that was loose was cut in half ,I didn't feel anything and before I knew it the work was done and my new parial denture with the extra teeth were added on ,she also prescribed me some antibiotics as the root that was taken out was very infected. Need to go next week to see how the new partial denture is doing and also the healing of my root that was taken out Dr Zeinab is an absolutely Angel I wish I would of known her sooner as she is the best dentist I have ever been too,and I be staying with Dr Zeinab. Also her assistant Aelish was also so nice ,plus the receptionist Arshpreet I also have told my family and family how outstanding Dr Zeinab is.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling treatment done by Zeinab and it was the best dentist appointment I’ve had - she made sure I was at ease and was informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. Fantastic experience: I am a patient at this practice. Today (Sunday) I attended as an emergency patient after losing a piece of tooth yesterday. I was seen by Dr Zeinab assisted by her Dental Nurse Aelish who supported the process. Options were explained clearly and Dr Zeinab explained exactly what she was doing and what sensations I would feel. She was gentle and I did not experience any pain. Having this emergency service in our City is fantastic and my treatment was flawless. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I’m suffer with extreme anxiety and a fear of the dentist, and I’m also autistic, so going to the dentist is really hard for me. On my first visit for a consultation, Dr Iqra Awan let me tell her about my worries and put me at ease before continuing on with the examination. I’ve just arrived home today from an appointment with Dr Awan and Nurse Aqoria for a filling and a tooth extraction. Dr Awan was, once again, very patient with me and let me ask questions so that I could prepare myself for what was going to happen. She talked me through the different steps. She worked on both parts at the same time - drilling for the filling and then straight on to extracting, so that I wouldn’t notice and that was great. When I had a moment of panic as seeing the pliers, she took the time to talk me through how the tool was actually small and the size was made up by the handle. She was quick and efficient, checking up on me throughout and making sure I was comfortable. Nurse Aqoria was also great - probably the best dental nurse I’ve ever encountered. Sometimes while using suctions, you can feel like you’re drowning or that you can’t breathe. Well, I didn’t feel like that at all, not even once. She was truly great. I can say with all honesty, this was a great experience and I’m ever so thankful for that. I’ve got a check up next week and I’m comforted knowing that I’ll be in their capable and compassionate hands. Thank you Dr Awan and Nurse Aqoria

Fantastic experience: I have visited my dentist several time in 8 months with regards to same issue but no joy as they kept on mentioning nothing wrong. But when I saw Dr Dhvani in Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery, she not only did the deep check but also booked a quick after appointment to see the progress. I can not thanks her any more for help and professionalism she has shown on every vist of mine. Due to her attention to details, I have managed to received positive results within a week. Negative experience: Everything was fine until they said my wife needed a prescription which was charged at £35 only to be handed a piece of paper with some hand written instructions of what was needed and how to take it. It wasn't a prescription at all and to be charged £35 for something you can buy over the counter is plain wrong. If anyone would like to contact me over refunding the £35 it would be appreciated. *Edit* Just received a refund for "prescription". I appreciate the call and the refund. Update 2 although I appreciate the refund i don't appreciate further phone calls from you asking to take down this review. I dont appreciate dishonesty, being told to pay for a prescription when you could have advised to just buy it over the counter. Yes you did refund it but it shouldnt have happened in the first place. The review stands and it will not be taken down.

Fantastic experience: Dhvani and Mia were absolutely wonderful! As someone with autism, it is easy for me to feel anxious around loud sounds. During my root canal, these two ensured I felt comfortable and were extremely patient with me. The root canal came out beautifully! They played music to calm my nerves and let my partner comfort me at times during the operation. 10/10 Would get a root canal done by them again.

Fantastic experience: Zainab is fantastic. I've been several times for various treatments and each time I've felt cared for, put at ease and a usually anxious experience has been replaced by a calm one. I'd highly recommend the practice if you're a nervous patient

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and great results. Zeinab was able to see me at extremely short notice to help repair a retainer that i was having difficulty getting dealt with by other dentists. She kept me informed throughout my treatment, gave me advice on future treatments and care and was super efficient. The practice looks recently re furbished to a high standard and is very clean. Will definitely be back.

