Fantastic experience: Went and had two wisdom teeth and one upper tooth out the dentist and the dentist assistant was spot on worked really well with me and made sure I couldn’t feel it few hours later I feel fine perfect

Negative experience: Rude & unhelpful reception staff. Turned up two minutes late for an appointment and I was told they wouldn't see me and had to re-book.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad experience with women pulling teeth in the past, but my dentist today was brilliant. She was polite, professional and managed to get my tooth out with the utmost skill. I was very impressed and she has completely changed my viewpoint. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Chopra in Ashford have a great team. From reception to nurses your in good hands. My dentist Mita (apologies if spelt wrong) has been brilliant! I’ve had bad experiences over the years and lost confidence in going to the dentist unless in serious pain. From start to finish of my treatment Mita has been calm, explained all procedures in detail and taken care to ensure I felt no pain when undergoing dental works! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who’s nervous or anxious. Thank you Mita! Recently seen the oral surgeon to have a tooth removed… I Was very anxious and worried because other dentists work was poor…. Chopra in Ashford are amazing! From reception to dentist, to oral surgery my experience was AMAZING! Such a professional oral surgeon who explained every detail before we started. Showed me images of my teeth before starting and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable before surgery began. No pain, calm experience for me and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who’s nervous from previous poor dentist experiences. Thank you Doa (apologies if I’ve misspell your name)

Fantastic experience: I was referred here due to needing a tooth extraction after an infection and due to it not being a normal removal I was advised here was the best place to go. I was extremely nervous as ive never had a tooth removed and have always needed sedation for a filling. The dentist made me feel calm and explained everything that was going to happen. I felt the dentist generally cared & he was brilliant!! Im am really pleased with the practice & if I didn't live nearly an hour away I would make them my normal dental practice! Thank you again for the support I would 100% recommend and if I needed any more extractions I would definitely!

Fantastic experience: I was anxious to have my wisdom tooth removed as this was 2nd attempt and despite my nerves, I was positively surprised how the surgery employees (receptionist, dentist) approach the situation. The procedure was quick, painless and everything you could hope for.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth on Thursday, was offered an appointment on the following Monday. All fixed for a modest sum on the NHS. Dentist was very polite and happy to explain everything. I have been using Chopra for years and am very pleased with them.

I just walked in with an excruciating pain and was seen after a few minutes wait.The two operatives took their time to explain to me what was wrong with my teeth,refilled those that needed to and booked me in for removal of the one that was badly damaged the same week all for the price of £75. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Negative experience: Caused an infection in my partners impacted wisdom tooth. Didn't use clean PPE and just made it hell for him to live with until we can get it extracted at the hospital which is now going to take even longer. DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM!!

Fantastic experience: Having a dental phobia, this was my first visit in over 20 years! I have Sjögrens Syndrome (a condition that affects the glands in your body that produce fluid - so i have no saliva or tears)! Therefore increased probability of tooth decay. The reception staff were extremely welcoming & the female Dentist & Nurse were fantastic! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with their approach and were in no way judgmental or condescending. I am actually quite confident about starting my treatment next week. From my experience so far, I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank-you Chopra & Associates!

Positive experience: The care itself is definitely 5 stars. The staff are also all so friendly. The NHS surgeon was absolutely brilliant - he definitely cared about my wellbeing and was calming. The only issue I found was that the process at times was inefficient - the surgeon had to send me away to get another xray done (I had three in total, so there were some unnecessary trips made).

Fantastic experience: Myself, my children and my husband are registered at this dentist. I cannot fault any of the staff here. They’re always so polite and helpful! Even when we have unfortunately been running late they have still accommodate us and our appointments. I have two children who are SEN and they’re extremely compassionate and understanding when it may be a difficult appointment for them. They explain everything in detail and make sure all of us are comfortable. I am so glad I switched to this dentist a few years ago now.

Fantastic experience: I personally requested to be referred to this dentist as I had such a fantastic experience previously. I am an extremely anxious dentist goer but the dentist (I believe it’s Mohamed Tumusiime) and the dental nurse are so calming and reassuring and I only like to go and see this dentist for an extraction solely on his manner and kindness. He makes the extraction pain free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an extraction. If they were taking on NHS patients I would transfer to them immediately. The reception team also are very caring and kind and even offered to walk me to my car because I felt a little wobbly on my feet. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My husband and myself both went in together for our check ups.I'm the nervous one so I went first.The dentist(sorry don't know the gentleman's name) explained everything I needed to know and both him and the nurse were lovely,very easy to talk to.My husband too was pleased with his experience. Would thoroughly recommend this dentist, just remember to give yourself enough time to park,as it can be tricky.

