I am a wheelchair user and cannot stand up, but i found no hassle at all visiting this dental practice. In fact it was an example which other premises would do well to visit and copy.

The building layout and medical equipment are amazing and like nothing I have experienced with other dentists. I would not hesitate to recommend Enhance. Five stars from me!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Enhance for years because the service is superb and after poor service from other providers, I have moved all my family across. The whole team are always polite and discuss treatment before action. My teeth have always caused me problems for a range of reasons and thanks to Enhance they are stronger now in my 50s than before. Treatment is stable and although sometimes it costs money, it prevents further costs down the line. Thank you for great service

Fantastic experience: Enhance Dental Centre is housed in a beautifully designed, purpose-built facility which does not feel like a dentist practice at all. The space is very welcoming, with an exceptionally large waiting area downstairs and a smaller area upstairs, huge windows, some of which face open countryside, and all of which let in an abundance of light, together with greenery and artwork, making for a relaxing area, the ambience of which is heightened by the fact that one cannot hear the sounds of dentistry being practised. The reception staff are equally welcoming, being extremely friendly, patient, solicitous, and helpful. I am a very nervous patient – frightened in fact – but Mr Patrick Abbott was really kind and took the time to put me at ease before conducting a thorough examination, with X-rays, and taking me through the results, carefully explaining the work required, and all of my options, and sending me a written report on the same day. His assistant was very pleasant, helpful and discreet. I had been so nervous beforehand that when I came out of the room, I was shaky with relief and another member of staff stopped and asked if I were ok, invited me to sit down etc: they are actually on the lookout to assist you. I could not have asked for a better experience and would encourage all patients, especially those who dread the dentist, to visit Enhance Dental Practice: in my experience, you will feel better afterwards.

Fantastic experience: People laugh when I say I love going to my hygienist but it's true. It feels like a spa to my mouth and it's helped a lot with my localised periodontitis - not to minimise what I've been doing to help myself, but Enhance has been an important part of the plan. Overall, very skilled and supportive people too so, as long as my mouth is happy and I can afford it, I'll keep going.

Did a thorough examination first, then worked within the framework of minimum intervention, i.e. save the tooth. I have total confidence in Enhance, and Lau and Cara in particular - this is the first dentist where I have not been scared witless by even the thought of dental treatment. Fantastic experience: On entering the Enhance dental building it was very clean and bright .I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who took me upstair's to the waiting room which was also clean and bright .My dentist came out and he was polite and friendly asking me how i was . He walked with me to his room where he asked me several question's He took x-ray's and explained everything that was going on and also showed me them on the screen .The dentist Patrick said he would be in touch via e-mail with quotes etc which he was a couple of hour's later .

We discussed my neurodiversity and how it impacts on dental care/dentist visits, as well as advice on aesthetic dental treatments prior to my wedding. All without trying to up-sell.

Fantastic experience: As always, great treatment and lovely staff. I turned up this time without a voice and with the remnants of a long gone (I thought) cold sore and discovered that they couldn’t treat me in case of infection but I was still able to have check ups so all well.

The process was extremely easy, including payment which I did using Apple Pay. I do like to talk to the lovely reception ladies but this does make the out of hours contact amazingly simple.

Fantastic experience: I have been thinking about the care I receive when my appointments come round, usually it’s a six monthly check up but recently I needed a new crown fitted after the tooth broke. The professional way this procedure was carried out was skill and experience unknown to me . It was brilliant. The modern methods and materials meant that I could relax and get recover easily.

I was surprised when told the tooth was already out as I had felt nothing. I have had no pain nor problem since. Fantastic experience: I'm already a customer of Enhance but took my father there as he'd been complaining about the fit of his dentures. He was examined and the dentist explained the issues he had and why she couldn't guarantee a new set would be better than his old so she advised not to spend money on a new set. I was not charged for the examination. This kind of honesty is a rare thing these days. I would recommend Enhance to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling in a difficult hard to reach place. Megan was very reassuring, explained everything in detail, the process was clear, at any point I knew what was going on and why. Megan administered anesthetic in a completely painless way and I didn't feel anything during the whole procedure. I expected some pain afterwards, but was very pleasantly surprised that there was no residual pain whatsoever when the effects of the anesthetic ended, not even any sensitivity, tooth like new! I was also impressed how quick it was, half hour I wad gone. Thank you very much Megan and Sophie, you made the whole process as smooth and pleasant as possible.
