The nurse was very helpful. Then a tutor checked everything. Great team work. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Called in at 9am, was given an emergency appointment with a student dentist at 3pm, The student was young but efficient and confident while being respectful to my needs, she held council with a senior dentist who was as equally professional and helpful, between them they manage to relieve the most horrendous pain in my month/head Well done and thank you

Fantastic experience: I'm new to this dentist, but I will say that all the staff are really friendly and they made me feel welcome . The dentist I saw (bethany) was really lovely , she made me free calm as I was very nervous. The dentist nurse who was working with her was friendly and lovely.

Negative experience: I didn’t feel like everything was explained to me properly and why swabs were not taken?

Positive experience: I called for an emergency appointment as i was in severe pain which i explained to the receptionist. I was denied this and was told all appointments were full even though this was only 9.15am. I was told to call again the next day. I did get one on the next day thankfully. The dentist said to collect a range of jaw exercises from reception, i was given a print out with one excercise. Had to wait for this while the receptionist put her mobile phone down. Never a good impression.

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience for a nerve wracking procedure. As always Olivia (Buckley) performed her magic with confidence and skill. I have complete faith in her abilities and she never disappoints.

Fantastic experience: Was able to get an emergency dental appointment for my son at this dentist. I called up beforehand asking about parking and the receptionist was lovely and so helpful. When we arrived, the lady that answered the phone was great and very helpful and very welcoming. The dentist was great too, as was her assistant, who apologised for being late, even though it was only a few minutes. If I lived closer, I would love for it to be my practice. What a wonderful place.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentists, used to regularly have Vic for many years but after he retired started having Daniel who is equally as good. Had both NHS and private services and both great experiences. Best dentists I have ever had, always put at ease, any treatment explained well and never felt any pain with Vic and Daniel whatever I had done. If I could give ten stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Would absolutely recommend High Green Dental Practice. I had to make an emergency appointment and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she really did her best to help me. Ok, I had to call back a couple of days later but she remembered me and did everything she could to get me seen. And Dan is a first class dentist. You feel really comfortable with him, he explains everything thoroughly and puts you at ease. He really knows his dentistry.

Negative experience: I cracked my tooth a while back so I made an appointment but because I’ve not gone private it took months to get. When I got there I ended up having to wait over an hour for my appointment even though I got there on time. I found out it was 2 students ‘fixing it’ which I didn’t really mind to begin with. They poked all my gums until I bled and then just pulled off half my cracked tooth with their fingers. They didn’t fill that tooth even though it was left completely exposed and really painful. i also told them about a problem with my jaw which they ignored. I had to make 2 more appointments to get it fixed but they weren’t meant to be for another 2 months. These appointments got cancelled and were moved 4 months further. Today I went back obviously hoping to get this tooth fixed. Once again I had students ‘fixing it’ and they didn’t do anything to my cracked tooth but instead spent an hour and a half giving a different tooth a filling and now I have to wait until March to get my cracked tooth fixed. I also told them again about my jaw problem which they ignored again.
