Negative experience: 1) Came to cure my teeth, left with red composite with half red teeth, teeth was blinding she just put composite on the top, dentist assistent was contemptuouly squinted and trying assist with maximum at a distance. 2) Opposite side they put composite without cleaning well caries : 1.5 year later now route canal on the teeth before last and last teeth effected aswell Receptionists was very rude with people , They only wants get good review not cares about your health . AVOID them , don't confide your health them. They asked to change review for price discount.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff at every touch point. Dr. Rubina Iftikhar is excellent I always feel well looked after in her presence and she’s always able to answer any questions I might have. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient, I had put off going to the dentist for a number of years. I finally booked an appointment with Dr Charan and have been visiting for treatment and checkups ever since. Dr Charan has been fantastic - always delivering excellent treatment, putting me at ease and helping to alleviate my worries of the dentist. Since my first visit, I have had a number of treatments done, ranging from basic hygiene through to fillings and teeth whitening - all really positive experiences. Dr Charan also arranged for a hospital referral for wisdom tooth removal. Excellent dentist.

Negative experience: Came in for an X ray and CBCT scan. Dentist was lovely and said I would be contacted later in the week. Never received a reply and when emailed, they said they couldn’t find my email/ phone number. When they had managed to contact me by both email and phone from the details on the online contact form initially. When requested they send the results of my scan to my NHS dentist, they said they would contact me by phone and yet again never did and never sent the scans. Attempts to call them are never picked up at all hours of the day and once when I did pick up, when they heard my date of birth they hung up on me. I just want my treatment plan and scans back. That I have paid for.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience on each visit. From the reception to the dentists, everyone is respectful! Today was even better as the dentist went out of his way to get my teeth right! My 6 year old also enjoys the fun talks and he is no longer worried about going to the dentist. Thank you !

Negative experience: Several months ago had to book an appointment as the glue from my braces had come off. I went in, the procedure didn't last long, paid and so far so good. Fast forward few months the glue on the same spot came off again ( now is the moment to mention that prior to my visit I had the glue for about 10 years until it needed to be fixed) not only came off, but I noticed that there is a distance between two of my teeth which means that it hasn't been positioned properly which led to imperfection that I have been trying to fix for years. I am completely disappointed with their services and will definitely not give them a second chance.

Positive experience: I've been treated at this practice for many years. I was mostly treated by Dr Bashar in the past and have been treated by 2 other dentist. All were excellent. However, my last dental hygiene appointment was booked with Dr Rubina Iftikar as the dental hygienist was on leave. I believe she may have been having a bad day or thinks dental cleanings are below her. Moreover, the experience was terrible and painful as oppose to my previous experiences at the practice. I wanted to complain there and then, however, I let it slide so I am now leaving this review. She was inpatient and was not delicate (that is to say the least at all. It is as if she wanted to get over and done with. I will not be booking any future appointments with her. Also when asked to remove stains from the upper inside of my teeth she refused, however, there was plenty of time to spare to attempt to remain those stains and I know for a fact it is possible (althought she claimed she tried and it wasn't possible) because my wife is a dentist and has done so for me in the past.

Fantastic experience: Received such excellent treatment from the team at the Care Dental Practice. It was completely pain-free and the dentist was very empathetic to my needs, listened actively and communicated clearly. He explained everything clearly and let me know all the options I had (including just monitoring in future). I explained that I had a very bad, painful experience at a dentist previously. It happened to be the same problem, on the same tooth. I was naturally incredibly nervous about undergoing the same procedure. The NO was administered as well as local anesthetic and everyone was very patient until I was sure that I did not feel anything. Thank you!!

