Fantastic experience: This dental practice makes going to the dentist so enjoyable. The atmosphere is calm friendly and comfortable. I saw the hygienist and she was brilliant. She explained all along what she was doing and why. She was so friendly, kind and efficient. I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Both my dentist and the hygienist are exceptional professionals. Having been a patient for many years I can honestly say the practice is the best I’ve seen it. My dentist is so friendly and informative and my hygienist managed to clean one tooth (that I thought was dying as I’d chipped it twice) so it matched my other teeth!! Thank you both please don’t leave!

Fantastic experience: Great service from the online appointment booking, the reception on arrival for my first visit, the dental treatment and the comprehensive follow-up. Only criticism, and it is minor, is that, along with most of the city centre, the mobile 'phone signal is non-existant in the waiting room and, unfortunately, the guest wi-fi keeps dropping out. Second visit - Friendly welcome, efficient check-in and the lady I spoke to went out of her way to get me a cold cup of water as I was so hot following my bike ride in! The friendliness and professionalism extends throughout the surgery and I can not think of a single negative thing to say. Even the guest wifi seems to have been sorted :-)

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was friendly, patience and supportive. She stopped when I needed to as my teeth were sensitive and gave me advice to enhance my dental hygiene at home. Ranbir was one of the nicest dentists I have ever met. I left feeling like my teeth were so clean and looked visibly better too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had two emergency appointments last week and from my first contact with reception, I was seen very quickly. The staff on reception were very friendly, kind and professional. I saw a new, young, female dentist from Sweden called Godda and she was absolutely brilliant! She was very patient with me as I was terrified but, also, very professional and did a fantastic job.

Negative experience: Received what was meant to be a minor treatment for a clean out of a tooth and crown replacement. The appointment was booked for 40 mins but went on for 2 hours and was painful despite over 4 anaesthetic injections. I have never needed this many even for extractions or root canals. The anaesthetic gave me facial paralysis for days afterwards and was seen for a check up, to which I was told to wait it out and then eventually told by a receptionist a week later to call 111. I am still experiencing pain 2 weeks later on that side of my cheek and the facial paralysis has not fully recovered. I’m shocked that such a minor treatment could evoke such awful effects! I will have to seek a different dentist in future as I am very disappointed in the care and aftercare this dentist provided and have no confidence in their ability for future or more invasive treatments.

Positive experience: I am new to the practice and was shown to the wrong dentist from being picked up in Reception which was a worrying start but when I met the right dentist, I was very pleased with the service she gave me and have requested that I become her patient. The only trouble is she's on the top floor and I have reduced mobility and have frequent breathlessness.

Negative experience: This unprofessional dentist is extremely disappointing! For my first appointment, I booked an emergency treatment and paid £65, but they did not perform any actual treatment. Instead, they simply told me to book another appointment for the next stage of treatment. When I returned for my second visit, I paid £130 to have my cavity filled. However, the filling was poorly done—within less than two weeks, issues arose. The filling was insufficient and of poor quality, causing part of it to fall out. I then emailed them requesting a free refill, but they only responded four days later, scheduling an appointment for Thursday at 4:00 PM. When I finally saw the dentist, she carelessly spent just three minutes applying the same type of filling and then told me that if I wanted a better fix, I would need to pay again. So far, I have spent nearly £200 on this one tooth, yet the issue remains unresolved. Instead of properly addressing this simple problem, they are demanding additional payment for another filling. This is absolutely outrageous!

Fantastic experience: Little London Dental Chichister is an excellent, professional and friendly practice. The reception staff are always polite and businesslike even when under pressure and I have always been seen on or close to time. My own dental surgeon, 'Danniella,' is calm and reassuring whilst she is treating me and has motivated me to pay much better attention to my dental health. There is good, reasonably priced close by parking only 2 - 3 minutes walk. Their communication and reminder system is very good without seeming intrusive. A very good dental experience.

Even through difficult a difficult procedure with my 15 year old she explained clearly what the process was going to be. Everyone is so lovely here.
