Fantastic experience: Always very professional from reception to clinician. My treatment today with Fazia (hygienist) was very thorough, calming and friendly, would certainly recommend her.

Positive experience: Generally a very good service. Was told that my dentist had changed on the day of appointment without any prior notice! No explanation given and new dentist probably trying to sell me private treatment which is not necessary. Reception staff could be asked to smile to create a better welcoming atmosphere.

Positive experience: Great dentist and hygienest. Feel I can trust the practice when being told what work needs doing. Three or four receptionist on duty at one time so no waiting to book in but... you need to catch their eye in order to get served (a couple of them looked very busy doing nothing and avoiding dealing with customers - easy to spot this when sitting in the glass walled waiting room!) Loss of one star for 2 reasons: 1) The bill just has a total, not a breakdown of what you're paying/paid for. 2) The curtesy car park is a bit too small and although it's in a massive pay and display car park, there were no spaces in either on a Thursday morning and I nearly missed my appointment. When I first joined the practice parking wasn't an issue, so I guess they've gotten too popular! ..... Update - 6 months later - still great service. My teeth and gums are certainly much better and all credit to my heigenist and dentist. The receptionists still all look busy but now I saw they kept looking up to catch customer's eyes. The bill still doesn't have a breakdown of what I'm paying for, just a total, and the parking can be an issue so make sure you arrive in plenty of time (still love that it's free parking!)

Fantastic experience: After booking initial appt for teeth whitening I was looked after by Omar, Alice and the team , I felt so at ease I listen to what they had to say and the advise I was given . I discussed in length the best way to improve my smile after a certain dentist in Ashford completely ruined my front teeth. I went for 4 new front teeth, the whole process was easy , I was informed all the through treatment and cannot believe the great results and compliments I now get . I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone in the future . 5 stars from me

It has been the best decision and the care and Treatment has been more than I expected. I have gum disease and am extremely scared of the dentist. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and efficient dental practice, with on-site parking (allow an extra 5 mins to get parked). Anyone who feels anxious visiting the dentist will get on well here. Three generations of my family are patients here, children, parents, grandparents, and we all rate the team very highly. Some of us have needed quite complex treatment which has been a positive experience and the treatment was top quality. All in all a professional, user-friendly practice!

Fantastic experience: I went to Pennypot this morning with my Wife ( she had a Wisdom Tooth Extraction). Raj and the Dental nurse were very Kind /Patient and reassuring . The extraction was done with precision and very little fuss . We are going to have the OPG repeated at the WHH . This experience just confirms my thoughts that coming to Pennypost will solve a Dental problem with expert precision, and take car of the Human interactions that happens with Dental treatments . Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with my preliminary treatment at this dental practice, all staff have been very polite, friendly and welcoming . The treatment coordinator Alice Paine was very professional and helpful.I am at present undergoing an assessment for replacing my upper arch set of teeth with implants. I have been given confidence from my Dentist Dr Stephen Franks having explained the technical details on the procedure to be undertaken .

Negative experience: Had my braces done here. My wire came off because my toddler knock on my jaw. Went in the next morning, was referred by receptionist to email for response when my wire is sticking out and hurting my cheek. My issue was not being referred to the orthodontist but to wait for response which may be weeks (receptionist said there’s no orthodontist available this week). Definitely not recommending to have braces done. No proper pathway for emergency/ follow up.

Fantastic experience: i could not recommend Pennypot more to anyone wanting invisalign treatment. From the beginning i was treated so kindly and professionally which made me feel completely at ease during a process i was initially apprehensive about. The team worked to make sure that i was completely satisfied with my smile, having different adjustments throughout the course of my treatment suited to the results i wanted. The price point for the treatment was slightly daunting in the beginning but now that i have completed my treatment i can honestly say that it was worth every penny! I used to be very self conscious about my teeth but have now found a new confidence which is down to the amazing team and invisalign treatment. Every part of the process was explained to me in detail every step of the way, if you’re looking to get this done i would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently contacted Pennypots Ashford after I broke a tooth. They were able to see me the next day and the care I have received since has been amazing. I have always been so anxious about dentist visits due to some traumatising experiences when I was younger. But each dentist I have seen whether that was, my dentist, out of hours dentist or a specialist they have all been professional and really put me at ease. Due to being pregnant it has made some of the treatments slightly more tricky but they have given fantastic care. I can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Awful experience my partner contracted Covid however did not tell them 24 hours in advance he could not attend his appointment he was at the very contagious stage so therefore did not attend his appointment but did tell them and they struck him off for that reason so no really not happy with the service also they remove all of his teeth which did not need removed so beware

Fantastic experience: Janine Morgan is an extremely competent hygienist. She makes you feel at ease and is very understanding of my health requirements.

Negative experience: Phoned the receptionist this morning to register and the receptionist told me that my account was blocked because I missed an appointment back in 2022. So the receptionist told me to send an email to the practice explaining why I missed my first appointment which was because I was incarcerated the week before and could not cancel the appointment. The receptionist said on the phone to do that and they would unblock me and make me an appointment however I got an email back saying that they would not take me on because I never told them I wasn't coming to my first appointment. So basically the receptionist lied to me the first time. I rang back up and explained that I spoke to reception earlier and they were very rude and said that the manager made the decision because I never informed them of my reasons for not coming to the appointment back in 2022. When I started to say that I spoke to the receptionist earlier on the phone she completely lied and said she never spoken to me. My partner then rang up and spoke to the manager but the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are absolutely disgusted with this dental practice due to the incompetent arrogant staff who work here and we will be putting in a complaint about the discrimination and rude staff.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Dr Franks, Alice and all of the team. After 18 months of dental trouble I finally have a tooth and my confidence has sky rocketed !!

