Positive experience: I had a very positive experience at the practice. The dentist was professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The reception team were friendly and welcoming too. There was a little bit of confusion around the cost of additional treatment and products, which could have been clearer — having prices listed somewhere and providing a breakdown on the receipt would really help improve transparency. Overall though, I felt well cared for and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My appointment was because a tooth had broken and it felt like most nof the filling and tooth had disappeared. I telephoned and as I was in n o pain I was given an appointment in two days time. My dentist, Georgina assessed the situation and as there was enough tooth she wanted to try and save the tooth rather than take it our. She discovered a bacteria in the gap so dealt with that then proceeded to "fill the space". The whole experience was good, Georgina told me what she was going to do at every stage, I felt confident in her. I came away with a tooth that looked very much like the one that had broken and the space was filled. I was completely happy with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Due to a mishap I had to have a dental implant for a front tooth. Along the way it was discovered that I also needed root canal on the other tooth. It was a long process but every care was taken at rvery step. And I would rather take the time and have to use denture than have the implant process fail. Dr Rishi Patel and his colleagues were very patient and kind with a very stressed and nervous patient! The end result is very good... and I can smile again ☺️

I was worried about my implant recovery on day 2 , so I rang up and Rishi saw me straight away and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I attended Biggleswade Dental Centre today ( 20/05/25) for oral surgery, to have a complex and damaged molar extracted . The extraction was performed by Adesh Savia. Over a life of seven decades I have had many dental treatments. The experience I had today was the best I have ever received. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Biggleswade Dental Centre. I would especially like to thank Adesh Savia for his expertise in performing my surgery, but even more impressive was his thoroughness in explaining what he was going to do, providing commentary at key moments in the procedure and reassurance when he anticipated I might experience any anxiety. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dental Centre. It’s always so spotlessly clean, modern, bright and the most wonderful team throughout. The receptionists are lovely. John is absolutely brilliant. He is a real asset to BDC. If it wasn’t for John, I would not go to the dentist, John has worked hard to keep me calm and I’m now sitting in chair and even had a filling! John is exceptionally good with anxious patients, Super knowledgeable, so calm and understanding He is funny too ( but don’t tell him I said that! ) that’s all the praise I’m giving John as I can’t risk not getting an appointment because you all now want to see John. the rest are amazing too. anyone who’s anxious please go to BDC - award winning ( love a party that lot ) and the best in town! Fantastic experience: Over the years I have visited a number of different dental practices and undergone a considerable amount of dental work. It is therefore from personal experience that I can confidently say that the Biggleswade Dental Centre is by far the best dental practice I have ever attended. All staff, including Receptionists, Dental Nurses and Surgeons, are welcoming, friendly and professional, and put you at ease from the moment you arrive. The centre itself is bright, meticulously clean, with state of the art equipment and comfy dental chairs. Having recently undergone a series of dental procedures at Biggleswade Dental Centre, including root canal re-treatments, dental implants and crowns, I can highly recommend Dr Rishi Patel and Dr Pierluca Campana who provided my treatment. I appreciated not only their excellent dental skills but their honest advice, reassurance and thoughtful care throughout my treatment. Thank you Biggleswade Dental Centre for making my dental visits such positive experiences.
