Negative experience: Appointments cancelled constantly. My family went yesterday and our appointment was over half an hour late, if we are late our appointment is cancelled and we are still charged! My dad had his tooth taken out a few months ago and he returned the next day as he thought part of his tooth was left in and the dentist said it wasn’t tooth. We went yesterday and the dentist said part of his tooth was in fact still in his mouth! He had it extracted and was charged for the entire procedure again! Absolutely disgusting several people have similar problems, the dentists are never the same every time I go I have a different dentist, obviously isn’t a nice place to work as they can’t keep the staff either.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 09:00 yet the dentist who saw me walked in at 09:10. Resulting in me having to be even later into work.

Negative experience: I was happy with the service until yesterday when I received a letter demanding payment of the missing £66. I called to find out what the fee was for, on the first call I was told that it was an additional fee for an emergency apointment. Which I was not informed about at any point of the apointment and which I would not agree to because I had been charged for the same thing earlier even though I did not need it. I was asked to call back in half an hour. On the second call they changed their story and said that it was a pre-check fee. Even if, which I doubt. I was not informed about this at any point during the booking or treatment. I have a remortgage this year and could not afford a CCJ so I paid them. In my opinion this is just extortion because should I expect more letters from them with more charges that I was not informed about and did not agree to? I hope this comment and my complaint to the NHS was worth the £66

Positive experience: Hard to say anything at the moment so only facts: I came there with tooth pain. I have been told that my tooth is healthy. I left with dental charge and tooth pain. I'll give 1 or 5 stars after verification in other place.

Fantastic experience: All the staff very polite, communication prior to the visit brilliant inc text messages. The dentist and technician, very reassuring and patient. The procedure was explained fully and the cost involved Also what the filling was for, even though I was not in any pain, more cosmetic than procedure. They did call me ,not only before , to confirm appointment ,but immediately before the time as they might be a delay . I was grateful for this .

Negative experience: I went to this dentist through a 111 emergency appointment. They even did not do a x-ray and didn’t give me antibiotics for my swollen gum, they didn’t do anything just took the money. Then my teeth became worse I have to phone 111 again and pay again. Very profit oriented practice, don’t care anything else.

Fantastic experience: Saw Wendy Crosland who is lovely, she is the gentlest dentist I have ever seen. No problems at all everything was fine.

Positive experience: Was a frustrating visit as i was due a check up and booked one with a dentist - but the Person doing the examination was not qualified to do the work needed. This means another appointment with a different dentist. i had rung am to confirm The dentist could do and set treatment plan and assured they could - they where advised i had lost a crown and had an absess. The treating staff where excellent but the head receptionist was arrogant And even said i have been doing this 25 years i would not have booked this if .... .the reception staff seemed to treat the patients as thick - just because i am on the NHS doesn't mean I am thick and you can be condescending and patronising. So a 3 star - the dentist gets five the treatment by receptionist and support services gets 1 star

Fantastic experience: A friendly reception and seen on time. My assessment and treatment was carried out efficiently and effectively by a very courteous dentist/dental technician and her assistant. A visit to a dentist is never a pleasant experience but sometimes it's not entirely unpleasant.

Positive experience: Although appointments I have made have been cancelled by the practise on several occasions, even though they have been booked months in advance, but when we do come to the surgery staff are friendly and helpful. We especially like Mrs Gunjan Hand who we have seen the last few of our visits.
