Fantastic experience: Shankar is the best dentist far. I've recommended this place to many friends and work colleagues. Shankar has a natural way with him that makes going to the dentist something to look forward to. I'm currently having aligners to straighten my teeth and the whole process has been near on faultless. If i have any questions or concerns, he's always available to help. The colleagues at reception are great and if you're a nervous patient, the assistants are excellent at keeping you calm and relaxed. This is a great dental practice with an exceptional dentist. Fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: Five stars just isnt enough. 20stars plus! I was seen by Dr Shankar. I explained how nervous i was, he listened, he explained everything. When it came to the extraction, he instantly put me at ease and talked me through every single step. I was amazed when the tooth was out within five minutes. Negative experience: I am posting this on behalf of my sister who received appalling service from Clayhall Dental: I recently visited Clayhall Dental and had an appointment with the hygienist, Kat. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked about the tools she would be using, she became visibly frustrated, and from that point on, the service felt rushed and impersonal. She even proceeded to tell me that “I don’t have to be here” I felt that her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and I didn’t feel properly cared for during the appointment. The hygiene was extremely painful and she was very negative about my teeth. She did not hand me a mirror at the end of the service and her tone, mannerisms and use of language made it evident that she did not want me to return. It was a shame, as the overall environment of the practice seemed good, but the heinous behaviour I encountered left much to be desired.

I first had a consultation with Dr Jutla who was very helpful with his advice and referred me to Dr Anusha who i think is an angel on earth. She really helped me with the issues i had and managed to fix the problem in order for me to go forward with the initial treatments i had planned. She also calmed my nerves and I'm no longer ‘scared’ to visit. She has now referred me back to Dr Jutla and i look forward to my next visit. The initial inspection was thorough, I was drawn up a staggered plan and all issues and procedures were explained really well. The dental surgery itself was very professional, Dr Jutla and his nurse carried out great work and did their best to make sure the experience was as comfortable as possible. I'd fully recommend the practice to anyone, they've provided the best level of care I've experienced from a dentist and I'm glad to have them looking after my teeth in future!

Positive experience: Nice dental practice. Finally managed to get register my children with NHS appointments after searching around the area for a whole year. Appointment check up by the dentist Rafi (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was pretty quick even though there was a delay of 20mins. He was wonderful with my kids and managed to make an unpleasant trip into a well loved visit. However, I would kindly like to ask the management to inform their receptionists to improve on their phone mannerisms as they had made numerous mistakes with registration details including both spelling mistakes and date of birth errors. Over the phone I know sometimes it's hard to hear, but I did speak clearly and in phonetic alphabets to reduce chances of errors, but still there were errors in this. Overal a pleasent experience and would definitely recommend to others!
