Negative experience: Very disappointed with service, appointment was not on time, was seen 15 mins after given time, was not informed of delays. 15 mins later for 3 min appointment and £28 check up charge. Practice manager took no accountability of owning this delay or apologising, causing me work issues as I was given specific time for this appointment only!

Fantastic experience: I got serious pain in my teeth when I came here doctor give me perfect advice and I follow the whole instructions which were recommended by doctor I found it’s best and it’s also took little bit time .

Only Thing is ,I paid £250 for removal one tooth ,it’s like they charge £50 for appointment and £200 for removal one tooth,,I don’t know how much it cost in other places,,That quite to much for me it’s took 5mints only to remove, and for me it’s my 1week wage ,, it uk they should add emergency services for tooth as well in hospitals or they can charge at least 50% less then those private dental,,

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. I came in for treatment of a decayed tooth, but unfortunately, the dentist did not properly examine the tooth that was actually causing the issue. Instead, she performed a procedure on a completely healthy tooth. This not only failed to address my original problem but may have caused unnecessary damage. I expected more thorough care and attention, especially when it comes to something as important as dental health. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Positive experience: I was having decay due to a chipped tooth. The clinic took me in immediately for treatment and gave me a temporary relief which allowed me time to think about my next steps.

Negative experience: I was left so confused. Went in for an nhs emergency appointment. Dentist did two scans. One came back but then they said their machine has stopped working. Whilst I was there one of the dentist’s assistant was running in and out the room. It was like being in school. However, I was advised a root canal maybe needed which is £890ish and a senior dentist would do this but because I’m under nhs I can look for another dentist practice to do this. I thought I’d just get a filling and then I’d go home but the dentist wasn’t sure of what is needed or what the next steps would be. So really I feel that I just sat in that seat just to get my tooth literally looked at. Disappointed

Negative experience: I came for the first time with both my daughters last week, and In all honesty I was deeply disappointed with the service. The asian lady at reception wasn't very friendly to start with...I know it was busy that afternoon but it's not difficult to smile and have some eye contact. Basic communication is key especially in a health care setting. Secondly, the dentist Mr Jigar Mehta whom we were seen by wasn't very good at explaining anything to my children or putting them at ease. They have always had positive experiences from previous dental appointments but coming to this practice has put me off and has made my children anxious about future appointments. He was rushing, and just didn't have a pleasant demeanor which most health professionals have, especially when dealing with children. I'm from a medical background myself so know how one should be with patients and colleagues. It's unfortunate as I only came to this practice after reading reviews so thought it would be a positive experience for my children.

Negative experience: We had appointment with DERPEN REKHI today. We had been treated like outsiders. It was literally my Foster son appointment. He is asylum seeker, so he is struggling to understand English. the appointment was actually for filling and cleaning. My foster son refused to get filling done.But he just wanted to do cleaning. DARPEN REKHI got really upset with us. He was literally whispering about us with her colleague and which makes us so upset. I found it so resist. I had to request him twice to Clear my foster son teeth. You know what he did ? He just clean bottom teeth only middle part. I was being so patient.. After that, when he finished, his colleague asked him to offer toothpaste, but he made his face and said no ! Leave it When I went outside, I realised, why I been patient?? if I become this time he will treat us again or he will treat someone else like this I called dentist to change dentist, receptionist said she can’t do anything. Then she said she will ask manager . No ONe called me back . If you not satisfying your patients then you shouldn’t be in this position. Treat everyone with respect and kindness So hurtful!!

Fantastic experience: Have been using MM Dental Care ever since I was a child and would never want anyone other than Dr. Dhruna to look after my teeth. Dr. Dhruna carried out my Invisalign which has totally transformed my smile and confidence! She’s always on hand for help / advice and is so knowledgable and thorough with her work. The practise are always on hand and flexible to help me make emergency appointments should they ever be required.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with your company’s approach. After waiting a long time to secure an appointment, I called on the day to inform you that I was unwell with a high temperature. Instead of understanding my situation, I was told to come in despite being sick, as there is no isolation policy in place. Moreover, I was informed that if I didn’t attend, I wouldn’t be able to book any future appointments! Most practices allow for up to three FTAs, and this wasn’t even an FTA, as I notified I was unwell. This lack of consideration for patient health and safety is unacceptable and inhumane.

Our only concern is that we go to considerable lengths to ensure we arrive on time but then sometimes have to wait until staff arrive. And, if I'm correct we get penalised if WE are late. But the overall service is great.

Offering additional options for dental work only as needed but always providing help and support when having issues. My teeth have never been in better shape. Negative experience: I am utterly disgusted with the service provided by MM Dental. I purchased Smile White aligners and was directed to MM Dental for the necessary dental work and fitting. However, the experience has been a complete nightmare. Firstly, it took nearly two weeks for MM Dental to arrange my initial appointment, resulting in almost a month passing since I purchased the aligners. Despite my repeated explanations of unavailability, MM Dental attempted to reschedule my appointment four times, causing immense inconvenience. During my first consultation, I was informed of the need for a deep clean, extraction of a tooth, and two fillings. Despite agreeing to proceed and paying a deposit to secure an appointment nearly a month later, I arrived only to be informed that my appointment had been cancelled last minute due to the dentist's other commitments. Shockingly, I was allegedly notified of the cancellation via voicemail, which instructed me to call back. Despite numerous attempts, I received no response. Additionally, MM Dental claims to have sent an email, but to my surprise, I found no such communication, not even in my junk folder. The only email I received was a reminder about the appointment, emphasizing their 72-hour cancellation policy. This level of incompetence and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. I am usually not one to leave negative reviews, but the appalling treatment I received compels me to do so. In summary, I strongly advise against seeking dental services from MM Dental. Their poor appointment management and communication procedures reflect poorly on their professionalism and commitment to patient care.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been registered with this practice for a long time and has always had very positive experience. We have a little boy so we got told he had to have his first overdue dental appointment so tried to do this for him back in November. As it was not an emergency, I booked him in as an NHS patient for January. Unfortunately he could not attend the appointment due to him being ill with fever and flu. I tried to ring the office once- nobody picked the phone up and due to my sons situation I was not able to try again but was planning to ring them back next day. First: they range my husband instead of myself although the booking was made by me giving my details on booking just to chase why we couldnt attend. Next day morning, I rang back to explain and rebook just to shockingly find out that 'due to the NHS appointments procedure' my son cannot get a second appointment!When I explained what happened ( not my fault if nobody is picking up the phone) and my sons situation ( reason for not attending), I was answered by a mechanical voice trying to thob off what I was saying and promising that she would pass my message/situation on to the dentist and would ring me back- that was dated 11/1!!!!No call back!So, I had to book a private appointment for my son where I have to be charged although he is entitled to NHS dental care and the reason of cancellation was more than valid!"After reading all the positive reviews here, it is quite disappointing that my son was dealt like that- nice! I tried to get the managers email off from a receptionist i spoke to today but I struggled to hear her- and obviosuly she did as she got my email address completely wrong- luckily i asked for it to be spelled back to me. Please, treat patients with dignity# UPDATED REVIEW: After adding this review here, I received a call from the clinic that I missed. I rang this morning to find out what happened and it seems that they were keen to explain the situation and refund the money i paid for my son to be seen as private patient instead of NHS. This was extremely prompt and nice and do appreciate it. On a friendly note though, it shouldnt have been for the review to get this approach. So, my son will be seen as NHS patient so thank you, Google reviews :)
