The 3 star is because you never get through with them on the phone. So customer service after you pay such hefty amount is not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing hygiene / teeth clean appointment. I saw Rachel Palin and now I refer to a pre Rachel word and post Rachel world - INCREDIBLE. Unlike any other appointment I’ve had - such a thorough gum assessment and education on how I look after my teeth into old age. She even asked me to bring in my toothbrush so she could show me how to brush (I’ve been doing it wrong my entire life!). Way more of a detailed assessment and helpful guide than I’ve had in any other private appointment.

If you’re considering veneers or any dental work, I couldn’t recommend Harley Street Dental Studio highly enough. This team is truly in a league of their own.

Negative experience: I try and only leave positive reviews, but I feel my experience needed sharing for this dental practice. It has taken me a while to write this and I should have followed up at the time. I chose this practice initially as I thought they were the one of the best to go to and I needed work doing on a front tooth from a previous accident as well as a general check up. Firstly, the client care was horrendous. The hygienist recommended I get Botox treatment as someone my age (at the time 28) shouldn’t have the wrinkles I did. And left my gums with severe sensitivity and bleeding for 6 months. In addition, the dentist who held my initial appointment actually said that one of my teeth was disgusting (it had a amalgam not white filling) After my assessment I was quoted around £5500 in treatment costs, I eventually had a second opinion on this and was told the treatment wasn’t require. This would have included 2 unnecessary and highly invasive root canals and crowns with no root damage. As my front tooth required immediate composite rebuilding, I did go through with this part of the treatment plan. This work was done quite well, but it was not the size or shape I requested and when I asked to show pictures of what I wanted (a close match to my original tooth) I was outright told the the pictures were not necessary as they knew what design they were going to do. Very expensive fix for something I said in the chair I was not completely happy with. Over all very disappointed and happy I moved elsewhere before receiving further unnecessary treatment. I would not recommend this dental practice, it just has a flashy location on Harley Street.

Negative experience: I have just had an awful experience here. I had an appointment with Ayhan Uyanlar as I have had tmj for weeks after dental work. The consultation was terrible and caused me so much pain I had to walk out. Ayhan was incredibly heavy handed, insensitive, and i found his manner very rude and dismissive. A manager named Rebecca, who spoke to my mum after I left was helpful but I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have left with more facial swelling and am in more pain than I went in with due to Ayhan’s forceful examination. I was telling him the pain was very bad but he didn’t seem to listen and continued to push me to do things that were causing too much pain. I am in even more pain and discomfort after this appointment that was meant to help. It’s been an exceptionally bad experience.

Negative experience: This is a continuation of the previous feedback as we not allow to write that much as we need I said alright, my partner left his work straight away as was far from central London but when he was in the way manager phoned and canceled the appointment again as the doctor can’t do it that day so they can offer next week at some day. It was the worst and stressful week for the last few months in my life. Instead of helping me to sort my headaches they just increased it. We been asked them to provide at least the CBCT scan as don’t want to do it several times because is not really healthy but they can’t provide anything. They can’t provide health management, they can’t provide a health conversation, they can’t provide a customer service, they can’t even make an appointment so what to talk about. If you read it all please think twice before walking in to Harley Street Dental Clinic. I’ll update the YouTube if they refund us at least something ( on YouTube we said lot more than here, they just keep lying every single time so it will take a half hour to write it all down here. Just write a welcome to “name of the clinic” and YouTube will show you the video) If there is someone who has same problems with them, please contact us and we can fill a general complaint. Thanks

