Positive experience: Charlotte Craggs is a lovely dentist. She really put me at ease during some treatment and explained everything she was doing. Thank you to Jackie who got me an emergency appointment when I said I was in pain. Not keen on a young receptionist who would have had me waiting until the middle of August even though she knew I was in pain. Had no sympathy, was impatient and said "there's nowt I can do"! Having someone who can speak properly is surely of great importance when dealing with the public!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted. When I got in the chair and made comfortable I answered all the dentists questions. We then proceeded with the extraction, I was waiting and the dentist said she had finished. I didn't know she had started. 5 stars for that.

Fantastic experience: I've had a phobia with Dentist since I had a really bad experience 50 years ago from walking through the door the girls on reception are so lovely and friendly and immediately put you at ease Emma was amazing and so gentle during treatment 5 stars is not enough for the grange there all amazing

Negative experience: They cancelled the appointment I had made 6 months prior and conveniently moved it to the day after my nineteenth birthday so that I would have to pay for it. I understand the necessity to pay the staff and stay open, but that is simply greedy.

Hanna always supports me even sometimes when I am a little nervous especially, if I am going to receiving a treatment. She totally, puts you at ease and takes time to discuss what is going to happen, before she starts which I really appreciate, it helps to stop your mind going into overdrive about how it is going to hurt and imagining things which realistically are NOT going to happen. I would thoroughly recommend Hanna to anyone looking for a dentist who understands people’s worries. She is amazing. 5 stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Always made welcome on arrival … waiting time is never more than ten mins past the appointment. All staff from receptionists to dentists are very understanding when you’re nervous. They never rush you and will stop whenever you ask them to. Every procedure is explained in words that the patient understands.. any after care of your treatment is explained well. Knowing that there is advice at the end of the telephone or an email is reassuring. 100% the best dentist I’ve ever been to… and believe me I have a great fear of the dentist.. but cannot fault this practice for being caring and patient

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous about getting a tooth out. The team (Brooke and the dental nurse) were very attentive and reassuring. After experiencing complications due to my medication, they seen me again immediately and sorted the issue. I couldn’t have asked for more. They even rang me again this morning to check I was ok. I couldn’t have asked for more. The best dental treatment and aftercare I have received.

Fantastic experience: Excellent as usual the dentist Miss H Preece and her dental nurse were excellent as usual along with the hygienist R Baxter and her dental nurse all the staff are polite and courteous.

Fantastic experience: This is what good dental care looks like. Each stage of my treatment was thoroughly explained to me. Miss Preece talked me through everything so that I could make an informed decision about my treatment. A pleasure to go to the dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I used to be very nervous of going to the dentist, in fact I never went for a lot of years. I was advised by a friend that Mr Hanson was very good and would make me feel very relaxed. After my first visit I did feel my fear of dentists had declined and have gone for treatment for the last 12 years. When Mr Hanson retired I felt dubious about going to some one new, however my fears were allayed when I had my next appointment as the new dentists are excellent. The staff are very friendly and willing to help at all times.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years because of major anxiety. Dr Preece was so patient letting me know exactly what was happening and asking if I needed a break after each step. Can’t believe how much better my teeth look. Staff on reception are very helpful and quick to reply to emails. Building is very clean and well maintained with some lovely stained glass too

Negative experience: I went to this dental practice about 5 years ago to do a regular filling of a tooth, and they ruined that tooth. They did a very poor job filling my tooth that I got decay underneath the filling. I went to another dentist 2-3 years ago who said what a poor job it was and that he could fix it temporarily but I'll have issues again in a few years. Now that same tooth is hurting again and I might have to have it removed. I'm only 31, far too young to have my teeth removed. So I'm very very upset with this dental practice, the worst practice I've been to in my life. I remember after they filled my tooth, they asked me to come back for a "check-up". The same dentist checked my teeth in literally 2 seconds and said it was apparently fine. What a scam.
