All the staff are polite and friendly, Melody my dentist is lovely, she explains your treatment step by step with you which I have never experienced at a dental practice before. I must also mention Chris my hygenist . Maidstone isnt the closest location to me but i Wouldn't go anywhere else....

The dentist Melody was very friendly and gentle during examination (even after I confessed my cola and energy drink habit!). She was very informative, showed me close up photos of my teeth so I could see the issues, and took the time to explain my future treatment properly. Melody even wished me a happy birthday for tomorrow! Very impressed so far and looking forward to my teeth whitening treatment later this month. James

The best dentist I have ever seen, she is so caring and considerate, I would say it's almost a pleasure going, after having had almost traumatic experiences in the past Dr Xin Ng really puts me at ease and even numbs your gums before injections so they aren't painful - every little detail is considered and all information is shared with you so you are fully aware of procedures and options. Going to Kent Smile Studio in Maidstone has totally eased my fear of going to the dentist! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Our dentist Xin was brilliant with our two little girls ages four and seven, Xin is very good at making children feel comfortable and happy whilst having their teeth looked at and I would highly recommend if your child doesn’t enjoy the dentist as she will definitely change their perception. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Our dentist, Dr Xin Ng is fantastic and she is our family dentist (4year old to elderly with dementia). Her approach to each patient is unique, taking their non medical needs into consideration. She explains everything in such simple terms and adapts effortlessly to any barriers we present. It helps that she has a wonderful and funny sense of humour, making our visits more like friends than a clinician.