Negative experience: Hello everyone, I’d like to recommend to spend few minutes and read my history what happened in this clinic. Honestly we just lost 2175£ and full of stress and headaches with this clinic Hi, it will take a bit long but here is all what happened. The reason was a headache and they said it’s because of wrong TMJ (temporomandibular joints) We come first for a consultation which cost us a 150£. They explained that they can made and dit a bite splint which will help to adjust the bite and headaches will disappear. So we did a x-ray scan(Radiological) and they said we need the splint to be made so we paid 330£ for a CBCT scan (Radiological) they have to send to third party in USA to get some information about my jaw joint. So when we came to second appointment they have to take measurements for bite splint and order it which cost us 1595£ the funny thing they been so lovely first two times, book us as soon as possible at any time, answer at emails and phone calls, explaining everything and try to sell this splint, on second appointment the Dr. Ayhan Uyanlar don’t even talk to us and been very rude, I’m bad at speaking english so have my partner with me to translate for me but Dr. Uyanlar don’t even try to explain what the third party decides about my jaw joint what we have to do and etc. he make a copy of bite and send us to admin and said she will explain everything, we been shocked as the admin is not a person who should do it and have no idea about it( all she said “it will help” you have to do it as soon as possible) just another seller in the clinic. We paid the 1659£ and she book us for another appointment where we have to fit the splint by the Dr. Uyanlar and he have to explain something (in our dreams). They phoned us two days before and cancelled our appointment as the Dr Uyanlar have family emergency and won’t be able to meet at that time so they ask to do it one day faster, we agreed that(doesn’t matter we working and have to take days off from work, everyone knows is not so easy) and in few minutes later they phoned again and apologizing saying they can’t do at last new time as he won’t be able too and offer in a week later which we didn’t want. In total that takes already few weeks when they was pushing us to pay and made the splint. After this calls we phone Dr. Uyanlar and he said he informed the manager two months before this as he have a meeting in other country. So who is lying? We thought as is a private clinic they will try at least somehow to sort it but they didn’t, one of coordinators via phone said “at least come and pick up the splint as you paid for it “ that’s was that professional SELLER who said it will help 100% just buy it. She don’t really care that I can harm myself with this splint without doctor who’s gonna look after me. I just dropped the phone as don’t want to listen to this bolox anymore. They make me so stressed for 3 days, I can’t eat and sleep and the headache is just incredible, thanks Harley street dental clinic. All this time I’ve been trying to get to management to talk with them as though they will be talkative and will be able to offer best communication and helpfully. I didn’t want to go to Dr. Uyanlar as can’t understand how the doctor can become angry because I don’t understand what he said and don’t want to explain anything and talk to us, I thought Hippocratic Oath for dentists works as well but probably no. So management proposed us another doctor Rejin Khafaf, I’ve asked few times if this doctor specializes in TMJ problems where the answer was Yes. But when I checked on site they say is a cosmetic dentist. But we said yes as we just want to get our appointment finally and fit the splint we paid for(next appointment have to be friday). And Thursday their manager phoned us again and said “we have a meeting and decided doctor Rejin Khafaf is not what you need so can you come to us today to another doctor we can do appointment today Thursday instead friday again…

Dr. Lambert is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, in addition to doing fantastic work. He is an artist. In addition, his assistant for scheduling, Krisztina is wonderful to work with and delightful. My hesitance finding a dentist since relocating from New York City turned out to be perfect in selecting Harley St. dental. I would highly recommend their practice.

I had a ‘freak accident’ a week before Christmas and broke my 2 front teeth completely in half and Anne has been working her magic over the past few months. Beyond happy with the end result and I might actually miss my appointments now I’m done Have loved our chats and how Anne always made me feel at ease at every appt. explaining everything in great detail. A truely, exceptional service and experience throughout the whole practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Dr Uyanlar and his assistant. Having had extreme pain from TMJ, they fitted me with a new mouth guard which has done wonders for the pain. They were patient to explain the TMJ condition in more detail and have been excellent in the follow up visits. Due to work commitments I have had to cancel a few times at short notice, it is has been easy to re-book and work around my schedule. I cannot thank the team down there enough for their amazing help. Negative experience: I have been waiting for a long time for a solution to the problem of making dental crowns, I wrote an official complaint to the designated person on the website. the problem has stalled and is being downplayed, I made a large payment towards the preparation of dental crowns, I also sent copies of conversations and photos ,, confirm my complaint,, every day the situation is getting worse because the replacement crowns glued in are not made precisely, they have many gaps, which causes tooth destruction and pain, this is only a part of the problem.. I have currently sent several emails..and I'm waiting for someone responsible to solve the problem...

