Fantastic experience: In October I broke a tooth in half, as it didn't hurt and I didn't want to have it extracted my dentist Mr Hasham Arifin kindly made up a filling for it to try to 'save' it. Eight weeks later I broke the tooth when eating a raw carrot which was my own silly fault. Today Mr Arifin and his helpful assistant Leah , patiently reconstructed my tooth and used a stronger compound to re fill it . I am very pleased with the time and trouble taken to try to keep this tooth going !!! Mr Arifin did not charge me for the follow up appointment which was beyond kind of him. I don't want to visit the dentist until my next appointment next March , so must remember to take care !! Thank you again, I am very pleased with all your kind attention.

Fantastic experience: Few months ago i had an emergency appointment for tooth removal and the man and lady who saw me were amazing, they explained everything very clearly and made me aware of any risks and outcomes, and today my gum has healed perfectly no infection no pain no hassle. Fantastic experience: Hasham was amazing with my autistic son, who was petrified of going to the dentist. Hasham took his time to explain everything and didn't rush Charlie at all. Everyone was so calm and made Charlie feel at ease and kept making sure he was OK. Charlie had a root canal and now says his fear of dentists has gone and its all thanks to Hasham and his team.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently had her brace removed after a years treatment with Hannah Mardell. The service has been fantastic from beginning to end. Hannah ensured she explained everything clearly and set realistic expectations. We could not recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of issues with bottom teeth which needed addressing, I was pleased to be able to see my own dentist despite being informed she was leaving the practice imminently, options were explained to me clearly and the issue resolved all at very short notice. I did not realise what a good job was done until I got home and looked in the mirror so was unable to appreciate it until then just how much better it now looks. Fantastic experience: I attended an emergency appointment on December 29th as had suffered toothache for 2 days. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on the phone, and also when I arrived. Saw dentist Andrew Yaxley, who was great! Patched up my damaged tooth, explained the problem clearly and what I might need to have done at my next regular dental appointment. My toothache has stopped and I felt very confident in their service! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a large filling break and come out on Christmas Eve. Contacted Plummer's on the 27th, unsure whether they were open, but they gave me an emergency appointment that morning. They had to remove the tooth as too badly broken. Very appreciative of the fact that they gave me an appointment and the staff were working so soon after Christmas.

Negative experience: I have a loose front tooth I have been having problems with it ...wobbling... bleeds and painful...for the last three check ups I have told dentist...His response ' lets leave it till next check up see how it goes' ...The first time I told him..he mentioned having it fixed privately and gave me a leaflet..But since then the practice just dont seem to be concerned...I expect if I pay to go private they would sort it asap

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment for a broken tooth. Met Sam Ssenyonga for the first time. Fabulous - first ever totally pain free injection!! - quick decisions and very professional treatment . Defo 5 star Receptionists were a little flat and unwelcoming - all three on the phone for over 5 mins while the queue grew. Not so good.

Fantastic experience: I attended along with my wife at the appointed time on August 11th. We were ably and efficiently dealt with by Dominic Elis and his equally able assistant.Any queries and questions were discussed and the appropriate course of proceedings was accepted and followed. Fantastic experience: Nice clean and spacious waiting room, most of the receptionists are very approachable, kind and willing to help, there are a couple that are not as friendly as the rest but they are still approachable just not so friendly. Jasmine is my dentist and I wouldn't want to have to change and go to another, she is very caring, friendly, understanding, explains everything that she is going to do whether it's just a check -up or treatment, her assistants are just as friendly. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding! My dentist of over 25 years has fairly recently joined this practice has always provided exceptional treatment and continues do so in this new setting. I have found the nurses competent, friendly and supportive. Reception seems to work very well, I provide them with an honest assessment of any issue I have and they respond in kind. I understand the high demand and resource availability will not always allow instant access to my dentist but I believe they do the absolute the best they can and to date their response has exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Just to say that my treatment by Dentist Dominic Ellis and his very capable assistant went very well. I felt very well informed about each procedure and that the treatment was as painless as it possibly could be. I left the surgery feeling that I had been very well looked after by very professional staff that took a lot of care and pride in their work. Excellent, 6 stars from me, five is not enough.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit Corton Road Surgery today due to an abcess on my gum that was not responding to antibiotics. Both Chris and his assistants put me at ease and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and feeling no pain. Chris then explained exactly what he was doing to remedy the issue and why. Just a very friendly and professional practice. Would recommend to anyone, particularly nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: Sam is an exceptional dentist, always very patient and caring towards the younger clients, equally I have always found Sam excellent, will share information which in turn promotes confidence and reassuring knowledge of what to expect during treatment plans. Fantastic experience: We have always been happy with our dentist Mr Isaacs who is so personable. The expansion of the building has only added to this by improving the reception area.

Positive experience: First appointment in 18 month's and got my reminder midnight Friday for a Tuesday appointment following a Bank holiday so no chance to inform my employer of appointment and had to attend unpaid. Dentist was 15 minutes late running around surgery back and forth not even in his Scrubs. Once finally in the chair the staff were very polite and professional with plenty of advice and not given in a scrutinising way as have had from previous Dentist's and practices. One final gripe the cost of a check up is becoming extortionate £25.80 I mean come on.

Fantastic experience: I have recently attended the practice for an emergency appointment with Jasmine and her team. I had no childcare so had to take my toddler in to the appointment with me. During the appointment she became a little confused. One of the nurses asked if I was OK if she entertained my daughter. To which she got the box of stickers out and for the rest of the appointment, she was at ease. A service that was above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service. The Hygiene students I saw for the first time are a breath of fresh air, so kind and caring and excellent communication. They made me feel very comfortable and their genuine care for the patient shines through. The service was also free with aftercare included with was a lovely surprise too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Plumbers have been part of my life since I was young and consistently provide a friendly and professional service. I am registered with Mr Braddock who is kind and explains everything. It’s clear he cares about his patients and their teeth and I have nothing by high praise for him and his assistant who is always so cheerful.
