Fantastic experience: My family have been going here for over 25 years and although the place itself has changed a lot in that time the staff have not. Always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for every one of them. David and Emma are fantastic as are the whole team. 5 star service from start to finish. The place is always immaculately clean and fresh. I can honestly say we actually look forward to going to the dentist here' which is something I thought I would never say about a dentist. Keep up the amazing work and ill see you all soon

Fantastic experience: I only joined Edwards dental surgery May 2024. I must say all the staff are fantastic. They go over and about to put you at ease. This morning I had to have an extraction, and Emma explained everything she was going to do. As for the extraction I did not feel a thing. I would highly recommend this Dental practice.

Negative experience: I have lost all respect I had for Emma, and I've known her since I was two years old, never missed an appointment since the day you opened. And if you do read this Emma, let that weigh on your moral conscience.

We are genuinely sorry to read your comments and that you feel disappointed. We understand that the recent transition has been unsettling for some long-standing patients.
Our move to private care was not a decision taken lightly but was necessary to maintain safe, high-quality dentistry for those already in our care. Appointment availability was offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reached capacity within days.
We have a formal complaints process available through our practice if anyone wishes to raise concerns directly, and we always encourage open communication rather than social media discussion.
We remain deeply grateful to the many patients who have shown kindness and understanding as we work to expand hours and bring in new clinicians. We cannot always meet everyone’s expectations, but we continue to act with integrity and in the best interests of the patients in our chairs.
We sincerely wish you well in finding a practice that best meets your needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: My partner had his first visit today and was quite anxious and it is absolutely a pleasure to say how perfectly lovely everyone was - from reception staff, to dental assistants and seeing Dr Emma herself. Very kind, considerate & gave us all the time we needed. Really appreciate how easy they made things for him/us. Thank you wonderful team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Edwards family dentist ...what can you say Emma and her team are simply the best ...nothing is to much trouble your put at ease straight away everything is fully explained and the highest level of professionalism is given. You can rest assured your in very safe hands all the staff are super friendly and genuine and helpful definitely a five star service.

Fantastic experience: You could not meet a more friendly, caring group of people at a dental practice. Wonderful and a great dentist too. Their covid prevention measures are absolutely top notch too. Very grateful to everyone there.
