Fantastic experience: Dr Sedha and his wonderful team were incredibly caring, supportive and professional and went out of their way to get my husband sorted with his dental emergency, the after care has been impeccable and they are a fantastic team to have in your corner. We are so grateful for you guys!

Negative experience: Complaint Regarding Dental Service and Lack of Professionalism I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the dental service I recently received. I initially contacted the clinic by phone to book an appointment specifically to repair my braces and get a new plastic retainer made. I was told everything was fine and went ahead with the appointment. In total, I paid nearly £800. However, once the treatment was completed, I was not given the plastic retainer as expected. I had to call the clinic myself to follow up and ask when I would receive it. I was told that someone would get back to me — but no one ever did. I had to call again to chase them, only to be told that the retainer was not listed in their records. I was immediately denied the retainer and told that if I wanted one, I would need to pay an additional £50 for a check-up. This is despite the fact that it was their mistake, not mine. There was no accountability or willingness to take responsibility for the error. The way they handled this situation was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tried to charge me even more. This has been one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had with a dental provider. It’s clear that they did not manage my information properly, showed no sense of responsibility, and were not proactive in resolving the issue. What I experienced was not only unprofessional but also felt unfair and exploitative. I feel extremely let down by the clinic and hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar issues for other patients.

Fantastic experience: I travel back from norfolk because of the friendly and helpful staff and exerllent treatment when needed, have just finished a treatment plan with Amarpreet (6 momths), she is a credit to the practice along with her assistant alice.I have been kept informed of what's going on and what's to come every step of the way and the end result is exerllent.Thank you guys for all of your care

She took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really helped ease my nerves She reassured me and shared how the procedure would work, making it clear that it wouldn’t be as painful as it seemed. Overall, it was a very easy and pleasant experience. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism I received.

Negative experience: Have been with Cygnet for many years and generally is good. But made to wait for 30minutes for a checkup today - that is poor. I'm losing money whilst sitting waiting. If an appointment is made SIX months in advance, how can you get this so wrong?

Fantastic experience: Amarpreet Kaur Grewal is a fantastic dentist! I and my elderly father are patients of hers. She's very thorough, explains everything and has a very gentle touch with the check ups/treatments. Hygienist Hannah is also fab! Reception staff are also very helpful and accommodating.

Negative experience: I had a dentist appointment , at first she didn’t know if she was doing a filling or a hygiene appointment. the women had no clue what she was doing. Then she done a filling in the wrong tooth. I am in pain now and I have to have a root canal now. The dentist is Ria

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who has a phobia like myself. Not been to a dentist in about 5 years due to my phobia .. After 3 days of excruciating pain and trying all nhs dentists in my local area I called up here. From the get go the lady on the phone was so understanding and offered me a sit and wait appointment the same day. On arrival reception staff were very welcoming. The dentist I saw could see I was nervous and made me feel at ease! Prescribed antibiotics and given a follow up appointment to see what options I have once the infection has died down. Thanks so much to everyone here! Definitely worth the travel.

The dentists and the nurses are wonderful and the reception staff are just as understanding and kind. I am currently not an nhs patient but when I was they treated me with as much care and understanding. Brilliant all round

We had been to another dentist before for an NHS check up and left feeling confused. My son seen Dr Abdelrahman Mohamed and he was brilliant with my son, really thorough and we left feeling so much less worried about concerns because he took the time to explain things properly. Can't recommend him enough

Before the appointment I was worried as I do suffer with anxiety especially at dentist appointments, but the whole time I was kept informed of what would be done and what is being looked for. Fantastic experience: After being in pain for 5 days and calling 111 twice and after going to my dentist without actually solving anything, on a Saturday morning I’ve booked an appointment in less than an hour. The clinic is very clean and easy to get to. My dentist was Abubakar Baana and with the help of the nurse I left with no pain like he promised in the beginning. Everything was explained properly and in less than 2 hours he solved my problem. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff. Managed to get an urgent appointment for a very painful tooth the same day. Dentist was very thorough and identified the cause of the pain swiftly, and gave me several options on how to treat it in the short, medium and long term. Short term option worked very well, giving me relief quickly and has alleviated the need for further, more drastic treatment for the time being. I have been with the practice for over 4 years, and as an NHS patient, I feel I have had exceptional treatment from them during that time, and i would whole heartedly recommend them.

Positive experience: Very nice dentist but felt like nhs dentist unable to help with removing teeth and having implant wanted to refer me elsewhere with £150 referral price only to find out they would charge me the earth so back to square one and having to find someone to remove my teeth and have implants that doesn’t cost a fortune

Fantastic experience: Immaculate practice with kind and gentle tem members who accommodated my little on in his pushchair. Had patience with me being nervous and explained everything on depth and with kindness. I saw the hygienist for myself and came out feeling brand new. My little one had a check up and on both of our appointments he left with a sticker despite on one occasion I was the brave one haha. Honestly..... A great team and beautiful practice The only little downfall would be the parking due to there not being any and it being double yellows outside.

Fantastic experience: My wife's crown came off and she was in a lot of pain from the sharp edges I was given an appointment to see the dentist in two hours. As the dentist was not our own dentist he messaged her whilst we were there and see was seen by both dentists. Unfortunately the crown could not be "re-stuck|" but the service we received was excellent they were able to relieve her pain immediately and an appointment was made was for two weeks for an extraction but if the pain continued she was to come in and they would do asap. I would recommend this practice for their care and consideration. Well done and thanks. (all on the NHS).

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to the dentist for 8 years until today. Dr Abdulrahman and his nurse were both so kind and talked me through everything and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Dr Abdelrahman Mohammed & Lucy both two amazing people who went above and beyond to make me so happy with my teeth. Both kind and caring and so professional i hated the way my teeth looked before i saw Dr mohammed but we done extra work to no cost for me just to make me smile again i cant thank him enough for the confidence he has given me. The best dental practice in essex cant recommend them enough.

Because of circumstances, I was only able to attend at a certain time and day and this appointment was accommodated for me. I found that the surgery was extremely clean and presentable. I was treated politely and with respect by the reception staff. Given my financial status, I was advised that the work needed could be done in stages and the urgent issues dealt with first. The Dentist, Dr. Hamish Patel treated me with respect and a lot of care. I had two teeth removed and didn't feel any discomfort at all. My aftercare advice was good and I'm pleased to say that the wounds are healing quite nicely. In all, I was very pleased with the visit.

Everything is explained so well and options were given. I was made to feel comfortable which is a relief as I'm not good with having my teeth done. The appointment wasn't rushed either. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from this practice. It deals very well with minimising the risk of Covid infection by ensuring patients are checked for symptoms prior to entering the Surgery and the treatments rooms are thoroughly disinfected after each visit. The dental nurse who let me in was very kind and obliging - even offering me a chair to sit on outside while I waited my turn. The service I received from Abdul the dentist was first-rate; he explained everything very carefully and is clearly very passionate about his work. HIs assistants were similarly very professional.