Fantastic experience: I've been suffering with TMJ over 10 years. I had alot of pain and pressure, neck pain and headache. Then I made an appointment to see Dr Ayhan Uyanlar at 52 harley street. I got a Splint and he recommended me to see an Osteopath Fabio Basile due to my neck pain. Now I'm pain free, no TMJ clicking. My bite is way better than before. No neck pain. Thank you Dr Ayhan.

Fantastic experience: After a traumatic root canal at a different dental practice, I came here and booked to finish my root canal with Dr. Adi. He was incredibly kind and patient and met me before to reassure me the procedure would be pain free. It passed by with little to no pain. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional & rude company , wouldn’t touch with a barge pole, Edit.. didn’t go through with any treatment as the rude receptionist actually blocked my husband’s number after asking genuine questions regarding the treatment process. (Which she couldn’t answer I suppose) but should have found out as lost her boss 40 odd thousand pounds. We did get a call back from someone who asked what we were unhappy about in the end, and she was going to come back to us about it. which she didn’t. So no communication from them after waiting for them to come back to us. So yes we found them very unprofessional and rude. Who just wasted our time. Luckily we found a nice company not far from there who are doing a great job on my husband’s teeth.

Positive experience: It was really good, Dr David Bloom explained things really well, I’m very pleased, I’ve only had 1 consultation so far. Everything is well presented and the interaction is professional. But they did seem a bit pushy to get things going right away - I’d rather take a day or 2 to digest everything, perhaps get a second opinion, as I’m about to embark on significant and long journey with them. I thought that was a bit unprofessional and gave me a negative feeling, otherwise, they seem to stand up to their reputation for now.

I flew from California to London specifically to see Dr. Anna. I'd seen many dentists in California who said they wouldn't be able to do the work Dr. Anna did (they insisted I needed veneers/ crowns and I was worried about damaging my teeth so I wanted bonding). Dr. Anna was so kind, assuring, knowledgable, professional and her work was amazing. She didn't have to damage my natural teeth and was able to leave me with a whiter, straighter smile that I'm so grateful for. I'm so glad I flew over and trusted her. I cannot recommend her enough, she's great. She was always available if I had any questions and so friendly. I'd give 500 stars if I could! Fantastic experience: Dr David Bloom saw me, did full examination, and replaced one white damaged filling I needed which I went there for. Now I have a perfect tooth again. Then I returned to have teeth cleaning service and Rachel did a very good job. Have to return for more cleans because my teeth need to go through a gradual process of cleaning because they are delicate and I prefer a longer process. It's a good service if you want to be seen fast and receive excellent treatment, the team at the Harley Street Dental Studio will look after you.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t received treatment as yet so can only review on the booking and consultation with Dr Adam Thorne. I have a very complicated background with allergies to acrylates. I emailed the clinic for advice as I was quite literally running out of options. No dentists would treat me. I was put at ease immediately. They asked for my list of allergies and were able to offer alternative treatments. This was such a relief. I felt really well listened to and ended the zoom consultation feeling a weight had been lifted. Dr Thorne was so understanding but really knew his stuff and gave really honest and sound expert advice. I now have a plan. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all. I am excited to think I have found someone who can help me. Early days but nothing but positive feedback from me!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere in the building is really nice, calm and relaxing,. They even have a TV on the ceiling which I found really novel. The staff are really friendly, professional and helpful and are actually prepared to listen to you and do their best to help you. I'm seeing the periodontist Crystal, it was the first time in a long time I actually felt hopeful that something could actually be done about my situation and I started to cry. I'm due to start treatment soon, hopefully it all goes well. The other staff were lovely, Ahtiqa has been a star helping me navigate everything and sorting out the finances and letting me cry when I needed to and listening to me. It's like night and day compared to the treatment I've had to deal with in the past.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service. Sairan Fattah is the best in the business for dental hygiene including if you have implants, veneers etc. She puts you at ease during the treatment, but will be also be firm and make sure you follow the right regime!