Fantastic experience: Met my new Dentist today, we had good introduction, with one another, no treatment required, I was seen quite promptly. So all in all a pleasant visit.

Negative experience: Dreadful, extortion and borderline scam! I suffered with tooth pain and went to PENNYPOT for a checkup and assumed hopefully something will be given to help ease the pain. Waited 1200-1245 hrs. Dentist carried out check for 10 minutes and stated there was a pocket around the tooth, hence the pain. I asked some pain killer and antibiotic or something to relieve the pain. Dentist replied NO! and any problem give a call and advised to book another appointment for next week if it persists. Not even a reason why pain relief could not be administered.. Paid £74 for a brief look and left with aching PAIN! Used own initiative online and found that I could use over the counter meds and managed to control pain. Never going back and do not recommended. Excellent Dental professionals in the UK let down by subpar service from certain individuals at PENNYPOT.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended my routine yearly checkup at Pennypots and I had a positive experience. I booked my appointment about three weeks ago and was pleased not to have a long wait. On the day, I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly by the receptionist. The waiting room was comfortable, and I only waited 8–10 minutes past my scheduled time, which I found perfectly acceptable. The checkup itself was thorough and efficient, taking about 10–15 minutes. Both the dentist and the nurse were friendly and professional. I was advised to monitor a tooth with a mild gum infection and schedule another checkup in six months, which was helpful advice. Overall, the appointment was quick and hassle-free—I was in and out within 30 minutes. The practice also has a small free car park, and I was able to find a space without any issues. I’m very satisfied with the service and care I received and would recommend this practice to others!

Positive experience: A very understanding dentist knows how I feel about dental work. Upon him removing 2 molars today with the usual problems he was very careful to cause me as little pain as possible. And his explanation of things he had to do and what I need to after were good. 5 stars if no pain so sorry 4 stars.

They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. Fantastic experience: I had root canal treatment and was seen by Dr Anika Patel who is a first class and highly skilled dentist she explained everything in detail and answered my concerns. The treatment went well and pain free , I would certainly recommend this practice and Dr Patel , it is a very modern dental surgery and all the staff are extremely pleasant

Fantastic experience: This place is my dentist. I am satisfied with it here. My dentist is good, he gets to the point and does what he needs to do.. My hygienist is also brilliant and very friendly and seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are good and there are a few there working, so you don't have to wait. I visited here yesterday and the receptionist who served me was lovely. There are a few car parking spaces, so that's good as well. The waiting area is fine, a bit minimalistic. Dentists are never fun to visit, but this one seems to be as good as it can be

Fantastic experience: My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Janine for about 4/5/years now. Time flies when your dental care is so gentle and efficient. I actually look forward to my appointments and leave with a totally clean fresh mouth smiling each time.

Fantastic experience: To misquote Shakespeare: "Teeth, teeth, my kingdom for some teeth!". Well the toothy kingdom they have built here makes the Stenza look like small fry, and much less scary. Just make sure to lock the door to the toilet if you use it, for obvious reasons... Though at least the nervous grin you make when you walk in on that person will have straight, white, healthy teeth!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first aesthetic treatment with Janine and I can honestly say from consultation to treatment, I couldn’t feel like I was in better hands. Janine has such a friendly and welcoming presence that she puts you at ease instantly. I was always after natural looking results and this is exactly what Janine has delivered! I’ve been getting so many nice comments about how ‘glowing’ my skin looks…I really couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be returning to Janine and would recommend her to anyone that is considering any facial aesthetic treatments.

From meeting Alice the coordinator I felt I was being listen to by professionals Alice completed my initial consultation and my next appointment was with Dr Anika who also was totally professional and explained her thoughts and recommendations. Once treatment started Anika and her nurse Jess looked after me through out .the treatment plan was intense and Naish one of the senior partners also checked in on my wellbeing.the end result is fabulous. Negative experience: I had a filling on Friday last. The filling itself ok. Since the treatment my bottom lip has swollen inside and out, is painful, and is also inflamed. I believe the drill caught my lower lip on two occasions during this treatment as I remember flinching, even though the area had been anesthetized. It is now Monday, and the swelling is still there.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, my wife phoned on the Wednesday morning had an appointment at 11:30 came back in the afternoon for an extraction and measurement's for a bridge further appointments made for a hygienist and bridge fitting all before the 5th August. Myself, registered on Wednesday, appointment on Thursday morning back in the afternoon for 2 fillings and a hygiene clean. Absolutely wonderful. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly, dentist could not have been more friendly, always checking yo are OK, explained all the procedures upfront. 10/10!! Mr & Mrs Paine

Fantastic experience: A little bit of confusion with the appts as I had an email and a text message confirming different appt times to what I had on the paperwork I was given last time! Actually meant I was over half an hour which isn't an easy position to be in with two toddlers! But Rohan was super when we got in. Put everyone at ease! I hate the dentist but he actually made it a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience!! I have always wanted my lips to be bigger, naturally I have very thin lips, Top and bottom. I’ve always wanted lip filler but never wanted the false extreme look, I’ve always found it so hard to find someone I feel I can trust and who understands my desired look and listens to my preferences, Janine did and I am so please I went ahead with it and chose her! She has a gentle touch, she provides a comfortable experience, and achieved me to have a natural-looking results that enhance my features. Shes left me feeling confident !
