Fantastic experience: I have just had a crown fitted (29/11/23) in place of temporary filling. Their high standards of customer service was greatly appreciated by me despite being absolutely rigid in the chair during the process. My experience of a School Dentist 70 years ago still stresses me as soon as I arrive despite the teams best efforts. An outstanding A1+ practice that I have no hesitation in recommending having been a very satisfied patient there for 9 years.

Fantastic experience: I am 74 years of age and have been treated by Len Smart for around 30 of those, both as a NHS patient and more recently on Denplan. He is the best dentist I have ever encountered. Helen is my hygienist whom I have been seeing for perhaps 7-8 years This practice is very well run, the staff are polite and I have never had an issue with appointments or standard of care. My half-hour trip from Caerphilly is well worth the effort. I dread the day Len decides to retire. 5 stars well deserved. Update: Now 76 years of age and my opinion has not changed! Update: Received Root Canal treatment from Emily yesterday (30/09/24). Thank you Emily for the first class care you gave me Update: Check-up today. Still excellent care from both Len and Helen. Update: Booked an emergency appointment today - seen within hours of telephoning. Update: July 2025 Again, 5 star treatment from Len attending to 2 crowns that needed attention. So grateful for his expert care.

Well It’s one the best dentist I’ve ever been to hands down, I have a phobia of the dentist but every single member of staff is great in there are so friendly, receptionists also always smiling and inviting, so helpful. I have to speak up about Sophie, milly, destiny and Rosie, all so helpful and calming. Make you feel at ease as that worrying state when your getting in that chair all shapes, but they all go your pace, they all so quick and neat when having treatment with them all. They win me over every time when I’m telling my self I don’t really need treatment but they know best and appreciate everything they do.

He fully explains each step in the process to reassure you of what is about to happen before commencing work. I couldn't recommend the practice more. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Emily Jennings enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly passionate about her work. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The practice is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Dr. Jennings is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely dentist, we had to attend today for an emergency appointment. From when we walked in we was greeted with the most welcoming and lovely staff, to the dentist and dental nurse assisting her, she talked my 9 year old through everything and was more then happy to go above and beyond, sorted my sons poor tooth ache out and was nothing but lovely and polite! Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've visited. From the beginning I was put at ease. The surroundings are very tasteful and doesn't feel like a clinic. Clean luxurious and calming. My dentist was amazing he gave me time to settle and asked how he could help. Len then examined my mouth and talked about what I wanted to do after he gave me his diagnosis I really was at ease and totally confident in his ability and prognosis Definitely a dentist ill be keeping especially after years of anxiety and dread and avoidance Thank you len and bridge dental care I'd give you more stars if they were available

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years so a bit anxious about treatment. I had a really warm welcome followed by a thorough examination and explanation of the issues. I was provided with treatment plan that I'm really pleased with. Really glad I went to Bridge dental care, I'm looking forward to my next visit. I've now had two upper molars and two lower premolars treated and I'm really thrilled with the results. Both lower teeth were uncomfortable with partly broken tooth and metal fillings that I really wondered might be beyond repair. The dentist skillfully reconstructed both and they look so natural that when I showed my friends they asked "where's the fillings." I'll be having a crown fitted soon, again on a tooth that I thought might be beyond repair. The dental hygienist has also done a fantastic job on the placque and gum disease. I'm looking forward to my next visit and I've never said that about a dentist before! I've now completed the planned treatment and the crown on a broken tooth is amazing. Rob the dentist is very skilled and I really had the sense I was being looked after. I've had several appointments with Helen, the hygienist including a deep clean that I was very nervous about. I needn't have been because it was a really good experience and my gums have never looked so healthy. I think Helen and Rob have done a fantastic job and I would recommend Bridge Dental Care to anyone, but especially to anyone nervous about treatment!

The dental surgery is decorated lovely.. car parking can be a nightmare as allocated on main road.. near Newbridge train station.. Fantastic experience: First Class service every time! The Dental Practice is world class and state of the art. It feels more like a boutique hotel. Every single member of staff are excellent, professional, always friendly, helpful knowledgeable and always available to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they can’t do enough for you. Sophie my Dentist and Helen my Hygienist are the best! Both are very knowledgeable reassuring and excellent at what they do. A special mention also to Sue the Practice Manager who is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team. It’s always a pleasure to visit the practice, you always receive a warm welcome by everyone and are made to feel valued and part of the family. Thank you all for everything that you do.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the bridge dental practice for over 25 years, along with my children and grand children. I found the staff to be pleasant and very helpfull. The advice and treatment recived is always profesional and informative.

Fantastic experience: My husband, Don Bradshaw needed emergency treatment for a crown that had broken. He was seen straightaway and had excellent treatment from Sophie. He needed to go back in a couple of days to see Rob to have some root removed. The gum needed cutting and stitching but great job!

Fantastic experience: An exceptional service again from Bridge dental. Rang on a Wednesday for a check up, had an appointment for the following day and a tooth extracted a day after that. Sophie and Helen both put me at ease (I’m not a fan of dental appointments to be fair) and even though I was dreading the extraction (after a poor experience with another dentist), much to my amazement it was over and done with within 10 minutes. Highly recommend Bridge dental care
