Fantastic experience: Visited this dental practice and I have to say I had a very welcoming experience, seeing as it was my first time seeing a dentist. The staff,(Dr Kon, his nurse Bimala and the receptionist, Verona where all so great to me). Procedure,( wisdom extraction), went so smooth and painless. Thank you to all of you, God Bless your hearts.

Negative experience: I was ripped off and extorted charged £1300 when it was meant to be £240 ( I had the same work done a 1year ago, I asked for a price list and the staff said the dentist decides the price I had the receptionist lying to me and hanging up the phone on me and being charged emergency appointment when it wasn’t. none of the staff took accountability and all I got was, I can ring someone else from their staff naeem Patel Stay away from ambience dental practice

Negative experience: They took me off their NHS tratent list without even telling me. Now they are ignoring my emails. Devious and disgusting behaviour.

Negative experience: Terrible business practice. A trusted connection of mine informed me that this company does not always pay their tradesmen. My connection did some substantial work on site a while ago and they never paid the invoice, even after several reminders and payment plans offered over the months. They then blocked contact. Outrageous behaviour, be warned.

Fantastic experience: It was absolutely brilliant.. the doctor Prajakta Angre is absolutely brilliant.. my son was so comfortable during the extraction procedure.

Negative experience: i was happy with the service i got but now they taken me off books for no reason and cant get back on it not taking on nhs adults they use send yearly check up

In particular, Dr. Eva Loyola's calm, communicative and compassionate approach, allied to her highly effective surgical skills, has put a smile on the face of one whose confidence in dentistry has been restored... as have multiple teeth. Excellent NHS dentistry is alive and well in Swindon!

Fantastic experience: We received a prompt appointment after my daughter was complaining of discomfort in her mouth. We were seen the following day. The reception that took my call was just lovely, so helpful so kind and she promised to call me back which she did within 1 hour. When we saw the dentist she was so great with my daughter who was very nervous and she kept her calm and was just wonderful. I honestly cannot fault this practice. Thank you so much ❤️

Negative experience: Horrible experience the dentist have a lack of respect for the patients there, my experience has left me disappointed angry and upset I most definitely will not be coming back here and writing a formal complaint

Re the NHS services, I wish they could include dental cleaning for teens; I would pay for it. My husband is happy with his doctor, dr Consuela Cazan. Fantastic experience: Had my 2nd appointment today which was a follow-up, from 6 months ago, again Ms Cazan put me at my ease and was totally professional in explaining what she was going to do and the cost involved. You may not be impressed with the entrance hall and waiting area but the treatment you receive as a patient from all the team including the receptionist is very professional and very pleasant Thank you

Negative experience: I called to book an urgent appointment. They told me the dentist I saw ages ago (the one time I visited them) is on holiday for 2wks so I have to wait 2wks before I can have an urgent appointment. I asked why, when they have slots available. Apparently it’s because dentists don’t see each others’ patients when they’re away so you have to wait for your dentist to come back from holiday first before. Absolutely appalling service.

Fantastic experience: First time attending Ambience dental practice from out of town. Staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Dr Consuela first established previous dental treatments and then discussed all the pros and cons of the teeth whitening options available. She undertook an assessment of my teeth and asked me questions regarding sensitivity and proposed a treatment tailored to me. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and took the time to listen. Negative experience: I attended this practice almost 18 months ago because I had lost a crown from a really important lower back tooth and needed a small filling to another tooth .I was told by the examining dentist that the crown was not worth replacing and that I should just leave the tooth as it was as it was " infected" and likely to need removal very soon . Now bearing in mind I was in my late 60's and the lose of this tooth would have had serious consequences for my ability to chew my food , I went to another dentist in Wooten Bassett for a second opinion and was told there were no signs of any "infection" in the back tooth and they proceeded to treat it and replace the crown along with the other filling . This important tooth is still serving me well and I am appalled that a so called professional could have caused this tooth to fall apart in it's unprotected condition , presumably because he couldn't be bothered to carry out the work, not to mention misleading me about alleged infection .I would not use this practice again and I would not recommend them .

Negative experience: Dr Nour told me I would need 6 fillings urgently and that I must book them in asap when I visited the practise a year ago. Visited a new dentist which was recommended by many - my new dentist told me I only need one filling. Watch out for misinformation from this practise - other reviews have had the same experience.

Negative experience: I have been with this DENTAL for quite a while now. Last I had my tooth extraction was a few years ago and it just made me feel nervous returning to them (treatment didnt go well).Even though the dentist was very welcoming and pretty calm.We are still registered with them and a few years ago I had to take two of my kids for fillings and I could see the discomfort with one of my kids.This particular dentist and I cannot remember her name (female and of Indian Origin) was abit harsh and loud.I don't know if she was having a bad day or that's just her ways of dealing with clients. NO GREETINGS AT ALL.Not even a smile to make us feel welcome and give us abit of peace as we all know that going to a dentist is not fun at all.She will say OK SIT HERE AND OPEN WIDE THEN LATER EXPLAINING YOU HAVE TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH LIKE THIS..UP DOWN,UP DOWN AND ANTI CLOCK WISE ON THE SIDE AND THE OTHER SIDE CLOCKWISE....10 TIMES..AT least SMILE!!!!!!.Today my son had an appointment and my gosh I had to see her stubborn face again .No greeting at all.During his treatment I could see he was in pain and also discomfort. I felt really bad as her work was just a fast one and quite pathetic. Do dentist treat us in a biased way because some of us are under NHS and free of charges or even when we pay for our treatments(AS WE DID TODAY ),we are being treated so bad. After paying for his treatment he told me Wow mom I was in so much pain ..I thought she would just drill out all my teeth.I am so disappointed and frustrated at how this dentist have been doing her work.I am not sure abt other dentist . Please can you see into this matter!!!!!!We are not looking forward ro seeing her face during our next appointment. FEEL REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN BY THIS DENTIST

Fantastic experience: Looked at feedback and a little worried but needed emergency appointment. In the end I needed tooth extraction. All I can say is DR NAUR DAAS is amazing. They’re now my dentist full time. Naur was calming, empathetic, and extracted my tooth pain free. Nothing was too much bother. Pricing was better than I expected! Positive experience: I went to see the dentist on 11/06/2024. First of all, the appointment was easy for a private appointment. I made a call one day before and got an appointment a day later. Although, I had to wait a few minutes for the dentist to arrive as my appointment was at 9:00 am, the dentist (Dr Nour Das) was nice to greet. I went for a regular check up. So, I had 4 X-rays and the regular visit. I liked the fact that the dentist told me the price of the X-ray before doing it. From my first experience, it was easy and smooth. However, I'm still waiting for a quotation on further treatment necessary that I was supposed to be sent by email. Hopefully, I receive it.
