Fantastic experience: Composite bonding review: Paras has worked magic on my teeth. If you are considering composite bonding at Dental Beauty definitely go for it. My smile was straight before, but now my front 6 teeth are even and aligned and my smile looks perfect for my wedding day. Negative experience: Mislead informations just to get you back in at private prices, even if you’re entitled for NHS. Being on waiting list for over 9 months, they don’t reply to emails when you’re asking for an update. They take cash payment, but don’t give change. Don’t recommend!
Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I had a bad experience at a different dentist. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist made me feel at ease. The dentist was very calm and made me feel comfortable. Hightly recommend. I was offered cold bottled water which was a nice touch.

Positive experience: I contacted this clinic after seeing on the NHS website that they were accepting new patients. When I got in touch, I was informed that while they do accept new patients, there is a very long waiting list. As I needed to be seen sooner, I opted for a private consultation. The dentist I saw was professional and thorough, and the overall clinical care was excellent. That said, I did find the treatment prices to be quite high. I would like to give special recognition to a member of the reception team, Penny, whose customer service was outstanding. Due to my busy shift schedule, I wasn’t always available, but Penny was patient, flexible, and made multiple efforts to return my calls. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions with care. If the clinic owner is reading this, I’d strongly recommend acknowledging Penny’s exceptional service — she truly adds value to the patient experience. I’d also suggest reviewing the pricing structure to make private care more accessible, perhaps by offering modest discounts for larger treatment plans.

Fantastic experience: From moment I stepped in the door both the receptionists and clinical staff were both professional,empathic and friendly. Very important factors for a nervous patients. My fears were totally suppressed by the knowledge and explanation of what was occurring. Further to this was other procedures being fully explained and the benefit and cost of these and how I could book if I felt I needed them. The whole appointment was professional and explanatory and although executed with professionalism there was an element of humour which really put me at ease. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Joined as an NHS patient at the beginning of April. Receptionists all seem very welcoming. I spoke with Penny who was just lovely. My first appointment was with Aashish (dentist) he was very thorough, giving lots of different options for treatments and helpful information for home self help. Second appointment was with Miroslawa (Hygienist), again she was very thorough, she gave me lots of cleaning tips and product information. My teeth felt lovely afterwards. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. It all looks very clean and the reception is spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent reception experience! I called the practice today, which was one of the nicer phone conversations I ever had with any of the dentist clinics. "Ro" practice manager was polite, helpful, and professional. There wasn't any problem with NHS registration for both of my children. The next-day appointment has been offered immediately. Due to work, I could take it but "Ro" was so nice to offer an alternative date/time to be more suitable - from me 5 stars service! Looking forward to my booked appointment - if would be as good as the reception customer service then I found the PERFECT dentist!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had a check up and my dentist was incredibly thorough and picked up some work I needed doing that my regular dentist had not. All my questions were answered and I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable during my time there. I was also given some Colgate sensitive testers as I had mentioned that Sensodyne was making my gums sore. It’s also really lovely inside with bottles of water at reception and nice music playing. I’m so chuffed with the service I’ve received, and I’m excited to start my teeth whitening journey. Thanks so much and see you at my review in 4 weeks