Also, the receptionist Arshpreet was very supportive, my mom was very nervous, but they did everything in about 5/10 min. This was my mom’s best experience for tooth extraction. Negative experience: I don't have a good impression, I was there to get a filling and they put a temporary filling on me, because the dentist couldn't put a permanent one on me, I don't find any logic in that. So she can put a temporary filling, but she can't put a permanent filling on me, that's crazy to me! And this temporary filling, according to her, is just a filling for me that turns black and for this supposedly "temporary" filling she charged me 170 pounds! I'm terribly disappointed, not only does she not understand fillings and that they can't put permanent fillings, but they charge me money for something that isn't a filling but just a cheap filling! Fantastic experience: After my tooth breaking I had to make an urgent appointment, called them and got an appointment within an hour. Upon reaching the surgery i didn’t wait very long and was seen quickly , after a check and some advise I had the tooth extracted with after care advise given, all in done and dusted within an hour ! The service received by the lovely ladies on reception was outstanding they even asked if I wanted a drink while I waited! Dr Iqra Awan and nurse Aqoria were amazing at looking after me as I’m a little scared of needles , but it was all done so quickly and efficiently I didn’t feel hardly any pain ..apart from when I had to pay..haha ..but you get what you pay for !! Fantastic experience: Wonderful service, went in with a potential abscess and swollen cheek, turns out tooth either needed removing or a root canal to save it. I decided to have it removed and they did it all in the same day and the price although seemed a bit is about average these days so was happy to pay and remove the pain. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to thank Dr Zeinab and her dental nurse Aqoria for their fantastic service yesterday. I was in real pain from a cracked tooth and tried to get into my own dentist but was not able to see them for 5 days. I booked my appointment at 3.30 am for that day at 9.30 am, on arrival the staff on the reception desk were fantastic and very efficient. Dr Zeinab talk me through all the options available and after some work and xrays and various photos the decision was to remove the rear tooth. This was done with no pain whatsoever and was a big relief. Thankyou so much and I would definitely recommend your practice to others.

After sharing with the dentist prior to attending that I have anxiety around attending she was extremely patient and talked me through everything. Since my first appointment I have attended a further 4 times for further treatment and she has continued to talk me through the process. Brilliant service for anxious patients.

Fantastic experience: Called today as a non-registered client for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very helpful, got me registered, and booked me an appointment for about an hour later. My dentist was Dr Zeinab, she was lovely. She talked me through everything she was doing and gave me different treatment options for my problem. Fantastic experience: I have been petrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. It took everything for me to attend, however, I am so glad that I did. I have been avoiding some much needed work that had become so painful, and I could not have asked for a better Dentist and assistant. Both Dr Zeinab and Rupali were fantastic. Introductions were made, I was made to feel at ease throughout, and kept in the loop with what was happening, which had been very reassuring for me. Rupali was also quick to pick up on my nerves and offer support. The procedure (extraction) was completed quickly and I was so grateful. I have definitely found my forever dentist, finally!

Dr Zeinab explained every stage of the treatment and made me feel completely at ease. All costs were explained to me - Very reasonable for a Sunday appointment! Fantastic experience: First class service from start to finish , I logged onto the site at 8.15 am and had an appointment with the very lovely Dr Unity Lamb at 930 am that morning . Bad tooth extracted and on my way by 1030. Such a professional service, the best I've ever experienced by a long way . I' m booked in for a check up and won't go anywhere else ever again.

Negative experience: I think they’re just here to make money. They make you pay absurd amounts of money. If it’s an emergency or the patient is in pain they take advantage of it. I went here to get 1 tooth pulled out and they charged us to pay £350. Will not recommend, it will better you take your painkillers to get relief and go to your own dentist.

I telephoned the surgery for an emergency appointment after my temporary crown broke on Good Friday and despite telephoning 111, who told me to search for a dentist myself ! I finally found Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery open. The lovely receptionist was very helpful and Dr Zeinab was very professional and explained everything during the consultation. Fantastic experience: I hate the experience of visiting dentists period, but unfortunately everyone has to face this at some point in their life. I had an emergency two days ago . Woke up atv3 in the morning with terrible toothache. Googled energy dentist and the Winchester dentist came up. It allowed me to book appointment immediately. A very plus point. I booked first thing in the morning the same day. Unity lamb and her assistant Rupali were god sent. Fantastic service from the onset and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future Thank you both

Fantastic experience: Was extremely nervous and haven't been to the dentist in a over a year or so. They were so sweet and so supportive of this. They informed me of everything they were going to do before we did anything in the chair, prices and so on. All staff members were polite, supportive and helpful. Best dentist I've been to by far. Fantastic experience: I could wax lyrical about the service I received at Winchester Avenue all day, but I'll keep this short: all of the staff I came into contact with here were utterly exemplary and, although my own treatment wasn't cheap (they're not my regular dentist - it was an emergency appointment), the service was worth every single penny of it. Zeinab is, on reflection, the best dentist I've ever been to: she was friendly, understanding, and confident in her own vast experience - and she had every right to be: what I'd been led to believe by others would be a long, complicated procedure was done and dusted within 15 minutes and with no pain at all. Based on my experience today, I'd recommend Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery to anyone - without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr Awan enough for everything she and the team have done for me. I had a nasty fall and cracked a tooth along with alot of soft tissue damage. It's been years since I've seen a dentist, but got an emergency appointment within a couple of hours. Since then I've seen Dr Awan 3 or 4 times for extractions and a denture fitting. I've also seen Dr Jabbar for a cleaning. Both them and the whole team have been just brilliant! I'm a very nervous patient with a strong gag reflex and they were all so patient and caring, it's impossible to panic in their presence because they are all so calming and kind. It's been a difficult thing to deal with, made so much easier by the whole teams caring and compassionate attitude - thankyou all so much x

