Fantastic experience: I moved to the Kettering area just over a year ago and was looking for a local dentist. Kettering dental and implant clinic are definitely the best dentist I’ve visited in my life time. Receptionist very warm and welcoming and the dentist herself, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Well definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Being an extremely nervous patient and finally plucking up the courage to visit the dentist, I had an appointment with Jay. And hi can honestly say he put me at ease with a treatment plan and made me feel good about my smile. I can’t wait to get my teeth fixed with Jay.

Fantastic experience: Went for a check up and hygiene appointment.I was met with a warm welcome at reception which put me at ease, as like a lot of people visiting the dentist isn’t on top of my list after a lifetime of not so great experiences at the dentist, I can finally say that Kettering Dental has restored my faith. The check up was a breeze and the hygiene was on another level. The treatment I received for my hygiene appointment was amazing with attention to detail and talking me through the whole experience. Could go on and on about my appointment but I am now on a plan to try and keep my teeth for as long as I can and I feel assured by Kettering Dental that with their guidance and expertise together it will be possible. Honestly I can’t recommend Kettering Dental enough also with going on a plan where you pay monthly it helps spread the cost. Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I was anxious about a particularly difficult extraction (which NHS dentist said I would need to go under general anesthetic at hospital for) with Dr H. Vaghela today. I really needn't have worried. From the minute I walked in I was made to feed comfortable. Dr H. Vaghela explained everything he was doing and I honestly never felt a thing even from the numbing injections that normally scratch and sting.....nothing. Absolutely superb professional and painless treatment. I can't wait to continue my treatment plan with my next appointment. That is something I never thought I'd say .

I’d previously had my dental treatment in Budapest, and this is one of few UK practices I’ve experienced that matches those standards and outlook.

Positive experience: I visited a hygienist today who I assume was locum, which must be difficult. However, he proceeded to manually de-plaque my teeth causing them to bleed and some areas became sore: and then he put the polish on with his gloved finger which I’ve not experienced for a while.

I had Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening and within 6 months have received the most perfect and natural set of teeth and I am over the moon!!! Fantastic experience: What an amazing team of people! I met with Claire to discuss replacing a broken tooth with an implant, but during my examination to arrange this it was discovered that it was going to be extremely complicated, however an alternative solution was suggested and because the practice has so many expert dentists on site this was discussed and approved and a treatment plan was drawn up there and then. I was so impressed with Dr Hemal and the team, they were so lovely, extremely thorough and very reassuring. I left feeling incredibly positive and excited about having the work done.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient and have been really impressed by the honesty, empathy and detailed explanation of what work I should and shouldn’t think about in restoring my smile. Came in wanting a very expensive but apparently un-necessary procedure. Some dentists would just take the money but they explained what would actually help and planned a staged approach to getting my teeth to where I want them. Really blown away.

I first came last year as I knew my teeth needed treatment, but I also wanted to gain a confident smile. I was treated by Dr Mistry who made me feel so relaxed and at ease with every appointment. She talked me through my options and I chose to have the Invisalign process and composite bonding. Dr Mistry was always very professional with a warm and friendly approach. I have now completed my treatment and I can honestly say I have never felt happier, the effort and dedication put in by Dr Mistry and her team are above and beyond all expectations. Positive experience: My husband and I have recently registered with this practice and so both have had a check up. We were very promptly seen by a pleasant and thorough dentist and were impressed with his attention to detail and welcoming accommodation to our needs (I am in a wheelchair). We were less impressed by the rough access to the clinic and the narrow spaces inside. However, it was evidently being refurbished and better appointed, as explained, so we await this being completed. Despite this the service is offered was excellent and for this we are grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed corrective treatment at Kettering Dental & Implant Clinic under the wonderful care of Dr Sejal Mistry and I couldn't be more delighted. In childhood I developed a fear of dentists, associating visits with pain. In teenage years I had five years of orthodontic work to correct my overcrowded teeth however never had confidence in my smile. In later years my teeth had moved again and with some trepidation I sought to get my smile improved. During the past year I have been treated with respect, my wishes listened to and I now smile widely. The outcome has exceeded my expectations. My only regret is waiting until I turned 60 to make the change. I would highly recommend Dr Mistry and the team, as well as feeling thrilled with the outcome I have banished a lot of my dentist related fears. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent visit, my dentist was very caring. She reassured me regarding my treatment plan moving forward. And I look forward to my return visit to complete all work needed to give me my smile back.

Negative experience: Do not bother booking in for Invisalign or composite bonding at this dental clinic. There is only one dentist who is taking on new clients and the work does not reflect the prices. They continue to take on over 120 clients to be dealt with by one dentist which is now leading to shorter appointments and poor work. I know 3 different people that are unhappy with their work and instead of the dentist taking on these issues, she instead makes you feel like an inconvenience. After making a complaint to the manager, the dentist then rang my 19 year old sister to tell her she’s upset about the complaint and doesn’t appreciate the comments made. She then said she will have to take a shorter lunch break in order to fit her in, to almost make her feel guilty for not being happy with her teeth. A composite bonding appointment is meant to be a minimum of 3-4 hours. My sister was booked in for a slot of 2 hours and burst into tears when she got home at the state of her teeth. If we had known that there was only one dentist, we would have looked at her work and realised it’s not to the standard we want. This information isn’t given at the time and if you actually look at a lot of the 5 star reviews for Dr Sejal Mistry, the teeth aren’t even the same length. While some people might accept this, we were under the impression that the work would reflect the price. It’s very obvious that this business is more about the money and there is a lack of actual passion and care from this dentist and business. I really encourage people to book in somewhere else as the stress that my sister and myself have dealt with, including my friends who have gone here is not worth it. This is meant to be an enjoyable and happy time, and you are made to feel like an inconvenience. If they want to charge London prices, they need to get some more dentists in that can provide this service.
