Negative experience: I was removed from the register of NHS patients whilst working over seas told I couldn’t continue when I returned Ridiculous when I had been a patient for many years my wife still goes here. Not interested in the care just the money

Fantastic experience: Today I so syed Hussain for tooth extraction he was kind , patient and very caring & professional. His nurse was also very kind & caring . Syed explained everything he was going to and took his time no rushing whatsoever. Brilliant service. Also last week I so Dahild & Abby they both was very professional, kind caring & patient. Brilliant Dentist practice would highly recommend.

From arrival all staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Matt, my dentist, is fantastic, we have a good rapport which makes the appointment feel less stressful and I feel blessed that I have a dentist I can visit for emergency treatment as well regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I’ve found the environment to be very welcoming, you can tell straight away that everyone who works there enjoys what they do. Every member of staff has been consistently polite, cheerful, and gone out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, even through quite a bit of treatment! They really go above and beyond, and I never felt rushed or uneasy. It’s rare to feel so relaxed at the dentist, and I’m grateful for the level of care I received ☺️

Negative experience: Absolute devastating got a crown fitted no good got a second one fitted and then a third still in pain when eating hot and cold then they wanted another £500.00 to put it right after I suggested a root canal before the second one so now iam seeking legal advice

I had never met this young dentist before, but his care, professionalism and skill was second to none. Fantastic experience: Very good, the Dental Therapists I saw for these last two visits were brilliant. I needed numbing for deep cleaning, due to horribly sensitive teeth. They were spot on, no discomfort at all, I didn't need peeled off the ceiling and I didn't need to confess all my sins for the pain to stop. So all in all, wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I got Invisalign with Dr. Michael Best to fix a gap in my top and bottom teeth and improve my smile. The whole process took roughly 6 months. I was also offered whitening and composite bonding at the end of my treatment at no extra cost. I’m extremely pleased with the end result and can finally smile without feeling self-conscious! I would like to thank my orthodontist Dr. Michael Best, treatment coordinator Lauren Taylor, dental nurses and staff at Bateman & Best Dental Practice for their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Lovely and welcoming receptionist, great service with everything talked through including treatment plans, costs etc.

Negative experience: Had to make a new appointment as there was some sort of 'emergency' going on staff were very nice and apologetic but I've still to find another dose of courage for next week.

Fantastic experience: Made an emergency appointment for 12.30 but I was already going to the practice with my husband at 10.45, I asked if time permitted the dentist could see me after him. She squeezed me in and diagnosed the problem. Saved me going home and coming back. Brilliant dentist surgery. Always there when you need them, especially at a time when I had an emergency . Wouldn’t go to any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: From the moment l walked in the door l felt relaxed. My dentist is the first in many years to give me confidence. I had a aboulult fear of dentists but not anymore. He is such a perfectanist and takes the time to get things right. Explains everything and answers all questions l may have. Also he has a great dental nurse and they work really well together. Highly recommended l wouldn't go anywhere else. The reception staff are also polite and friendly. Great practice.

I was really impressed with how quickly they responded—I was booked in within 24 hours. Rebecca and Kelsi did a fantastic job redoing the filling, and it looks and feels great again. Best of all, it was covered under warranty with no extra charge. Excellent service, friendly staff, and truly professional care. Highly recommended!
