Fantastic experience: Very friendly and kind service. Got an emergency appointment with 111 and Christopher. I am a very nervous patient and he really made me feel safe and let me have my cry and we got on with it!

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy, with very friendly and caring staff throughout the whole practice. The process of email and text reminders, along with being able to fill in the forms electronically, means you are there for a shorter period of time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant practise. I was pleased with all my appointments so far, whenever I have my treatment I know I'm in good hands. All staff including receptionists and dentists are very lovely and welcoming. As someone who is currently pregnant, I was a bit anxious going in, but both the dentist and his assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Mr Watwoodtook the time to explain everything to me step by step and both he and his assistant were equally kind and supportive, making sure me and the baby were okay at all times. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and compassion shown to me during my appointment. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially expecting mothers looking for gentle, attentive care.

Positive experience: As a full time wheelchair user and a paraplegic, Fieldside dentis is good, apart from the front door which is very heavy to open for me, the staff are friendly, the dentist examined me in my wheelchair, and I only have to transfer into there chair when having work done. I am under the NHS so prices are reasonable. But if you go on there dental plan(£29.99 a month) then your a private patient and the costs are ridiculous!, I pay for my friends health plan, and 2 fillings are £800.00!, and they want a £130.00 deposit up front!. They say they have a waiting list for new NHS positions but they have never got in touch to inform me.

Fantastic experience: Went to NHS111 online for a call back from a dental nurse who booked me in to be seen same day, dentist checked out the issue saw the problem and pulled the tooth. Was in and out within 15-20 minutes. The staff were lovely can't fault them and especially to be working on a bank holiday.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank the receiption staff for their service. They were exceptionally friendly and kind. When I returned from my check up she asked me how I was and assisted with road directions. Additionally, when receiving my prescription the pharmacy forgot my imfomation leaflet, I called up and received prompt and accurate information.

Fantastic experience: Went today and Was very nervous as past experiences of dental practices aint been to great. The receptionist was lovely and very polite and told me where to wait. Got called in within 3 minutes and both lades were amazing. Listened to me and made me feel right at ease and not worry about anything. Couldn't believe how quick and easy she took my tooth out. All of the staff super friendly and helpful, surgery went as smoothly as possible. Fantastic experience: Visited Fieldside Dental Practice today for my appointment at 3pm and waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room before I was called in. I had a full check up and a couple of X-rays and the 2 x ladies were friendly, helpful and understanding. Has always with every visit to my Dentist everything is done in a very professional way, plus all the staff at my Dentist are always professional in what they do. He’s been incredible at explaining all my treatment options and going over the risks and benefits, which has really helped ease my nerves. I avoided the dentist for 10 years because I was that scared, but his thoughtful approach has made all the difference. The dental nurses are also wonderful—professional, caring, and genuinely supportive.
