My appointment today I saw Dr.Rheeya (Naik) and Dental Nurse Sandra. They suggested a suitable course of treatment for me and explained throughout the benefits. Always highly recommended this surgery!

Recently have been seen by the hygienist Stephanie and her assistant Sandra who were amazing so kind and gentle and have to say it's been the same on every appointment. :)

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. Myriam Abad and her team. My 5year old had dental fillings today and was completely at ease throughout the appointment. Dr. Abad’s calm and caring manner, along with the gentle support from her assistant Sandra, made all the difference. Sarah at reception was also very helpful and accommodating when it came to booking appointments and keeping us updated. I truly appreciate the team’s professionalism, kindness, and the way they made the whole process so smooth and positive. It’s not always easy for little ones to feel comfortable at the dentist, but this team made it such a positive experience. H

Fantastic experience: Went to see the hygienist, which is never usually an enjoyable experience… however Stephanie and Sandra were a lovely team together; they really helped me feel at ease and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible.

I don't feel judged or pressured They really are so lovely and for me to say that and actually want to come back is a huge huge complaint!

Fantastic experience: I rang this morning for an emergency appointment for my daughter. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and gave us a same day appointment. We saw Dr Myriam and Sandra and they are so lovely and very professional. My daughter's teeth was examined thoroughly. They have made my daughter feel at ease and we were given reassurance and advised. Overall, the practice and all the staff are amazing especially to children. I will highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 22.05.2025. I had a great experience during my recent appointment with the dental hygienist Stephanie. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming at reception and professional. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, taking the time to explain each step and offering helpful advice for maintaining good oral health at home. Nurse Sandra was also very helpful and together they made me feel relaxed and kept informed and reassuried throughout my treatment. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail and care throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and professional dental cleaning service.

Fantastic experience: I am a really nervous anxious patient when it comes to the dentist. Myriam and Sandra are absolutely the best. They make you feel so at ease and let my husband into the room so when they explain everything he is there so we both know what’s going on. Sandra is my constant at the Poynters Road surgery, always there for every appointment and so friendly . Also Sandra’s twin sister who is on reception ( sorry name unknown), is absolutely fabulous too, always smiling and because I have a hearing problem she remembers as soon as I come in. Wouldn’t go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Warm friendly staff, staff are extremely professional, always delighted with dental service wether it be dental or hygienist.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service at the reception. I was treated horribly by the two old ladies at the reception. Today I came in for a check up after I had paid up front for it. I have private health insurance and needed a receipt with the paid amount and the services provided to get a refund. I also have been assured that I will get the receipt with these details upon completing the treatment on the day before I paid on the phone. 1) I was waiting at the desk while the lady was on her phone for a few minutes, before she asked me why am I here for. 2) The receptionists did not pay attention to the details needed on the receipt and were quick to interrupt me before I finish my sentence. 3) Eventually, when I asked if I can get a receipt with the details I needed, they "both" were quick to tell me very aggressively and "that's what we have!!" 4) Surprisingly, you do give detailed receipts with the fees paid and the service provided! I know that, because I got it at the end. But they were very primitive and very very rude with me. I want to emphasise that all I asked for was a receipt with the treatment covered and I was painful to finish that sentence with these two recipients. Zero listening skills... at the reception. So the conclusion, they are rude, not very attentive to the customers requests (once they gracefully decide to let them talk), and they're incompetent because they didn't even know that they can provide such receipts. Note, DR Aashani Shah and her lovely assistant, were both very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you both!

She was very skeptical and nervous at first, but you've handled her very patiently and kindly. You've done an excellent job with taking her teeth out. She couldn't believe how quick and pain-free it was. She was very excited afterwards and regretted all the drama she caused, but at least the little girl apologized to you for wasting your time. Fantastic experience: I am one of many who hate going to the dentist. On this occasion, it was the hygienist whom I had the appointment with. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist was very pleasant and polite. The hygienist and her assistant talked me through everything they did explaining to me and showed how to use the flossing brushes. All in all the experience wasn't as bad as I expected. Thank you to all at the practice.

I am a very nervous patient and haven't been to the dentist in some time due to moving and having to do the NHS waiting list. I knew by teeth were in bad shape and was dreading this visit. These 2 lovely ladies made me feel at ease from the second I walked in. They listened to my concerns and reassured me..... as in they actually listened and we made a plan together around that. I did not feel rushed, pushed or out of control at any point and neither did I feel belittled over my self dental routine. They remained positive and upbeat throughout and I left feeling happy and confident that they would do everything possible to restore my teeth to their former glory will definitely be sticking with these guys for future appointments.
