His skills, experience, kind and gentle approach made me and my son at ease.. it was a terrifying experience because it’s his first time for dental extraction. He took an X-ray and explained the situation to both me and my son. He includes my son in the decision making even though he is only 10. He has gain the trust of my son. The Nurses and Dentists take their time, they don’t rush through your appointment like most other practices . Fantastic experience: I visited today Claradent Dentist Clinic on Bath Road . It was emergency appointment. As soon as I reached clinic I was seeing by Dr. Mirza. I visited this clinic second time this week. Dr. Mirza really was helpful and explained to me my situation . I have root canal problem. Dr. Mirza gently “cut” my teeth when I am closing my teeth I won’t feel a pain. Also Dr. Mirza gave me extra pain tablets relief my pain until I will finish my antibiotics. Feeling more better now. Thank you Dr. Mirza.

Negative experience: To all viewers, avoid this dentist at all means. I went for a simple check up the dentist story kept changing from root canal to fillings. He promised to see me in one appointment to complete two fillings. However, he did this on separate occasions his wording kept changing and I did not have any pain on one side of my tooth Now where he has worked on that place. I have pain since day one. I understand it's a business, however please do things with good faith. You tried making the most outcome from a root canal because of financial gains.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Mirza and Nurse Sammy enough! Strange to say when referring to a dentist but I was lucky….yes lucky enough to be given an emergency appointment at Claradent whilst at work at Heathrow after suffering prolonged toothache and unable to get an appointment at any of my local dentists in Surrey. Initial assessment showed it needed a root canal, was given painkillers and antibiotics which worked a treat and after a day or 2 the pain had subsided. I’ve since had 2 further appointments to prepare my tooth for the crown which is due to be fitted before Christmas. The treatment and care during my root canal has been first class, not felt any pain whatsoever. Dr Mirza and Nurse Sammy were very professional and constantly making sure I was comfortable and in no discomfort! The cost for the treatment was also very reasonable. Overall I’ve had first class and would recommend Claradent and Dr Mirza and team to anyone! Hope you all have a great Christmas!
