Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Sandown dental practice for the last 20 years, the Dentists are very professional. The Hygenists do a fantastic role, and receptionist's always happy to oblige with appointment requests, a friendly team all round. I am member of Denplan, and l find it an affordable way of making sure my oral care is looked after.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the receptionists and all the staff are kind and considerate. I cannot praise everyone highly enough. Fantastic experience: I'm not a resident of the Isle of Wight so when I had a suspected abscess in lower jaw I did not want to leave it to potentially get worse over the weekend so rang up the surgery and asked if they could possibly squeeze me in and even though they were very busy they said yes and the service was excellent. What a wonderful dentist Jessica is, quite happy to explain everything in detail I was very impressed and grateful she saw me as such short notice.

Fantastic experience: Dispite being absolutely terrified of dentist, Jessica Davies is literally the nicest, calming, most understanding dentist I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to accommodate needs to make being under her care as relaxed as possible. From bring greeted by the reception staff, to the dental nurses, to the dentist, I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, especially for anyone who may have special requirements due to fears and major anxiety over attending. As a very nervous patient the treatment I received was wonderful. I was so relieved to leave pain free and more confident for future visits. Positive experience: Hygienist was fine visit went well. However lack of information as my dentist I have been registered under has been back for a year. I had no idea was n't told until the day. So I spoke to a receptionist who then said I seen the other dentist for a while. Hang on I've seen her twice before that a bunch of locumbs. She wasn't rude as such but attitude was like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. I left feeling deflated. I have been going to this practice since I was a kid. I feel like the same as most places it's going down a bit and it's mainly with a person on the desk.

Fantastic experience: I registered with them recently, had my first appointment and I was so anxious, but the lovely staff from start to finish were 5 stars! They listen, they advise well, put you at ease and extremely patient. Highly recommend am happy to of.finally found a excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: My gold crown fell out on Sunday. I went to the Surgery first thing when they opened and they gave me appt for that day. The dentist I was going to see then went off sick but they managed to fit me in and fit my crown back in place. Very friendly, caring and kind staff.
