Choudhury had been really informative and helpful in getting my gum health back in check and removing all the build up in my teeth, truly is a perfectionist. Negative experience: Went for an emergency appointment reception staff was very rude my poor father didn’t know he was sent a text message to fill form as he was unaware of it. Reception lady told me to ‘excuse me quickly’ made me rush a form that was important. Had a rude tone not friendly

Negative experience: They gave me antibiotics twice, without checking my teeth properly. I feel like nhs patience are not treated fairly.

Negative experience: Every time you make an appointment they cancel it and will make another, but if you cancel for any reason it's a problem. You also can't be any later than 10 minutes for an appointment but I have waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the dentist. I had an appointment today with the hygienist, she scaled my bottom teeth, the machine had touched part of my lip, then asked if I had bitten my lip as there was now a bruise. I replied that I hadn't and now my lip hurt. She got defensive and said it wasn't her and I must have bit my lip. I had not bit my lip. I have attached a photo of the trauma to my lip. I have been with Marjorie Lees for a very long time and feel extremely let down. I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: I can’t remember the name of my Dentist at the time as it was an emergency appointment, but he was nothing but pleasant, professional and reassuring. I get very anxious easily and in particular with the procedure but he made me feel at ease and I cannot fault this experience.

Dr. Salman Paiter was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. Nurse assisting was also very nice and friendly.I left feeling confident and cared for! The Dentist was very informative, easy to communicate with and recommended the molar be extracted. The extraction was quick and absolutely painless. The dentist waiting room is nice and clean with toys available for children if needed . Met my dentist mr Painter very polite , professional and friendly. Explained what he was going to do do on my visit , very reassuring and chatty . Professional and well presented as was his assistant supporting him . Completed my check up and carried out x-rays. Once my check up was completed he explained what he found. Offered advice on what to use to clean my teeth ( not much room to floss on my crowns ) advised what to use to ensure all plaque was removed and the reasons for same . Mr Painter also gave me a couple samples to use and how to use them Lovely practice thank you .

Negative experience: Terrible dentist, I went on for an emergency appointment and they refused to check what tooth was hurting and thought they knew it all. I also told the dentist that it wasn’t that tooth that he thought was the problem and that a different tooth was hurting but he insisted that if he was to check the tooth that was hurting we wouldn’t have enough time to go back to the one he thought that was the problem. They don’t care what you think they only care about you coming back again and spending more money and putting u on meds. Never go here!!!

Negative experience: They give me corrupt dentures and when I told them. Its not good, very big size and corrupt cheap material, they are doing nothing, these days people have only interest to make money
