I had really bad teeth issues, but Dr Reza was absolutely amazing, very patient and carying and managed to save all my teeth. He went above and beyond to try and do the treatments I needed but listen to my circumstances as well. I can't recomend him enough, there are not many dentists around like him. Very, very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to dentists and I have had many bad experiences in the past, so when I was getting bad toothache I tried to put it out of my mind until it got too bad. My daughter and son both go to Asquith and said I should go there. I saw Alisha and she made me feel relaxed. Returned today for treatment, and whilst it was not the easiest of procedures, Alisha was lovely and caring and Sard (I apologise if I have your name wrong) who came in to assist where both really kind. All other staff were really friendly too, so as much as I hate the dentist, I will not be as nervous to come back and see you all again. Thank you

Negative experience: Travelling from Burton, last appt i attended to have a new denture fitted, was to be told the lab had sent back the original wax mould!!!! Dentist told me rebook next wk and 100% they would be ready.So came away waste of time and petrol. Attended again today should have been the fitting only to be told the denture hadnt been received so to rebook again.I asked why they werent there to be told it was the labs fault!!!! WHY WASNT THIS CHECKED BEFORE MY VISIT TODAY, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE RECEPTIONIST CHECKING TODAYS APPTS AND ANY EQUIPMENT NEEDED, then at least i would have thought someone would have thought to call me! My daughter has worked in a Bupa dentist and knows this responsibility lies with dental nurses and receptionists. No wonder the receptionists are sweet talking patients into leaving a review for them, more than likely to make up for the crap ones!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Asquith House Dental Surgery today for a filling after my overdue check up a few weeks ago. The lovely receptionist was so friendly and put me at ease straight away. When called to see Marcus, my dentist, at my appointment time I was welcomed warmly and, despite some nervousness, was immediately calmed by his professional, caring manner and the friendliness of the Dental nurse. Everything was explained to me thoroughly about the procedure and it went without a hitch. Thank you all for your care and attention. I could not recommend this practice highly enough.

I’ve seen a few dentists now and they’re all very professional and always make me feel less nervous. Feel very lucky to have a dentist who accepts nhs patients and manages to see them in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Had filling today, good service and efficient. Apparently if you are on universal credit there are no appointments until April, but double check just to make sure. If you pay for your dentist, theres available appointments beforehand.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Asquith house dental surgery after a recommendation from a relative; and I am 100% happy with all the dental treatments I have received; which includes dental braces. Also my daughters use to get quite anxious about going to the dentist but since moving to Asquith there as been no issues and are quite happy about going now. It's down to all the staff being understanding, friendly and polite. Just a special mention for Donna (manager/receptionist), Fayeez (dentist) and Basim (dental hygienist) who are all amazing.
