Negative experience: Very bad Dishonest Nurse and Lying customer service. They promised to offer excellent customer service but they did lying according to their Policy for Patients, they trying to manipulate their policy by lying to the customer health services especially with minors and underage children as the children are underage and are vulnerable and unable to find which is good or bad . The child arrived 9 minutes late from his appointment, upon arrival they dropped his treatment for fake pretend policy,they told the Child parents that their policy is 7 minutes late , if the late more than 7 minutes they will drop his session, upon review their policy they failed to proof their policy, on top of that they show the parents that their policy is: if the patient arrived more than 10 Minutes late they have the right to reschedule it. This they proof they are lying, Money Scrapping from NHS .

Negative experience: Very poor dentist only after one thing being money not patient health very expensive dentist with poor results advise anyone to avoid this practice especially for root canal take your money fail at the task without the blink of any refund or acknowledgment of the failure

Negative experience: After 50 years of being on the books, this surgery removed my mother from being treated. Due to not attending in 2 years - which the surgery is aware she can’t walk properly, has to use walking aids and mobility scooter. Straight discrimination against her disability. Don’t deserve the 1 star they have been given.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Kicking all NHS patients off their list as they are only interested in private or children. Been a patient 30 odd years and they are lying about when i last attended all so they can get NHS patients off the list. I have since found out the exact same has happened to 4 other people i know. Receptionist quite rude.

Fantastic experience: The team are very professional at this facility and friendly. in the past month I’ve had to see the dentist and a dental hygienist which I had put off for a while (made matters worse) due to being slightly embarrassed but they put me at ease immediately! They’re very quick, professional, painless and pleasant to deal with, I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the surgery’s rating clearly evidences my personal feedback. I’ll definitely be going back and keeping a regular check up with them.

Negative experience: Called today to make an appointment only to be told I’d been kicked out! Tried to tell me I hadn’t been there for 3 years when I had. Offered me private but not nhs! Over 30 years I’ve been a patient and the receptionist Katie just keeps saying no you haven’t been when I actually have. Told my son he hadn’t been there since 2018 when he actually attended with me on my last appointment just over 2 yrs ago. What an absolute disgrace this place is. Not bothered if you are an nhs patient only want private patients. What about covid when they cancelled every time I made appointments to go? No text no email no post nothing just kicked out. Thank God I got into a decent place. Wouldn’t recommend anyone loyal going back there because they don’t care it’s all about the money for this place. Katie needs some people skills she is so wrong but just keeps shaking her head. Poor customer service from her! Hope she never needs a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Made an emergency appointment for a Saturday in the early hours due to awful tooth pain, was in with an emergency dentist for 09:00 and out for 09:30 and had a tooth taken out. Was really nervous but the staff and dental team were both top class. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have usually got an appointment when needed now that the restrictions are less. Staff always helpful but not sure about the new form of emergency booking. Retention of dentist appears to be short. My last two have moved on. So much of the relationship between patients and treatment is based around consistency. As they want you to attend regular appointments it would be nice to see the same dentist and build those confidences
