Fantastic experience: I recently decided to have composite bonds on my upper teeth as the enamel was wearing thin and chipping. I had an appt with the nurse, who went through everything thoroughly and gave me options and pricing. Then I saw dr will who looked to see if I was a suitable candidate which I was and was sent home with a whitening kit and booked in 3 weeks time. Dr will and nurse dzstine looked after me on the day no injections just laid in a chair dozing off while they got to work apart from an achey jaw I was fine and when I saw the result I was over the moon thank you all for a great experience. If anyone is seriously thinking about composites I would highly recommend will shaw he explained everything fully in an easy manner. And both will and dzstine make you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Vitruvian Dental Studio in Leeds on Monday & WOW what a fabulous experience from start to finish! Not only is the studio so crisp, clean & beautiful but all of the staff inside were very kind, professional & super friendly to me during my whole experience! I travelled from Sunderland so I was a tad nervous visiting a brand new dental studio I’d not been too but I’m so glad I made the trip! I was firstly greeted by Olivia Owens who is an asset to Vitruvian Dental! She helped me a lot in terms of booking my appointment & answering all my relevant questions throughly so that my appointment ran smoothly. I was then taken upstairs by Nicole who was such a lovely girl who took lots of clear photographs & scans to show me before my official consultation. I was then taken to Dr Katy (such an amazing, talented dentist!) who I discussed the next steps of my teeth journey with. Dr Katy’s knowledge is incredible, I could tell how much she loved her job, she really made me feel at ease (which is very important to me) & we had a lengthy in depth chat, going into detail about my options on either composite veneers or porcelain. She explained everything to me clearly & advised what would be best for me personally and how we would achieve my dream smile! I am extremely happy that I gave Vitruvian Dental Studio a chance after doing lots of research as finding the perfect ‘dentist’ can be really daunting as you want to be with a dentist that genuinely cares about you & will give you the best result and Vitruvian Dental is that! I can’t wait for my next appointment already & it has being completely worth the travel! If you are looking to get your teeth done by a brilliant company, I highly recommend Vitruvian Dental!

Fantastic experience: Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough!! I had chipped my front tooth and went straight into the dentist with no appointment. I was in tears about the chip and I was able to be seen to straight away and the dentist and the assistants were lovely! I was distraught about chipping my tooth and they ended up fixing it with a composite and rebuilt my front tooth I was in the chair for about 15 minutes and when they had finished I was just overjoyed. Most definitely would come back and I recommend going to Vitruvian for all Of your dental needs. Fantastic experience: I had my upper 6 composite bonding done by Dr Katy initially in July last year, since then I have had Dr Steven and Dr Alice repair any chips since. I was nervous about who I let near my teeth after a bad experience at another dentist with composite bonding which lead me to have it all removed the day after, I took two years and a few consultations elsewhere after this to find the perfect dentist to help me achieve my perfect, natural smile. I couldn’t be happier that I chose vitruvian to be my dentist of choice. Dr Katy helped so much with my anxiety due to my previous experience and even took extra time to show me the step by step of each crafted tooth individually to reassure me with shape/ size/ colour. My smile is exactly what I wanted, natural in shape and colour, infact you would think I just have naturally lovely perfect straight teeth! I’ve had Dr Steven and Dr Alice maintain my smile since with chip repairs and adjustments; both dentists are fantastic also, and if I had to do it all over again I would be happy and trust any of the dentists I’ve been to to achieve my perfect smile again. Care coordinators & dental nurses also all been so lovely with my experience and I would (and do) recommend Vitruvian to anyone who wants cosmetic dentistry

Negative experience: Went to see about composite bonding to repair some damaged teeth from rugby. Quote was fine, but after 6 months, and other recommended treatments they wanted to wait another 3 months because I declined an extraction. Turns out it wasn’t required. Would highly recommend if you’re a social media influencer though, they’ll give you same day treatment and rinse the rest of us to pay for it.

