Positive experience: The staff were very friendly. My dentist performed my checkup and clearly explained what she had found, together with her recommendations for any possible treatment. I have always had a phobia when it comes to dentists due to a terrible experience I suffered when I was little. It takes a while to feel relaxed with a dentist, so I was disappointed to hear that the one I had was leaving before my next appointment. This has become a regular occurrence.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Amreen. She spoke to my daughter in a harsh, impatient, and condescending tone, repeatedly criticising her brushing habits without offering any support or guidance. Sarcastic remarks like "Do you not know how to eat food?" were completely inappropriate. The cleaning was rough and started without any explanation, leaving my daughter visibly distressed. This is the second time she has left in tears. Such treatment is unacceptable, especially for young patients.

Negative experience: The dental practice is declining with their service and not customer friendly keep changing the appointment's plus the treatment is done very poorly no duty care

Positive experience: Staff were friendly, and my dentist was very supportive. She fully explained everything about the treatment I needed, after a worrying time waiting to get the issue addressed. I left feeling less stressed and optimistic for the future.

Positive experience: The practice was very busy. We have been with them a number of years. The advice and treatment is always spot on. This includes the receptionists. We were both pleased with the care we received, as always. All the staff are very nice. And helpful.

Positive experience: Dentist is fine friendly staff, however the waiting time for appointments is ridiculous!! Following a check up 9 weeks for treatment !!

Fantastic experience: Top quality service from start to finish. I phoned for an appointment which was arranged immediately and I was given an appointment within the week. I saw the dentist punctually at my appointed time and the problem was sorted out immediately. Everyone I spoke to and saw was very friendly and very professional. Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the service. From friendly reception to pleasant practitioner and nurse. My only criticism would be the lack of dentists (who isn’t their fault at all) which results in postponement of appointments

Positive experience: Been going for many years as an NHS patient and have found them very through with their checking and explaining of what is happening. Usually seen on time but this lst appt they were late as they had forgotten about a patient in waiting room for 40 mins.

Fantastic experience: The staff were really nice, and I got seen very fast. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful - no complaints from me!

Fantastic experience: All staff are very polite and helpful, some of the staff have very long service and are always very friendly. Always happy with the treatment. Sometimes there is a wait but this is always due to a unforeseen emergency and I always remember if I needed urgent treatment I’d be grateful so I’m happy to wait if necessary.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this dentist for a number of years. Always tend to have a good experience with all the dentists & staff. Unfortunately they seem to have a high turnover though. Just as I get settled with one the next time I go they have left! Had an appointment on Friday with Umar and he was top class!

Fantastic experience: 26.2.25 Due to holiday and illness on the part of the dentist my appointment was later this time. As ever the reception staff, dental nurse and dentist were friendly and I received excellent customer service. Going to the dentist is not one of my favourite things so their friendly nature is always appreciated. Another 6 months before I see them again. 7.6.24 Again a normal check up. Again no issues and received the normal good customer service from the reception staff and the dentist. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. Another 6 months before I need to go again. ___ Normal check up. Change of dentist due to retirement but still the same excellent consultation. No problems this time so another 6 months before I need to go again. 27.11.23 Further to my broken denture. I'm needing to have a new one and was taken through all the options of my other dental care I need as well. Judith is always good and this and advises what is best for me. As always I receive excellent advice and care. 2.5.23 New dentures all done. Excellent work from Judith and the team. Now just need to get used to them, though have been advised to ring if they need any alteration; fingers crossed they won't.

Fantastic experience: I have known dentist Jeremy Dobson since 1984 when he first commenced his own dental practice - he is a first class dentist and a warm caring gentleman and would fully recommend him to anyone (5 stars) .This practice seems to be very well run and still observed Covid practices when required which is very reassuring. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and promote a relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend this practice. I required urgent treatment on 17/12/2024 and used my wife's appointment (fortunately). I had a vertical fracture to one of my teeth and very concerned that it could not be saved however, Jeremy Dobson performed his usual magic and against the odds repaired the damaged tooth on the same appointment for which I am extremely grateful. Once again the staff were very professional and friendly. Thanks once again for your excellent service. One negative was that the door behind reception made a loud clang when anyone allowed it to self close disturbing waiting patients and reception staff - needs fixing. Another emergency appointment required on Christmas eve 2024 and Jeremy responded immediately he did the repair and saved my tooth - this guy is top class. Another good response from Jeremy - much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Fit me in at last minute due to trauma. Always pleasure to see these guys, just a pity the dentist leave frequently. The receptionist, don't even know her name, but was just thinking, she was there when I was pregnant with my first 31 years ago! Now she sees my daughter and soon her baby!

So, its good that Jeremy does all the treatment for me in one go, without me having to make a second appointment. I do appreciate this.

Fantastic experience: I called in on the off chance l could have an emergency appointment. A dental nurse on reception was very efficient in noticing that it was an emergency as my face was swollen and asked the dentist to see me. I was not waiting long and l quickly got some antibiotics. Cannot thank the dentist and dental nurse enough.

Negative experience: The dentist that I seen was lovely, all in all, but she didn’t ask what I wanted this is maybe the 3/4 time I’ve had to have a filling in my front top tooth, and that has come out. She filled it in all the other times an it was fine but this time, she said I’m putting a different filling stuff in this time, it wasn’t filled down, it’s em very sharp it feels gritty and horrible and also looks horrible, my teeth are bad like really bad anyway but this makes it look worse there is also a big gap between my teeth which wasn’t there before I had to have the fillings now I’ve to have them she’s left a big gap and the tooth is a whole lot smaller now so doesn’t look or sit right. This is making me fell very insecure but she didn’t seem to bother about this at all.

Fantastic experience: Went for a routine check up at Lancashire Dental and had a great experience. Reception staff were welcoming and my wait was minimal. The dental nurse was friendly and professional and the dentist was excellent. She was very reassuring, thorough and efficient. She asked me to let her know at any time through the treatment if I wanted to her to stop but this wasn't necessary. She gave good advice and talked with me about the timing of my next appointment. It was easy to book my next appointment with staff in reception who again were responsive and kind.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment with the dentist amreen aslam. One of the best I’ve come across. Had some trouble with a tooth visited 2 private clinics both advised to take the tooth out. Wanted to get more opinions before I made that decision. I then came across these guys as they were taking on new patients. Went for a checkup she saved my tooth which I’m extremely grateful for. Very friendly easy to talk to and also extremely helpful throughout the procedures she does. Got a few more fillings and some scaling was extremely impressed. Sticking to her moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice for a check up and a quick clean and polish last thursday. Initially I had to change the appointment and the lady on reception dealt with this efficiently. On arrival the staff had booked me in and I went into surgery dead on time. The dentist was helpful and courteous as was the dental receptionist. In leaving Bernie and her colleague provided a receipt for my treatment and booked me in for next time. Excellent customer service all round. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist to visit. Arrived on time and was greeted with a friendly receptionist and waited about three minutes before being called in. Very thorough examination and felt well at ease.and left with a gold star on cleaning my teeth. Not bad for a seventy year old
