Fantastic experience: Always treated well. The receptionists are always helpful. The waiting area is clean. The dentist I see is welcoming. She listens carefully, explains the procedures she is about to undertake. I have total confidence in her professional abilities.

Positive experience: Would have been 5 stars however I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited 30 minutes over my appointment time. No apology even though the dental nurse saw me waiting before appointment. When I mentioned that I thought they had forgotten about me they told me it wasn't on there system. After the treatment which was professional I went down to reception were the receptionist tried to charge me for treatment that I had already paided for.

Would definitely recommend this practice, worth the travel to appointment. My dentist, Dr. Pritti Patel and the other dental staff supporting are great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Nida Adnan. By far one of the nicest dentist I’ve ever seen. Very professional and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend her. The assistant with her was just as good.

Negative experience: Houghton Regis dental centre will take your money for nothing. Avoid them. They will not respond to concerns either. They offered me no service for the money taken. They promised and never fulfilled their commitment. Avoid them.

Fantastic experience: Superb service from the team and thanks to their referral to luton and dunstable hospital my daughter suffered due her not seeing a local dentist to have 6 teeth removed. I would highly recommend due to them being child friendly.

Negative experience: I went to get a clean by a hygienist and I was ten minutes late (including 5 mins queuing up) considering I paid £78 for a clean the hygienist said she couldn’t clean it properly because I was late so it was not a full job done although she could have spent ten minutes finishing the job even nhs do that and considering how much we pay she did half a job. I then went back to reception and I said hello to the lady and very rudely said “bear with me a moment”. As in she couldn’t clean have responded said hi - please could you bear with me. But she was so rude. First experience and last really unhappy with how I was treated. Won’t be going back!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic appointment with Hannah and Taylor yesterday. Extremely professional, put me at ease and explained every step of the process. I've never had an appointment quite like it, Hannah was so efficient and knowledgeable and gave me some really really great advice. Fantastic experience: I would like to echo the positive feedback given by so many others towards the Houghton Regis Dental Centre. I cannot speak highly enough about the service received by the reception staff, Dr Shivani and her team during my recent appointment. Whilst it would be an exaggeration to say I look forward to further visits to the dentist, they wont be greeted with the same levels of trepidation and anxiety in the future.

Positive experience: I've always been very pleased with Houghton Regis Dental Centre. I tend to choose a practice based on their hygienist, as visiting the hygienist tends to be more unpleasant than the usual check-up, and they're very good here.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent appointment today with Dr Hoque and would be very happy to be seen by her again. My only problem is with the entry door. I have limited mobility and use a walking frame. It’s almost impossible for me to pull a heavy door towards me and I’m sure this must affect other users of mobility aids. An automatic door would be much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean and efficient. I never feel like I'm being recommended treatment that I don't need. Update: I'm still using the same dentist surgery for myself and my kids. Had a really positive experience this morning with my kids who are both autistic, they both felt very at ease with the dentist and my daughter, who wasn't even booked in, was given a quick check up because she was in the mood to go along with it today.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Vindy for a number of years, she is very professional and polite. During a recent longer procedure, she put me at ease and explained everything that she was going to do. She explained my options regarding the upcoming procedure and checked that I understood. She regularly checked how I was feeling and reassured me that she would stop whenever I wanted her to. Vindy is such as asset to the surgery and a credit to her profession.

Fantastic experience: Houghton Regis dental centre is a well run practice where staff are courteous and polite. Generally I have experienced minimal wait times and had pleasant visits. The one time I had an issue staff where very apologetic and resolved my concern immediately.

Positive experience: I'm not a fan of dentist visits, but since going to Houghton regis surgery, they have made me feel much calmer. The hygienist and dental nurse really try to put me at my easy. I would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: Me and my children had appointment today, we normally see Janet but she was off today so our appointment was with Dr Pritti Patel, I’m normally quite nervous seeing a new dentist , but she was a lovely, very calming and friendly, great with my children.

Positive experience: Very happy with my dentist Ishan. However I have had to wait over a month for my appointment today only to be told I can not get another appointment that I need for a further 5 weeks. Ishan said to book to see him in ten days time, but receptionist said there were no free appointments to see him until 5 weeks time. Not very happy about this, obviously there are taking on too many patients because of the money and unable to offer an acceptable time wait for existing patients of more than 9 years.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr Reay. I'm not worried about going to the dentist for an appointment but I do get apprehensive just before any treatment starts. Dr Reay and his Dental Technician put me at ease and made sure I was fine throughout my treatment. Dr Reay had obviously read my previous notes so knew the amount of anaesthetic I needed. The treatment went ahead and I didn't feel a thing. Fantastic.