I can’t thank you enough or recommend you enough you have give me my smile back and not only that restored my confidence you are the best dentist I’ve ever visited and have decided to stay with you and Virtuvian for any more treatment rather than my original dentist. Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding on 10 teeth this week with Dr Jess and cannot believe how good they look! The transformation is incredible. I was sceptical when going for my first consultation with Sinead but she made me feel comfortable and helped me decide what was the best treatment for me. Vitruvian is a stunning practice and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for further treatments in the future with them.

Negative experience: I’ve had a really disappointing experience with this dental practice. As a young person requiring an implant due to a being born with a baby tooth without an adult tooth underneath, I was understandably really anxious about starting the process of getting an implant and where I would find the money for it. I read a lot of really great reviews and did lots of research and Vitruvian seemed great so I booked a consultation for the Barnsley clinic which cost £70. I live in Nottingham so was the prepared to travel and had booked my train tickets. 2 days before they cancelled my appointment but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked. Fast forward to today, I had taken half a day off of work and was sitting on the train to Barnsley, when 1 hour and 45 minutes before my appointment they rang to cancel again “due to unforeseen circumstances”. I feel like it is really unprofessional to cancel so close to an appointment. As a young person on a lower wage, looking to prioritise their dental health and about to spent upwards of £2.5k on an implant, I would at least expect to be given a proper reasoning for why my appointment has been cancelled so close to the time. Whilst the receptionists on the phone were perfectly polite, on both occasions my surname has been spelt wrong (seen when you get a text to confirm your appointment) and when I requested a refund rather than booking another appointment, I was told she would have to speak to management and I’d get an email, with no idea of when that might be. I’m looking forward to receiving a refund whenever that may be but that doesn’t make up for the anxiety and stress it has caused, plus losing out on the money for train fares and losing annual leave at work. A dental implant is not a routine appointment and I imagine it causes a lot of anxiety for most people, so I would expect better care from a dentist with such good reviews. I can imagine this is a good dentist for cosmetic work like veneers but when it comes to more complex things like this, I would not recommend. I unfortunately got sucked in by the flashy look and influencers attending. I won’t make that mistake again.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place enough!! I started my Invisalign journey with James, who from the first appointment, has always made sure I was happy with everything! My Invisalign journey was so quick, and even difficult to move teeth, moved so fast. All staff members were so polite and friendly, and always very welcoming. James then gave me my whitening which worked amazing! I noticed a colour difference in my teeth in a week or so. I then had composite edge bonding on my top 8 teeth, done my Jessica, which looks fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable, did the treatment so fast, and made sure everything was perfect and I was happy before leaving. The place is super clean, has private waiting rooms and even tvs on the roof. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

Positive experience: I absolutely love my new smile with composite bonding and replacement fixed retainer. I wanted a natural smile with natural colour not the fake bright white and this was absolutely achieved. All staff were welcoming and friendly. They regularly kept me updated with any cancelled appointments that were available to bring mine forward. Hygienist was fantastic and was caring/gentle. Unfortunately towards the end of my bonding treatment i felt rushed as the clinic was closing and no aftercare/expectations was discussed or explained. Felt like I was rushed out of the door.

She talked me through my options and we used the wedding as the deadline for all the work to be completed. Fantastic experience: Visited the practice today for an extraction which I was a little worried about but I received a wonderful service by the dentist Dr Leuan and his assistant nurse Ellie with both of them reassuring me throughout my stay there My toothache has now vanished and I would not hesitate to rebook for further appointments when needed . The place is immaculate with such a lovely welcome also on arrival First class service from Kennedy upon arrival and throughout my stay