Fantastic experience: Incredible dental practice! From the moment you enter you are welcomed by the lovely receptionists who are happy to answer any questions you have. My dentist Dr Aysha was very understanding and reassuring when discussing treatment options that suit means put me at ease, I have started my dental transformation with a visit to the hygienist Mirka who was gentle and gave a demonstration on best techniques to maintain dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: I recently had gum contouring as I had 2 teeth that had gum covering a bit too much of them which made my smile look a bit uneven. The procedure was painless, I couldn’t feel a thing. The pain a few hours after was so minimal it was nothing to even think of. It healed completely within 2-3 days. Bhavin is great, I definitely recommend going to see him. I’ll be going back to him in a few months for my composite bonding. Front of house are also really friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have just joined Dental Beauty Welwyn Garden City, the practice is bright clean and very professional in look. The reception staff are so friendly warm and welcoming, they made us feel very relaxed. We were initially greeted by the practice manger who booked us in making us aware of the available amenities and she was very smiley warm and welcoming. Our examinations were carried out by Aysha (dentist) and Megan (dental nurse), they were both excellent making us feel very relaxed and at ease. Thorough checks were undertaken including photographs and x-rays of our teeth. At the conclusion of the examination we were both shown the photographs and x-rays and we were given a comprehensive verbal assessment of our teeth and any issues along with a suitable plan of action going forward along with a price plan. When our treatment was concluded we again went to reception were we spoke with Penny and Rebecca. They were both very smiley and very friendly ensuring we were happy with our time at the practice, they were generally chatty and made us feel most welcome. All in all a very positive experience, very proffesional very friendly and welcoming, we would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Jesus Christ, what a difference! The place, equipment and people here have the feel of a high class private dentistry, yet they still see NHS patients. The welcome couldn't have been warmer, Kayur and Adriana couldn't have been more thorough (nearly an hour!) and the explanation of my status and formulation of a plan were detailed and so well put across. Positive experience: Very professional and friendly and high tech monitoring and care. I would have to give one star down as my appointments are never on time, always have to wait 15-20min - my dentist doesn't do early mornings later afternoons or weekends so if I need to take time off work I need to be back in time.

Fantastic experience: Easy to arrange an appointment, with very detailed reminders via text or email, lovely friendly staff and very good dentistry done by highly qualified professionals, this dental practice has everything down to a very high standard, the dentist I used, Bahvin is very thorough explaining everything to ease nerves around treatment options, payments and the final outcome. Fantastic experience: Great customer service and very professional! Manager Roison was very professional and personable. I had a dental issue and was in a lot of pain over the weekend and Roison managed to get me seen by a dentist on the same day. She also took the time to explain their Invisalign treatment to my partner who was interested in getting it done. Aash was the dentist who saw me on the day, took the time to explain what he thought caused the dental pain and what course of action he was going to take and why. Also was impressed that they aren’t trying to sell you everything. I was given options and explained the costs and importantly given the space to choose. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Always get worried about going to dentists after some previous experiences but I have now been to Dental Beauty twice and each time has been great, completely taken all worries away. After Kayur took a look at my teeth he explained everything in thorough detail. Both Penny and Rebecca were also great on reception, helping me out with any questions I had. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of registering @ Dental & Beauty (WGC)and what a real friendly warm welcome I received from the receptionist Penny and the Manager Roisin They were both extremely informative and very kind hearted all in pleasant surroundings. The Hygenist Ibrahim and his assistant Adriana were also very professional and gentle. I actually look forward to going back in a weird way. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having been looking for a new dental practice, we spoke to Penny the receptionist on the phone who was very helpful and polite. She got me and my partner booked in and was very welcoming on the day of our appointment. Our dentist, Paras and dental nurse Karin were so welcoming and professional, providing both of us a very good service. Our first experience and this dental practice was a very good one.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist and friendly members of staff, managed to get an appointment quickly. Penny who we spoke to over the phone and at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Our dentist and nurse Paras and Karin were also very friendly and informative. After being unhappy at my previous dentist, I couldn’t recommend this dentist enough!

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental practice I've visited. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Roison on the reception desk was lovely to talk to and made me feel very welcome, as did Aysha who provided a high level of dental treatment. I would definitely recommend Dental beauty WGC.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here now for around 3 years, Every time I need a appointment they get me in at a time that suits. Being a tradesman its often hard to organise appointments but they always find time to fit me in. The ladies working at reception are always welcoming and accommodating. My dentist Roison always does a cracking job and is supportive as I am not a fan of having work done in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I have a mental health disability and struggle with anxiety but am always met at reception by Roison and her colleagues with a warm welcome, kindness & understanding. The dentists and hygienists are very kind and patient. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience to date, reception staff were very warm and welcoming Claire went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough, amazing welcoming staff. So friendly and can’t do enough for you. As someone who hates the dentist they make you feel at ease and calm every step of the way. Easy registration process and simple booking. Can’t be easy enough and 10/10 staff make it even better! Fantastic experience: The manager is amazing, she was so polite on the phone was so helpful and helped me straight away. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable talking with her. Came in and she had a big smile on her face which definitely made me feel less stressed about coming in. The service was so quick and well done. The place it’s self is so clean and welcoming.