Fantastic experience: I had a very welcoming and customer-friendly experience at Harley Street. A dentist greeted me and took me upstairs, though the lift wasn’t working, which wasn’t too much of an issue. After a thorough check-up, I was brought downstairs to discuss financing options, which I was initially nervous about. However, they offered various plans tailored to different needs, which was perfect for my situation. After that, a lovely lady handled all the arrangements for me, and I went back upstairs for the treatment. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. They even gave me complimentary incidental brushes, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would rate the experience 5 stars—the service was excellent, and they live up to their reputation as some of the best in the world, especially with treatments like Invisalign.

Negative experience: I cant believe it’s taken me three years to write this review - I think it’s because I’ve been in denial that I wasted such a signifiant amount of money on something I absolutely hate. I had composite bonding here, the prep was amazing, everyone I spoke to said I was a great candidate for composite bonding. I finally have my front four top teeth treated with composite bonding and they’re awful. They’re literally going in a steep horizontal slope across my mouth and they’re sticking out so much. I tell them immediately I hate them. They suggest I go home and try to get used to them, and go back the next day. Everyone I see agrees - they look awful. So I go back but it’s clear the damage is done, with every attempt to get it straighter the teeth are getting thicker and sticking further out of my mouth. The team basically just gaslit me and said they look fine, but also that I should have got veneers… a confusing contradiction. At this point I just wanted to leave because I was on the verge of tears and I told myself I would probably get used to them - it’s a huge change so maybe I’m just a bit in shock. So for the past three years I’ve been trying to get used to them but I find myself smiling *even less* in pictures now, I don’t even feel comfortable talking because I can see people staring at my teeth when I do. All that, for over £3,000. I’m now looking to have them removed. An absolute nightmare, especially considering I went here because I thought it was one of the best places. Don’t be like me! If you don’t like your treatment, don’t just leave. That feels like common sense now, but I assumed they wouldn’t let me leave if they weren’t happy with the work, so I figured I was probably in the wrong. Apart from actually getting the bonding, that’s my biggest regret.

Negative experience: Total chaos. I waited 30 days for my refund, but I haven't received my money back. They said multiple times, they nearly processed it. I needed to apply for a chargeback to my bank. They cannot process emails. For example, we exchanged 6 times, emails like that: Receptionist: "I have tried calling you but no answer, is there another contact number I can reach you on?" Me: "My number is X. I don't have any missed calls." But when I wrote to them: "I told you I don't have any missed calls many times." she answered: "I have been trying to call you, I have also left several voicemails" Ridiculous! They moved my appointment without even getting me any information. When I called twice they said that they couldn't find my record and said to call again later. Third time I called, I spent 25 min on the line while the receptionist was making an appointment. Such a waste of my time! Next time, they said that my appointment is not in the diary! But it was so hard to reschedule that I gave up after exchanging 16 emails. I decided to find another dentist. It is hard to even describe all management problems in this review. Overall, pathological chaos. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so lovely and organised. Had a splint in to correct my bite and it worked perfectly. No more pain. About to get Invisalign. Thanks Ayhan and Anna, you are both great and super lovely.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adam is such a friendly and thoughtful dentist. He did an excellent job of my teeth and I feel much more confident smiling now. I always felt comfortable in the dental chair and experienced virtually no pain or discomfort. My treatment plan progressed efficiently and the team were sensitive to me not always being in the UK when it came to scheduling appointments. I feel very grateful for the care I received and hope to continue coming to his practice for years to come.