Fantastic experience: After not visiting the dentist for about 12 years due to a very bad experience resulting in anaphylactic shock, I took the plunge and spoke to the dentist at Chopra I have had 3 appointments now, 1 consultation and 2 treatment appointments and have not had any problems at all (The only painful thing is the payment…) That said, I’m extremely happy that I took the step to get back in the chair

Fantastic experience: Prachi and Porsche were calming, good humoured and skillful during half an hour of filling reconstruction. No injections needed! This was the first time that they had treated me, and I have no hesitation of recommending them. You either trust your dentist 100% or not at all. I trust Prachi and nurse Porsche (her dad was a petrolhead). Looking forward to my next c/u and seeing Gwen, the helpful receptionist again

I was in and out of the chair within 2 minutes , the whole process was really quick and simple

The dentist listened to what I told him about I don't like needles and gave me plenty of notice when the needle was coming so I could shut my eyes and checked that I was ok all the time he was doing my teeth it was the best experience I had with a dentist definitely 10 out of 10 for me

Fantastic experience: My Dentist sent me to this practice as l needed an extraction. My roots are very long and it needed a specialist Dental Surgeon to remove it. I was extremely nervous as l was expecting to have stitches with a longer recovery. I certainly need not to have worried so much in fact not at all. Rakesh (apologies if l have spelt that wrong) was an extremely kind and thoughtful Dentist. Explained exactly what he was doing all through the procedure. The tooth came out very quickly and easily without the need for stitches. I was in the chair less than 15 minutes. I left a very happy bunny. Highly recommended.Thank you Chopra Dentists 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I visited today for a checkup and I was honestly overwhelmed by how amazing my dentist was, he was very thorough and best of all he and his lovely assistant were attentive to my anxieties, also unlike others, he stood in front of me and not behind me at the chair to discuss the checkup findings (thank god no fillings haha) he was also cheerful and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, the reception was packed out but my slot was not hurried one little bit! I’d easily of paid more than £25 for this appointment-looking forward to my next checkup in 6 months :)) Dentist assistant and reception staff lovely as always they are ♥️

My experience with the lady dentist who done my tooth extraction for me was brilliant, I have never in my life felt so calm and relaxed she talked me through the whole experience, she had such a calming voice and I felt like I could just fall a sleep listening to her instructions if I ever need another extraction I will will be hoping that I get the same dentist again

Fantastic experience: Needed an infected root canal crowned tooth removed which my dentist couldn’t do because of all the possible complications. I’m needle phobic too & my own dentist knows how I deal with it & very understanding so I was apprehensive going somewhere new to a stranger, even from apt being booked I discussed with receptionist explaining & she said nothing would be a problem, the dentist who was doing it was very good & understanding & she put it all on my notes. When I arrived staff were friendly then my dentist came out to greet me, sat me down & explained everything & all the possibilities if the tooth broke, crumbled etc then the needles, she was brilliant, lots of numbing gel, took her time, was so patient letting me put my headphones on to listen to music, I couldn’t have been treated better. It took a long time to remove the tooth but she got it out completely intact & then I got dizzy, they laid me back in the chair, waving a folder to create air, & reassured me at all times. I wish this practice was nearer my home because I would use them instead of the one I have, my dentist has retired & practice not a patch on Chopra …thank you for your excellent skills & consideration ….I highly commend.

Fantastic experience: It has felt like Chopra was my second home the last few weeks, but the excellent service never differs. I am a super anxious patient and have had to see various dentists over the last two weeks, all who have been nothing less than amazing! From the receptionists (knowing me on a first name basis - not ideal), to the dental nurses making you feel at ease and the surgeons talking me through every step in such detail - I am so thankful that Chopra is my dental surgery!

From the people of reception all the way through to dentist and dental nurse, everyone was lovely. So friendly. Talked me through everything and reassured me. Patient with me. Played calming music and talked me through like I was lying on a beach - more like a therapy session! No after problems and they called a little while later to check I was ok.
