Fantastic experience: As always Ben and his lovely assistant were fabulous. I was very nervous about having my tooth out and they reassured me and calmed me down. They explained everything to me. Fantastic experience: I have in the last few months switched my dental practice from the smile centre in town which I was national health registered to private with keith at malpas dental care. Now I know what your thinking ahh you are paying private that’s why you get better service and to a point that’s true! But... I won’t have silver fillings (not nhs) I won’t have a horrible silver crowns ( not nhs) true you get reduced rates in X-rays, checkups etc but what I didn’t get in either case was the feeling that they cared about me or my teeth paying private or not!! So I moved under recommendations from others that see keith. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! First visit check of teeth and GUMS ( never had that) xrays and a plan as to what you need or don’t need. Conversation.... yes he tells you what he thinks! On top of that he is pleasant, funny and makes...less face it a dental visit (not nice) into a less daunting experience. I now feel my teeth are in the best of hands and if you happen to get in on nhs then I really think you will still get that level of service. If your not happy with your dentist ...MOVE! The receptionists are lovely and will help you, whatever dentist you get the standard I believe will be high and the hygienists will give you all the info on keeping you teeth in great shape which let’s face it will save you money in the long run!!!

Had problems with a back tooth, and though the procedure was uncomfortable, the professionalism and conduct of the dental staff whilst removing that troublesome tooth, is second-to-none.! From beginning to end, I knew without doubt, I was in very safe hands. Very pleasant, kind, caring and informative staff. All of them.! It's just the best there is.! ❤️ I feel blessed , I really do. Fantastic experience: Sarah is my dentist and I have to say she is fantastic, she is always so nice. I have many complex conditions and she always help in any way she can, she checks im doing ok thoughtmy visitand treatment. The dental nurses are all so friendly and lovely. The staff at the book desk are friendly and very helpful. Overall the practice is realy clean, everyone is so kind and helpful, you don't ever feel stressed when waiting and waiting times are really good.

Positive experience: Very welcoming and good customer service at the reception but parking at this location not ideal. You used to be able to park in the Three Horseshoes pub but this no longer the case. Roadside parking restricted so a bit hit and miss. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been avoiding Dentists for the last few years due to childhood trauma from years of painful orthodontic treatments. As an adult I’m now a nervous patient and thoughts of going to a Dentist gets me really anxious. When I phoned the practice and explained my situation and that I needed someone who would be patient and who is good with kids (even though I’m an adult myself!), they were very friendly and understanding. I have now had several treatments with Dr Anthony Matthews, and I am very happy. I’m a nervous wreck at every visit, wringing my hands and breaking out in sweat, but he’s managed to calm me down and keeps me informed of next steps and what to expect, which is really a big comfort. The service is quite expensive which is the only negative for me, but the service I’ve had there has been exemplary of great customer care! From reception, to Dental Nurses/Assistants and Dentist, I’ve only been treated with friendliness and kindness. Thank you one and all!!

Fantastic experience: Several years ago, during extraction, NHS dentist cracked & broke 2 teeth (on separate occasions) leaving roots in gum. A very painful & botched job in my opinion. So, I change dentist & sign up to Malpas Dental Care. Sure enough, within time & the onset of a dental abscess, it’s root canal or I lose another tooth. I choose extraction, knowing that I’m potentially going to end up with a mouth full of tiny, broken bits of tooth & a gum full of roots. How she was so gentle baffles me. She’d taken out a huge molar in one piece & I didn’t even know. There was no brute force, a manly elbow across my head & knee on my chest that I’d become used to. My petit dentist knew her stuff & she was absolutely amazing. I’m not going to declare she used witchcraft or sorcery, but with a little dusting of knowledgable magic, she teased that huge tooth out no problem! Outstanding work. If you want a job done ‘properly’, I’d 100% recommend Malpas Dental Care.

Negative experience: Not satisfied with service, they come up with different statement than they told me on phone and booked me for appointment and check, they charge me a lot of money and told now you can decide to take your gum off or root canal, and they did only dressing.

Fantastic experience: I phoned at 8.30am and had an appointment for 12.30pm the same day. On arrival I was early and seen by the dentist promptly and was gone prior to even my appointment time. All the staff were friendly and attentive and my dentist giving me great advice and future planning. It’s a well managed machine of dental care and I am glad to be one of their patients .. would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic experience: Keith Morgan has been my dentist for 40 years and trust him 100% in his expertise Today I had composite veneers on 4 front teeth…due to an accident as a child my 2 front teeth crossed over Keith suggested I have composite veneers. Negative experience: Can't believe how I was treated here went via NHS out of hours and was told only getting £14 worth of work. Dentist was rude and left half of tooth in that he was supposed to remove and I ended up going to a different dentist to have the rest removed. I had paid towards a private follow up appointment here which was cancelled owing to covid. I had not rebooked because of the experience I had but eventually plucked up the courage to complain. The staff member I first complained too was really nice, she changed the dentist and said that because of the issue and the fact that I had already paid, they would honor this and I would t have to pay again for the appointment. I went to the appointment and saw the new dentist who was lovely, very thorough and also put me at ease. We arranged a plan to fix some issues and I actually had for a minute forgotten how bad I had previously been treated here..... UNTIL I had an email saying I hadn't paid for my treatment. I phoned them back and explained it to the receptionist, she said okay we will get in touch if any issues. I had an email yesterday saying that they cancelled my appointment because I haven't been in touch. Called to complain and went through all of it again. The Practice Manager was rude so I will go somewhere else!

Negative experience: Had a emergency, popped there paid cash £240 and told noting wrong , so I was still in pain I went to doctors, doctor told me to go back as dentist missed something out when I phoned back I was asked to pay £140 over phone so I did , when I went there then told to pay another £140 on top again (£480) now , told nothing wrong again so , then I went to second dentist for a opinion when I got there I was told there was a big crack in one of my teeth there for having to have a tooth removed second dentist wondering why malpas dentist did not pick up on any of my mouth in the first place the same as the doctor said the same thing my best and this is just a rip-off to take your money under skilled dentists . Then told would not refund my money after nothing was done , watch the dentist here don't no what there looking for , just after you cash more then your health, after new dentist mouth all good and pain less then half what malpas dentist asked for ,,,shame on this dentists...

Fantastic experience: I was really happy with my first visit to Malpas Road. First impressions were great! Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Just great. I even got a phone call to warn me not to rush because an emergency patient might delay my appointment by a few minutes. The dentist and nurse were also welcoming and friendly. Really put me at ease. Also, appreciated that the dentist did not apply any pressure to accept very expensive treatment.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency because I'd chipped my front tooth and my own practice couldn't fit me in for the foreseeable future! Was recommended Malpas Dental by a friend who had done the same thing a few months prior. From my initial call right though to treatment the experience was impeccable. Receptionist was helpful and informative on my call and dentist was welcoming and explained the process clearly. Just allow yourself an extra few minutes to find a parking space.

Fantastic experience: had my composite bondings with keith i absolutley love them him and his nurse are very professional and talk you through the procedures and what to expect as its such a long time in the chair frequent breaks were offered also. receptionists were very helpful and courteous from time of booking to booking follow up appointments would highly recommend this practice. i have recommended 2 other family members who have also started the same treatment.
