Positive experience: I’ve recently seen Martha for my yearly check-up and Ramona for my hygiene appointment, and they were both amazing. Martha was very nice and professional. There was a 1/2 hour delay for my appointment, and I was nearly late for work, but she kept apologising and explained me the reason of the delay, and also gave me some good advice. Ramona, the hygienist, did a great job and gave me plenty of useful advice. She was very welcoming, kind and professional.Very positive experience!

I had a complex case of impacted canines as an adult and have received the best care and professionalism possible. I have also used the Enlighten Whitening treatment and am amazed at the change of shade after just 1 use. So so pleased with my outcome and smile. Nina was absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a perfectionist. I looked forward to each and every appointment and was so sad when the treatment was over :-( I still wear my retainers every night... Nina explained everything so clearly throughout the whole treatment - If I had any questions/concerns , she would always be willing to listen and provide advice. I would also like to thank my dentist Marta, for taking care of my teeth throughout the years. I've always felt at ease and reassured when turning up to an appointment (Fillings, root canals and crowns) Marta really cares about all her patients and I am so lucky to have her as my dentist for so many years. Finally, I would like to thank Karon, my wonderful hygienist. Karon is so meticulous when it comes to oral hygiene. She is extremely skilled and passionate about her profession. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Dr Nina, Dr Asif, and Dr H. Shaffie. I had previously undergone Invisalign treatment with a different dentist, but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I also couldn’t find an orthodontist willing to take on my case, as it was a bit complicated. Then I was recommended Dr Nina, who has been incredibly professional, confident, friendly and has given me the smile I always wanted. I truly cannot thank her enough. Her team has been a delight throughout the process. During my treatment, one of my teeth broke and I needed an implant, which was done by Dr H. Shaffie. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, as everything was handled under one roof. He did a fabulous and professional job, and I’m very happy with the result. I also needed whitening and a tooth repair for an old chip, both of which were done by Dr Asif. You can’t even tell there was ever a repair, he has done a perfect job. All I can say is a big THANK YOU the whole Sandford team as everyone has been lovely. I used to hide my teeth, and now all I do is smile :)

Positive experience: Reception staff and Dentist and Hygienist all superb. Actual image of the place has gone downhill with bigger area and reception but less custom? New front area uninviting towards entrance, entrance not clear and glass dirty. Also middle area where people were sitting has uncomfortable hard seats while empty area at front has soft seats all not being used. I think the area needs a rethink.

Fantastic experience: My dental journey is just beginning but I can truly say that the professionalism and kindness I received from Asif was something else. I am petrified of dentists and he talked me through every stage, every tool he used. I've never had a dentist sit me down and explain in so much detail my situation. Not to mention asking if I'm OK throughout treatment. His dental nurse is also so kind and attentive. No judgement at all just straight facts and honestly with a plan in place ! Fantastic experience: First visit with Karen as my usual hygienist is on maternity leave. Great experience, had read all my notes in advance so new my oral history. She was friendly and carried out the clean thoroughly and gave clear advice on maintaining any areas of concern.

Fantastic experience: I visited the hygienist on the 19th June and Ramona Cupsa was amazing. My normal hygienist is on maternity leave so was a bit apprehensive trying someone new but I was really impressed with how well Ramona carried out my treatment and gave me some positive advice as well. Will defo be seeing her again for my next appointment in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I came out a very happy person yesterday feeling that Zhara was a very caring hygienist. I'm a 'senior' individual and I know that I have lots of problems with my teeth. Zahra gave me the time to ask questions and give me her professional opinion. There was no 'hurrying ' and the overall conditions of the practice were very calm and relaxing indeed.

Fantastic experience: From early 2022 when joined the clinic to 2025 I received nothing but help and professional guidance from the medical staff. In 2025 , June; had the opportunity to attend for an oral hygienist appointment with Miss Tara Rogers. From the moment she has called my name to the end of her work to bring back my smile ; everything was professional, fun and positive. She is very meticulous and caring of her craft and has guided me on all the steps she will need to take to carry out the tasks at hand. She is fun and pleasant to be around with and assured me there's no need to be tense even though often times people could be when they visit a dentist. Tara , was simply amazing in all aspects. I'm thankful for the opportunity. For the recommendations and the jokes she had !!! Would recommend The Sandford and Miss Tara Rogers to anyone out there! Probably the best appointment I had in the last 15 years. Big up , Tara!

Fantastic experience: I wish I'd had a hygienist treatment like this at my previous dental practices. My recent appointment with Zahra was very thorough and I could feel the benefit immediately. Not only that, but the premises are very clean and modern.I highly recommend anyone seeking dental treatment to use this practice.

Fantastic experience: My Vitamin D has always been quite low, so I decided to have a blood test with Dr Kat in the Sandford Suite, it showed I was very low in deficiency and Dr Kat helped me to diagnose it with a very simple method, a finger prick blood test and I could wait 15 mins for the results, as it was so low I started treatment with a high dose injection (not at all painful), I was amazed at the change within an hour I felt really energized and refreshed and I had this feeling for around 4 days following treatment, I will definitely follow up with another test in 3 months to recheck my levels. Thank you Dr Kat :-)

Fantastic experience: I needed a complicated procedure to save a tooth which I was dreading. The dentist Angelo explained everything very clearly and sensitively and I was reassured. The procedure took 2 hours but I hardly felt any pain or discomfort. Angelo and Carla, the nurse, were reassuring throughout and fortunately all went very well and they saved my tooth. I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication in making me feel safe and looked after. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was debating weather to get braces for years after being so unhappy with my teeth, from the moment I went in for the consultation I felt so at ease with all the team, I no longer cover my mouth with my hands. I wish I had done it sooner. I can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: When I made the decision to have implants, I honestly don't think I could have picked a better place than The Sanford. From beginning to the end, they have been excellent. Most of my work has been carried out by Dr. Kat Shaffi. Though other dentists have played an important part in the treatment. However, Kat has been lovely throughout the whole experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable and definitely a people person. Taking time to explain, answering all questions and always showing respect and kindness. So, although I am most grateful to Kat, all the staff deserve high praise, whatever their role in the practice. As for the end result, I have felt so much better in many ways. There are huge benefits to having implants. Your confidence with people, talking, smiling, eating and other smaller ways that you will also appreciate. Implants are not a cheap option, but if it's an option open to you, I can't recommend The Sandford highly enough.

The moment you walk into the clinic, you are greeted with a warm welcome and Sarah has been equally brilliant with my treatment plan. The team are so professional, understanding and kind. I began my treatment and then fell pregnant and I couldn’t thank the team more for being so patient with me as I adjusted to motherhood. Fantastic experience: Lovely dental practise. I have been coming her to see the hygienist and wouldn't go anywhere else. Zahra is my hygienist and she always makes me feel at ease and she does such a thorough job in cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend.
