Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Hygienist Nakshi, and she was friendly, gentle, and very thorough.. Her manner and professionalism was outstanding, she explained where my tarter build-up was and what best tepe brushes to use and how to use them.. my teeth haven't felt so clean by any of the previous hygienists .. I cannot praise Nakshi highly enough.. hygienist like Nakshi should be recognised and praised for her outstanding work.. Thank you Nakshi.

Fantastic experience: I've had my first visit this week ( for an extraction ) I was very impressed! The receptionist was excellent!! The dental surgeon was brilliant, very calm, explained everything well throughout and listened to what I said. I'll be happy to return there if required!

I was welcomed by Autumn who was extremely polite and explained everything. Dr Arun is probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen.. very professional and knowledgeable.. hopefully my antibiotics work, otherwise we have an plan B

Fantastic experience: i lost my front crown so went to glenfield dentist and i was seen by san j. he made me feel very comfortable and the treatment was pain free. as a nervous patient he made me feel at ease. he did me a denture and im very happy with it. ive got my smile back. i'll highly recommend him and all the service i recieved from all the staff that work there. i live 1 hour away from glenfield dentist but i will definitely go back for more treatment. im so happy thankyou so much xx

Fantastic experience: Without hesitation I would highly recommend Abbie, Dental Hygienist, as she always puts me at ease as soon as I walk into the room. She is calming and thorough. As she worked her way around my jaw, mouth and teeth she kept me informed of what she was about to do as well as telling me the results good and bad ie gums, plaque and tarter and so on. Fantastic experience: Raj was very patient with me as I was a bit nervous having my first, and a slightly tricky, filling for 40 years. He explained what was happening as he went along and showed me images of what he had done afterwards. It didn’t hurt in the slightest, so I was really impressed!

The staff on reception are ALWAYS, very polite & courteous, they always look very charming, & smart. . . My Orthodontist Rosa, is absolutely brilliant, as is her Dental Nurse. . . I'm terrified of pain, but l'm always put at my ease, & looked after. . . . (Even though I'm nearly 60, you'd think I wouldn't be such a baby!! )

Positive experience: A very pleasant experience this morning, less ‘frosty’ than normal from the reception. I was very pleased not to be blasted by pop music from the radio but enjoyed some soothing quiet music which mage me relax. My Dentist was as always very pleasant and very professional, explaining everything very clearly.

Positive experience: Visited the practice today and am more than satisfied with the treatment and advice given. The surgery is always clean, friendly and efficient. Appointments are offered to suit and often with a choice. I have always received excellent dental treatment since I joined the practice many years ago. So a big “Thank you “ to all. This would be a 5* review … if reception addressed the issue of patient confidentiality , when they ascertain or confirm personal details, verbally and the customers position re payment. Anyone waiting hears everything and it can be a very embarrassing situation. ( not just my opinion) sadly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Glenfield Dental. I had an implant done, that also required a bone graft. The work is top quality. Raj has done an exceptional job. Although I had a number of visits to complete the work over a number of months the whole thing was explained to me all the way through and all went to plan. It’s not cheap, but probably no dearer than anywhere else you get the same quality from. All the staff are very friendly and I will have no issue visiting again. Top service.

Fantastic experience: New patient at the practise, Srinivas and Nakshi did nothing but put my mind at ease during my appointments (checkup/treatment and hygiene). I cannot thank them enough, especially Nakishi, you really are a special lady!! Receptionists are always so helpful and lovely too. Fantastic experience: Glenfield Dental Surgery always offer a professional and a friendly service. My daughter had 4 tooth extractions recently in preparation for her Brace treatment, Sadif was very professional and empathetic towards her and explained everything before the procedure so we had a clear understanding. Sadif, along with the other dental nurses shown my daughter compassion throughout the procedure. I was very happy with the care that I received from this practice whilst I was having my extractions.Even when my tooth was stuck Sadif and her team made sure that discomfort was minimal and they stayed supportive right until the final tooth left my mouth.I cannot thank all of the team enough.-Esmae Barber

Whilst the practice offers many cosmetic procedures these are not pushed at all but the practice will talk you through everything if you are interested.

Fantastic experience: I am currently having a DENTURE made as I hv lost my original. However it never fitted properly caused many problems going out for a meal was a nightmare so very embarrassing. The amount spent on denture glue was fornominon. This new one is being moulded ..with so much care and attention , Many different techniques are being used and I feel that I will be able to say good bye DENTURE GLUE. So thank you for looking after me ..Only. 8 more visits.

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience a couple of years ago I was incredibly nervous to make an appointment after breaking my tooth. Sanjay and the team were amazing and did a great job at making my visit as positive as possible. I had my tooth extracted by Sanjay and the team it was quick and painless and left me feeling more comfortable with future visits to the practice and continue to improve my oral health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been client for years and always been happy with Raj and the Team. On Friday I phoned with toothache which became worse on Saturday. Helen on reception asked the practice manager if he could see me. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics without charging me. I have then been able to see my dentist today Monday after cancellation . I really appreciate the ‘can do attitude’ I of the staff. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Saw the hygienist today (NM), who was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and patient with me as could see I was nervous and struggling. She took her time and let me sit up and have breaks between cleaning and inspecting my teeth. She explained everything she was doing and told me what needed doing. She made me feel at ease and her assistant was lovely too. I have booked in again to see her in 8 months time. Can not highly recommend her enough.
