Positive experience: Happy-ish with first visit to Kenilworth Dental Practice, however kept waiting 25 minutes and had to chase reception as to why, also first visit to a dentist in a long time that didn't provide scale & polish. Must remember to discuss at next visit.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient with Kenilworth dental practice and I have been really impressed with everything, the reception team are very helpful and friendly and called me when a cancellation appeared so I could be seen quicker. I went with a few issues and pain with a previous root canal, my dentist Tara was really professional and helpful and set out a clear plan for me to get everhthing sorted, especially the tooth causing me pain before my holiday! I have now finished my dental plan and am really happy with the results, Tara is very gentle and reassuring as well as Poppy. I cant thank you two enough, the work has really made a big difference!

Negative experience: My daughter has been at university for the last 2 years she is home for the summer and last weekend was in severe pain over the weekend. She called the dentist first thing on the Monday morning and was told she has been struck off, the receptionist was very unhelpful and was making fun of her as my daughter was in pain and very distressed she offered no help or advice on what she should do. I’m very disappointed as your reviews suggest new clients have been accepted and seen in the same week. Fortunately a NHS 111 referral was made for the same day and she was seen by a practice in Coventry who are a private dentist they charged her NHS fees for a wisdom tooth infection. She wasn’t offered this advice by your practice.

I was delighted to be accepted quite quickly and I had my first appointment shortly afterwards. I was given a very thorough examination and felt very comfortable and happy with this experience. Negative experience: I found the phone answering system very time consuming and far too long to wait. Busy people simply do not have the time to wait around pressing various buttons and then being asked to hold on when a real person eventually come on the line. Many of the best Dentists now guarantee to answer the phone within 8 seconds .I also think the rule of insisting on check over first and then another appointment for the treatment.! This is an excuse to get more fees and forces the patient to make two visits!! All very time consuming and more expensive of course.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment with Arjun and his team, very happy with the results and was always made to feel very comfortable by everyone who works at the practice, really friendly and welcoming. I now also visit the Hygienist there regularly, the treatment is very thorough and informative. I would recommend Arjun to anyone seeking Orthodontic work.

I live in Banbury so it's a bit of a drive. Would give them 5 stars if I got a lollipop after a checkup, but unfortunately that's not the case.
