Fantastic experience: My first appointment was absolutely excellent. I never write reviews about anything but after a few bad experiences with previous dentists, I was nervous about changing practices. Everyone I met including the receptionists were so welcoming and helpful and I didn't feel at all nervous during the appointment. Everyone was friendly, polite, welcoming and honest and, dare I say it, I might actually enjoy seeing the dentist more frequently now! Overall, 10 out of 10 service and highly affordable. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience today with the hygienist Helen. She was very informative and engaged with me very well. I felt she was really interested in helping me sort out my dental situation and to help me improve my oral health. Helen was also empathic and l learned more from her about my dental health than anyone else. Sheappeared genuinely interested in her job and my health. I did not feel anyone else in the practice engaged very well with me on my visit today to be honest.

Fantastic experience: I waited until the end of my treatment to leave this review, and I cannot recommend Lighthouse Dental Practice enough. I first met Mira around two years ago when I needed a root canal treatment, and she did an amazing job back then. Later, I had braces fitted by Mira, and the results are absolutely amazing. She was always welcoming and caring, and she always answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Also, her nurse Shona is brilliant, so calming, patient and very empathetic. The reception team is absolutely amazing as well as very accommodating and always ready to help. I have visited the practice monthly for the past 2 years and I have never encountered any issues. Highly recommended dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous dentist, dental nurse and receptionists. I have just joined this dental surgery following the absolutely wonderful care in the last two appointments for our Autistic son. He has very limited words and Servere Learning difficulties. Mr Wong and his dental nurse went at his pace let him settle and didn't do anything other than to make him feel comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you and/or your children are looking for an exceptional dentist and dental surgery book in. The first appointment is more £'s but the following appointments are then charged at a lower rate. Definitely the best.

Fantastic experience: As a former DSA it is not always great to have knowledge when it comes to your own dental health. I have just had an extraction of a naughty upper molar. I was nervous but didn’t need to be. Lucky for me the tooth was already on the move. From the moment you walk into the surgery the welcome is professional yet friendly. Eddie and his glamorous assistant were reassuring but not the fake customer service you get in so many places. I even relaxed and in the blink of an eye the naughty tooth was out and being shown to me on a tissue. No hard selling here.. and no BS. I have been looking for a proper dentist for years not a cosmetic makeover and I have found that in Eddie. Thank you

The treatment and service I received was absolutely perfect and the dentist put in the right direction. the only regret I have is I don't live in that area to continue further treatment Think 150 miles a tad too far. Fantastic experience: Prior to joining this practice 35/40 years I had a great fear of dentists . Seen some changes over the years all for the betterment of the patient. Now I have no fear because of the professionalism of the staff,who make the appointment a worry free experience.

Fantastic experience: welcoming professional staff. very kind and understanding. the whole area was clean & tidy with some pleasant additions making the space less clinical.

Negative experience: I came in thinking I had an infected wisdom tooth and they charged me 70 pounds, considering it an emergency in the end, but they gave me antibiotics and told me to go. A week later, the pain didn’t go away. I called them and they told me to come and they’ll take me to the doctor. I went to them and one day they gave me antibiotics and without even seeing the doctor the receptionist gave me tge prescription they told me after you finish it, they’ll give you an appointment after 4 weeks. All they cared about was money. From the beginning they took me in just to get 70 pounds, considering it an emergency although i only asked for an appointment eventhoght i like just stayed for 5 min with the doctor that day.

Fantastic experience: It was an efficient, good and fast service but, most importantly for me, they were all so kind and polite.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up appointment with Eddie today who I felt was very thorough. As a smoker I worry about mouth cancer and Eddie carried out all the relevant checks. I then had Leanne the hygienist, who had some concerns regarding a whitish patch on the back of my throat (only a hygienist would be able to see this due to the angle and lighting she was using). She promptly asked Eddie to take a look and he prescribed some oral thrush medication. It appeared that the infection was hanging round from a course of antibiotics, even though the dr had already prescribed oral thrush treatment some time ago. A big thanks to both for your professionalism and great care that I received today.

Fantastic experience: Lighthouse Dental has been incredible since I rejoined the practise. On the two occasions that i’ve had to ring and arrange an emergency appointment for my little girl not once have they hesitated to squeeze me in on the same day, not only to treat my daughter with her trauma but put mine and my wife’s minds at rest. The whole team from the two behind the welcome desk to the dentist(s) is exceptional. I would highly recommend their dental plan and cannot fault the due care and attention when it comes to their patients. 10/10. Shoutout to Andrea as part of the reception team. Incredible service.

Fantastic experience: Great first experience at the practice today. The second I walked in the receptionist was very friendly. Eddy the dentist was very knowledgeable, he took lots of time to find out prior history and do lots of checks. Was interesting to even see my teeth on the camera and have a real understanding of my teeth. The dental nurse was also very friendly and enjoyed speaking with both of them. This was altogether a great experience and will be back. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Very professional dental practice with knowledgeable and experienced staff!! My husband and I have been going here for some time and everyone is really very helpful. Earlier in the year Terri had very kindly provided us with extra paperwork that our insurance company needed. I also got great advice from Mo about how my teeth would look after straightening with Invisalign. He scanned my teeth and showed the before and after images then and there which was very compelling and informative. Sophie takes great care in the hygiene appointments and my teeth and gums have overall improved since my first visit to Lighthouse dental practice. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We've just joined the practice and have had our new patient examinations for the whole family. Easy to book in, friendly staff, clearly explain everything, efficient and no upselling. What's not to like.

Fantastic experience: Very professional service. They are always very accommodating and kind; they are very helpful with my autistic son.

Negative experience: I went there for emergency because I am in pain of gums and wisdom tooth. The dentist called Mira is not professional because she did not take an xray that show the tooth, then she said I did not have a dental caries there even I asked this question twice, she did not attempt to take any xray again and just said if I take another it cost me £50. Also, she once again said it is stain instead of dental caries but I am sure my teeth is in pain. She only prescribed me medication for the gum to come down. I am very dissatisfied with the dentist called Mira because she did not show professionalism in her work and this emergency cost me £75 without being properly assessed, I have to go to another dental practice to assess my tooth, and it is what I expected, I found my tooth is a decay and treatment has to be done.

Was greeted by two friendly receptionist’s Andrea and Denise, they made my day always pleasant to see people enjoying there day at work. Friendly welcome before being taken up for my treatment. Dentist and assistant was friendly and not once did I feel like my appointment was rushed. After my treatment the receptionist’s went the extra mile by explaining to be the monthly payment scheme I could take up with them. Would 100% recommend if your looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: Nice service except for the fact that i was charged £25 for a missed appointment when there had been miscommunication and dates were mixed up. Despite being a regular patient for many years and paying lots of money for routine check ups and hygienest appointments they would not waiver the fee. I will be looking elsewhere for dental care where loyal customers are better valued.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and professional, my daughter was nervous before going in as we had previously had a bad experience at another dentist. The whole team put her at ease, so much so she was smiling, giggling and didn't need to hold my hand! So pleased to have finally found such a good dentist.
