Negative experience: Had an check up and told I need 2 fillings when I tried to book there was no availability for a filling at all so I need work but can't have it done what sort of dentist can't do a filling.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, nice clean building appointment almost on time. Everything was explained clearly by the dentist. My only problem was access, as I am on crutches after ankle surgery there was nowhere nearby to park closely to the building, or be dropped off. All good otherwise

I have never had an issue over treatments or dentists but my current dentist Jenna Sinkarenko is brilliant. Fantastic experience: I honestly loved my appointment! I’m normally petrified of dentists but this was my first time going to this one in Banbury and I got to say the women and the nurse who helped her were absolutely amazing! They talked to me And reassured me I would be okay! She also give me some needles in my gums and I was so so scared as I have a massive fear for needles and honestly I did not and I mean NOT feel a thing!! Everyone was just lovely! Fantastic experience: I had not got around to registering with a dentist since moving to Banbury from Surrey and needed an emergency appointment. This was easily booked via the website for the next day. I am a very very nervous dental patient and Dr Amit was amazing. I needed a tooth extraction. He was very patient and took the time to explain each step of the process. The extraction was quick, painless and all over within minutes. Negative experience: Awful!! They failed to refer me twice for dental surgery with a 1 year waiting list. I realised after 8 months of no communication, went back and they said they would and then failed to do so again after waiting a year. I’d rather go private.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this dentist highly enough. They work seven days a week. My last appointment was 9am on Sunday! Friendly and efficient receptionists and excellent dentists. They fitted me in on the day same day last week when I phoned with chronic tooth pain. I walked out with no pain at all! Brilliant stuff!

Fantastic experience: Insanely amazing service for my 80 year old dad who has had no dentist for over 15 years and had to pull out his teeth in the past with pliers. Infected wisdom tooth, saw him the same day within 2 hours of calling and got an instant referral to hospital and treatment for infection immediately. Fantastic experience: I rang at 8.10 on 2nd Jan & was given an appointment for 12.45. Jenna explained the options & the extraction was quick & pain free. Excellent care. Not only was I advised not to rinse for 24 hours, but I was also advised not to eat soft spaghetti!! I wish all the staff a healthy & peaceful 2025 .

Fantastic experience: Had not long moved to the area and a filling fell out just before Christmas. The practice took me in happily, booking online was super simple (I got an appt on Christmas Eve) and the receptionist was lovely. I am the most nervous dental patient you can imagine but Jenna was simply amazing. Took time to reassure me and gave me the option of having a temporary filling and returning or going for the permanent. I went for permanent and she was so gentle. I did not feel the injection at all and Jenna spoke to me throughout and was really patient. She did not over numb the mouth and the whole experience was actually amazing. So much so that my partner was stunned when I walked out smiling and even booked my next appt for in 6 months. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and especially Jenna. Best dental experience I have ever had.
