Fantastic experience: Delayed by accident on road. Police diverted traffic 10 mile detour left me struggling to get to appointments on time . Phoned practice and was given a sympathetic response. When I arrived nothing was a problem. Had a hygienist session which left teeth feeling great. Hygienist and assistant in great form again. Then moved on to dentist for check up. Was asked if I had any problems. Told dentist I had a rough bit on one tooth which she dealt with in double quick time. Feels great. The dentist also took X-rays to check roots of my teeth. Great experience all round. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I am allergic to local anaesthetics so try to imagine how hard it is for Ms Craig DDS to treat major dental problems. I am pleased to report that our friend and dental surgeon has accomplished the almost impossible task of repairing substantial defects over many years. Her father before her was also a marvelous magician at doing this task. It has not been easy for them to treat a problem patient like me but they have done so brilliantly. Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency just before going on holiday. As ever reception staff really helpful and, once again, Ross saved the day by replacing my crown. You hear so many negative stories about dentists and the difficulties people have getting appointments particularly NHS treatment but I can't praise Greenlaw enough - they are always 100% helpful.

Edit I've since had a few treatments and check ups and Sharon and her assistant are fantastic at making an old scary cat man feel at ease and I definitely haven't paid anything expensive. Best dentist I have ever used

Fantastic experience: Not got a bad word to say about GDC, all the staff are very professional and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. They explain whatever the procedure is going to take place, this in itself puts me at ease. They have also been extremely accommodating with last minute appointments when I’ve needed them. Can’t praise the practice enough.

I felt immediately at ease and she was very good at explaining every step she was doing as she went along, which really helped me to relax. Fantastic experience: Had toothache and although my usual dentist was on holiday I was given an emergency appointment with Eilidh, she was amazing!! Both Eilidh and her nurse were very calming, and definitely made me feel comfortable and more relaxed than I would’ve been without them, I knew it was inevitable that I was looking at an extraction and having had teeth removed as a kid in the 70’s I’m still traumatised by that and was absolutely dreading it, tbh I could’ve cried but thankfully dentistry has moved on from those days because the worst thing today was the injection and that’s only because I’m a big baby lol, Eilidh was so gentle and encouraging that I couldn’t believe it was out, she spent time going over aftercare and made sure I was ok before I left the consultation room and I didn’t feel rushed, I can’t praise Eilidh and the staff at Greenlaw Dental Care enough! Thank you ☺️

After an examination, the extent of my dental problem was explained to me and I was given various options on how to proceed with any treatments required. Fantastic experience: I am very dental phobic and usually avoid the dentist at all costs unless absolutely necessary - so the following is not said lightly! The staff at Greenlaw Dental Care are rock stars, I cannot praise my visits highly enough! Dr Nicole Burns and her team are exceptional, Dr Burns especially. In just 2 appointments, I already completely trust her and I am genuinely not dreading my next dental appointment, which is crazy! I was asked at the start of each appointment if I had any questions, all were answered and a variety of options for treatment were presented to me. They checked in with me before every stage of my treatment and were so confident and sure in their manner/work; there was no anxiety, I was completely at ease, I would normally be ripping the upholstery off the arms of the chair. Is there a dental version of the Oscars? They deserve one!

Fantastic experience: Sharon especially is the best dentist, so good with patients like me who don’t like going as just scares me. She has like a calming nature. The girls at reception are always lovely. If you need fitted in urgently they are very reasonable. Can’t thank them all enough for running a clean, friendly dental practice.