Fantastic experience: Wow 5 stars isn’t enough for how good this place is , I had previously been in a dentist chair on 2 occasions to have a tooth extracted and it couldn’t be done due to not been able to numb the area, the pain got so bad on a Sunday I tried this place and they did it with no pain and a very clean extraction, dr zeinab is absolutely great highly recommend her, thank you so much to everyone at Winchester avenue dental surgery

Fantastic experience: Well what a Dental practice. Needed a dentist on a Sunday at short notice because of going on holiday on the Monday. I called in on the off chance of getting an appointment, the receptionist was outstanding, I was seen within ten minutes. They have appointments in weekends, availability for emergencies and collaborate with international dental clinics. Fantastic experience: I had to come for an emergency appointment for an extraction which I was very nervous for but I needn’t have worried because I was treated by the AMAZING Zeinab & Rupali! Honestly Zeinab is the best dentist I have ever been to. I’m only sad that I haven’t had all my prior treatments with her! Fantastic experience: Super professional, quick with works but to the highest standard. I was new to the clinic and needed emergency assistance with wisdom tooth pain. I got in the same morning I booked at 09:30, explained everything and with being pregnant there was only so much we could do. Dr Zeinab was so friendly & professional, explaining EVERYTHING and giving me all options. Lauren & Rupali were so friendly and quick at everything they did, again to the highest standard. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service all round. From the reception teams friendly and warming welcome, to Dr Zeinab & Nurse Rupali’s expert and professional consultation and procedure. They made my tooth extraction as comfortable as possible and talked and reassured me through every step. Amazing service if in pain with toothache. Rang at 4pm, in the chair by 5pm and tooth out and pain free by 6pm. Excellent aftercare also with 2x follow up phone calls and a FOC checkup appointment 2 weeks after procedure. All the ladies on reception, the dental staff are all so welcoming, reassuring and the work is top quality. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency need for a dentist, first available was 9am on a Sunday morning so I booked that. Had a call asking if I could go in earlier by Arsh on reception and was able to be seen faster than planned! She did a great job of signing me in, completing the necessary paperwork, refreshing to see great customer service at the front desk. Dr Zainab and Aquona talked me through my options and I left with some great advice, no hard sell on further treatments but with the option of going back in without having to pay another consultation fee. It was £40 for initial visit which is much less than my regular dentist! Some great tech as well, a screen for the patient where I could see the x-ray and a photo of the troublesome tooth. That was a new one for me! Will definitely recommend this place but prices are at a premium for emergency treatments, so one to be aware of

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment booked within hour and half. Dentist Zeinab was fantastic took the time to explain my issue and resolved. Price also more than reasonable. Will be making them my go to dentist from now.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in the service received, booked an emergency appointment at 4.18pm for today at 5.30pm, made the advance payment. Then received a. Call at 4.30pm to say they have to cancel my appointment as it's Eid and the dentist has left due to an emergency. I missed out on another appointment at another dentist because of this. Extremely let down

She removed my tooth in few seconds there was no pain or anything she was so expert to her job.even though reception staff was realy good .price wise was expensive but service was great. Fantastic experience: Booked a visit same day online due to extreme pain in one of my tooth. Very nice reception, Arsh kept us all updated with any delays and offered us coffee and tee to brighten the mood. Many thanks to Dr. Iqra Awan who performed an extraction that probably took less that 2 minutes overall, she also helped me understand what was the problem and what my options/prices were prior to the extraction. Positive experience: Good if you have an emergency, I was able to make a same day appointment online. Had a troublesome wisdom tooth removed for £350. Only criticism is they have a modern 3d x-ray machine which can't be used unless you are with a dentist in that room. This should be moved to a room on its own allowing assistants to x-ray patients whilst they wait for their appointment. This is how I've seen it done in other private practices.

Fantastic experience: After being in horrendous amount of pain for the last week, this morning was the worst day out of them all rang at 1:30pm for an emergency appointment, in at 4:25pm and tooth extracted and out shortly. I couldn’t thank Zeinab she was amazing, keeping me calm and relaxed. Price is steep but was expected, no matter the price the tooth needed to be out and I wouldn’t have wished for anyone better! Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional staff, the Reception Team, Nurses and Doctors. I’ve been at this Dentist practice for nearly 20years, I’m a regular customer(not that I want to be). Always problems with my teeth, since Dr. Zeinab and her husband took over, the changes have been significant. No one likes visiting ‘The Dentist’ it’s scary to most. This Dental Practice gives you a ‘calm’ feel, ‘reassurance’ and a feel ‘safe vibe’ from the staff looking after your dental care, even though you’re dreading the injections, tooth filled or pulled ect!. Fantastic experience: Been having issues with my wisdom tooth, was slightly complicated due to being near the nerve. Dr Iqra was very informative and polite, also understanding around cost and timings, successful abstraction of the tooth and now on the mend. Highly recommend.