The whole team have been amazing and worked round my work rotation to fit me in for appointments. James and Katy have been above and beyond in sorting my invisalign / dentures ready for implants and veneer's. Fitting me in last minute, changing date’s due to issues at work And late night working. Thank you. Dr Will and Ellie were amazing for fitting me in last minute and the whole process of a double front Tooth Implant and bone graft, Ellie explained the process as Dr Will was working his magic and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: The best dentist ever!! Went for my top 8 teeth composite bonding just over just over a week ago, with dr ste and Ellie, they both made me feel so welcome, and the after care was amazing checking everything is okay. Fantastic experience: Just recently picked up my teeth whitening kit from Vitruvian Dental Studio. I strongly chose Vitruvian after seeing all of the five star reviews and after my experience with them I can more than agree. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, for my first appointment I saw Ellie, she was so helpful answering any questions I had and was so friendly and was also able to have a laugh unlike other dental places I have been . Amazing place and would 100% go back in the near future for any other dental needs.

Fantastic experience: After seeing 8 emergency NHS dentists in the last 6 months and with a vast array of problems I knew that I needed to find a more suitable long term solution to my dental issues . I chose Vitruvian because they understood my needs and concerns from my very first appointment, they have calmed my nerves and anxieties and the treatments I have received has been planned ,explained and executed to the highest standard . Fantastic experience: Really pleased with my treatment for composite bonding. Completed in just over two hours, no pain or discomfort. So happy with my new smile and everyone was really friendly and made me feel at ease.

Negative experience: I chose this studio based on its reviews as I am the process of trying to have my teeth whitened and sorted due to not being able to see an NHS dentist or get an NHS dentist in Leeds. My initial experience with Alice the hygienist was positive. I had two sessions and both times I have only come away from these appointments with only positive things to say. However, my experience with Dr Jess and the rest of the studio has been a complete struggle and an unnecessary challenge, which has resulted in me chasing the Studio for answers on numerous occasions to the sound of silence. At my first appointment for a check up, I was moved from 3pm to 3:10pm by a text message from the studios system. I didn’t have a problem with this. (As my number was used in the correct way) I arrived at 3:05pm and had to wait upstairs in a booth with no air conditioning for 45 minutes, until I was finally seen at 3:50pm. I was asked if I wanted a drink and I said a black coffee, (should have said Vat of water) which wasn’t brought to me until 3:30pm, honestly, 25 minutes to make a black coffee? I then entered the studio booth absolutely drenched in sweat from the heat as there is no air-con, only to be rushed through as Dr Jess had completely over run on appointment times and my next appointment for the hygienist was at 4pm as this was back to back. The whole process felt like a rush and when you have booked an appointment you should feel at least like they want you to be there. I heard nothing for 3 weeks as I had another issue and potentially needed a root canal, I had to chase the studio everyday for a week and never got a single simple straight answer from anyone about the next steps of my treatment plan, until I had to write a firm and direct email after a week of chasing an answer, To still no resolution! It was only when I said I’m using another studio, the calls and emails started coming, with finally being told I need more work, which could have been told to me in advance as I have to travel for work and then take time off and days off to make appointments, further more the studio manager had taken my number off the system and sent me WhatsApp’s from her personal number which I never said I wanted and never agreed to my number being used in this way. For that I have reported them to the ICO as this isn’t acceptable. A week later I receive a call from Dr Jess on a private number, like nothing has happened, claiming to have left voicemails on my phone when there was not one voicemail until I complained and she got her act together! Poor poor customer service Ultimately, tread with caution with this Studio, it’s nice on the surface but nobody has a clue what they are doing, I’d expect this from an NHS dentist, but not a private clinic where you are paying for the privilege of services which you aren’t receiving! I advise everyone to avoid!

Fantastic experience: Such a nice place, had my appointment with Dr Treharne and Ellie and they were both so lovely! I've had bad experiences in the past and have a lot of anxiety around dentists but they make you feel so at ease and are very reassuring throughout. The tv on the ceiling definitely helps in the past at other dentists, I've felt patronised or judged but Dr Treharne explained everything to me clearly and I didn't feel patronised or judged at all. From the minute you go in, the staff are really welcoming and accommodating. The whole experience has definitely started to ease my anxieties.
