All the staff are professional and polite and have always made us feel welcome. Any procedures are always explained fully and the dentist will always clarify what costs are involved and the alternative treatments available. We have been with them some while now and they are polite and professional at the job.I can remember when i was young my mum took me to the coop dentist in Watford and i remember having my teeth taken out using gas.I was swimming around with goldfishs in a aquarium,then when i came round thhe receptionist was holding me down.Mum said thats done look how many green shield stamps i got. I mumbled please do not speak to me at the moment. .

Fantastic experience: Lovelyna is always a very kind, gentle and considerate dentist. She gives good advice and always explains exactly what needs to be done and constantly checks if you are ok during any procedure. She is very reassuring and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic for several reasons: Appointments are canceled shortly before the appointment date, no matter how long you wait and how hard you try to make an appointment, you never find available places, it doesn't matter if it's a child, an adult, the situation is serious, it doesn't matter, treatments take a very long time and the same excuses every time from the staff.

Positive experience: My new dentist and her assistant were lovely, did the work required and gave some great advice. Reception not so good when I called to make sure my bridge could be replaced during my check up. Surely realise that is my priority rather than having to cross my fingers when I get there. Thankfully the dentist and assistant realised and managed to do both.

Negative experience: I was encouraged to leave feedback, so here I am. Can’t fault my children’s dentist, but quite often the reception staff make it an unpleasant experience with their sour expressions and curt manner. Yesterday I was told off for not filling out forms online for my 3 children before attending. Here’s the thing—I really begrudge the practice encroaching on my personal time, asking me to fill out forms requiring access codes and then making me answer the same questions when we get to the practice—as was my experience when we attended 6 months ago. Stop wasting my time and let me sign the usual paperwork when I have specifically set time aside to be at the practice. We’re usually kept waiting anyway, so I’ll have more than enough time!

Reception colleagues are always very polite, even when the practice is busy. The area is always clean and tidy. Myself and both of my children use this practice and have done since both were 6months old. An efficient, great service. Would thoroughly recommend this practice and Dr Danial!

Fantastic experience: I have been with the dentist for a long time, I have always found them to be very friendly and professional, I moved away to Oxfordshire but I continue to travel just over 36 miles for my appointments and this is due to the way they treat their patients and I will continue to do so. Fantastic experience: From start to finish the service was faultless. I have a toothache so I phoned the practice at around 08:40 am. The answer service was very precise counting down from 5th in the queue until the receptionist answered (around 5mins). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful she informed me that there was a cancellation at 11:25 this morning. She also explained that it was for an initial check up only. I accepted. A couple of minutes later I received a call from the practice stating that they had checked and discovered I had a check up recently, and was the appointment for some other issue. I explained that I had a toothache and I was told that they would keep the next appointment open for me so that I could get the treatment I required so that I wouldn’t need to wait for the treatment. The dentist did an inspection, took an expat and discovered that my tooth was infected, prescribed a course of antibiotics. Then told me to go back in 7 days if I was still suffering and she would remove the tooth. All done on the NHS. Fantastic service. Thank you all. Glyn Holtham.

Fantastic experience: We've used this practice for many, many years. In the early days, it wouldn't get 5 stars! But, for the last 6-7 years it has really improved! Appointments are always on time, nearly always a little early, making future appointments always easy. The reception staff are actually very helpful, many others could learn from these! And, our dentist and dental nurse, are both excellent! I know many people are unhappy at not having a dentist, but we've been here for at least 20 years, we've seen so many dentists come & go! You must keep attending, otherwise you'll lose your place, then it's your own fault when you can't get an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Gov & Chantelle are by far the best team, they handle my family & I with so much care. They remember my whole family & where they are In treatment even if it’s been months. Gov is Brilliant, he always takes his time, explains everything and is understanding of us, I’m super nervous and not the best patient. But I no longer worry when I come as they’ve been amazing, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Worthwhile waiting for if you have to go on a waiting list.

Fantastic experience: This Dental Surgery is very well organised and The Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. I used to come to this Practice pre Covid and hadn’t been in 5 years, so was amazed to see they still had all my details on file! Due to the time lapse I was a bit anxious, but my new Dentist Maddie was lovely and put me at my ease straightaway. Thankfully, due to my teeth being healthy I only needed a descale. I am delighted to be back at this Practice.

Negative experience: I attended an emergency appointment at this practice today and was left deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. Prior to my visit, I was in severe pain with swollen gums and was required to pay £130 upfront over the phone. The payment was taken immediately, yet at no point was it explained to me what the appointment would involve. Unfortunately, what I received was neither a thorough consultation nor appropriate care for the price charged. Upon arrival, I was seen by Lovelyna Chopra, who provided an extremely brief and inadequate assessment. She did not ask about my medical history, nor did she take the time to properly examine my condition. Instead, she spent no more than two minutes looking at my teeth with a mirror, before stating that my gums were inflamed—something I was already fully aware of. Beyond this, she made vague and unhelpful comments such as, “Also, you have holes in your teeth which you should get checked out,” with no further explanation or advice. The overall demeanour of both Lovelyna and her assistant was dismissive and unprofessional. When I questioned the quality of the service and requested a refund, I was met with contradictory excuses and an outright refusal. Despite claiming they do not control pricing, the dental assistant herself said that she could have charged me for a private prescription but instead provided an NHS one—which clearly suggests they have discretion over charges when it suits them. As I attempted to discuss my concerns, Lovelyna became increasingly condescending and unhelpful, making the conversation both uncomfortable and unproductive. At that point, I chose to halt the discussion and requested to speak with the practice manager instead. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, the dental assistant huffed that she had "other patients to see anyway", a clear indication that I was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. This level of dismissiveness and disregard for patient well-being is completely unacceptable. I will be formally proceeding with a refund request via the complaints process and will also be reporting both the practice and Lovelyna to the Dental Complaints Service and the GDC. I strongly urge anyone else who has had similar issues with this practice to take action and not allow them to continue treating patients this way. It is unacceptable for a dental practice to take substantial payments upfront while failing to provide even the most basic level of care. This practice is far more interested in collecting money than in ensuring patient well-being. After I left the room I could hear her continuing to complain about me-- the most unprofessional experience I've ever been through.

Negative experience: I had a good experience with the dentist, as always but when I came out I was told £26.40 each and I explained I've been put on benefits due to an accident at work she proceeded to embarace me by shouting your on benefits are you which one are you on I explained I'd filled out the back of the form if she looked but she said I'll let the dentist know I walked out of there feeling like a school boy. Having a kid look down her nose at me. Definitely needs more training no one should be treated like this

Right from the extremely efficient, friendly and gentle dentist and her assistant to the front desk staff, who are always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was made to feel at ease. Also, as an aside, I like the rearrangement of the waiting room chairs.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth infection in January I was able to get an emergency appointment and antibiotics were prescribed, I had already had an appointment booked in for March so when I arrived my Dentist Govind Dhaliwal was prepared to extract my tooth, I had two anesthetic injection in my gums and didn't feel any discomfort or pain, the tooth made a little crunching noise as it was pulled out, and I had no discomfort once the anesthetic wore off. Honestly, the whole experience was easy and painless