Negative experience: I visited this clinic on the eve of my wedding for the extraction of a troublesome tooth. The clinic itself was beautifully clean with a lovely reception area, but unfortunately, my experience with the treatment was far from satisfactory. The dentist strongly suggested attempting a root canal treatment before extraction. He assured me that if he encountered any serious issues during the procedure, he would inform me. Reluctantly, I agreed to these terms. However, the treatment turned out to be excruciatingly painful as it was performed without proper anesthesia. I cried and teared up throughout, but the dentist insisted that I endure it. He carried out the canal work and sealed the tooth with a filling. Only afterward did he show me photographs taken during the procedure when the tooth was exposed. A clear crack extending into the root was evident. I had previously seen a similar situation with another tooth, which had to be extracted due to a similar crack. The dentist informed me that if the pain persisted, the tooth would need to be extracted. I was charged £265 for the entire ordeal. The pain was unbearable and did not subside. I feared that I wouldn't be able to attend my own wedding. I had to urgently seek another dentist who, upon reviewing the photoes and X-ray, was appalled that the treatment had been continued instead of stopping to inform me of the situation or suggesting the removal of the tooth. I had to pay for another emergency visit and the extraction. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this clinic. They seem more interested in pushing for extensive and costly treatments that may not be necessary or, worse, could lead to complications.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rubina is an incredible dentist, very professional and extremely caring. Shes been my dentist for the past three years and I couldn’t be happier. Shes currently doing my Invisalign and my teeth are looking so much better! She also does my facial aesthetics, very naturally, she’s given me so much confidence in the past couple of years, I couldnt thank her more. If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy dentists or aesthetic clinician shes the one! Also a massive thank you to Zulima and Dani for their professionalism and helping me in the process

Fantastic experience: Awesome cleaning session done here!! Very thorough and attentive! Possibly the best hygiene session with specialist Anjula Gahlot. Usuaully extremely nervous about going to the dentist but the whole team here is great and make you feel at easy.

Positive experience: I am dentist phobic after bad experiences and witnessing other family members have very bad experiences - Hence my teeth are no longer at their best - Dr Rubina was excellent, l felt at ease and dare l say it looked forward to returning to complete my treatment. Only downside for me is that it’s a little pricey- but the saying goes you get what you pay for…

Fantastic experience: I have just visited Care Dental Practice. I couldn’t find a Dentist on the NHS for the last four years. Needless to say my teeth have suffered. Being a very nervous patient I was instantly made to feel comfortable, from the lovely lady on reception. The dentist I was seen by this afternoon, was both friendly ,kind and empathetic to my needs and treatment required. I am happy to say I will be returning to complete all the course of treatment and beyond. Well done excellent customer service.. 108887% recommend this practice :)))

Negative experience: It used to be a great practice until very recently. There seems to be a high turnover of dentists and hygienists usually the best( ie Dr Angeliki)- leaving for less competent and/or less friendly staff. I raised a complaint against one of them particularly, Dr Rubina who was not only rude but also almost caused a serious dental problem that then had to be fixed by another dentist, causing me to pay more in pain and money. All other dentists get fully booked quickly while Dr Rubina always seems to have availability.Clearly patients are avoiding her and it’s not difficult to understand why!!!

Fantastic experience: I got the chance to experience the enjoyable dentistry technique, and all I can say, is that it was brilliant. Till today, it is one of the most relaxing experiences so far, even better than a Spa (lol). Would totally recommend to all patients. It’s just incredible to be able to get dental work done in such a relaxed and friendly environment. Once you experience this, there’s no going back.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this practice. I gave it a go twice. The first time, my gum was badly bruised for days after the hygienist visit. I visit hygienist every 4 months so I know very well how it suppose to feel. Second time, a few years later I came in for cleaning again and I was overcharged. I booked 30 minutes visit, but I was charged for 45 minutes new client visit - even though my visit was only 30 minutes and I was clearly not a new client. Thirdly, after all these experiences I receive an email ‘reminder of my upcoming appointment’ - I didn’t have this appointment in my calendar and clearly I would not book it as I was not happy with the service… so I had to call to cancel. I have better things to do than just call to cancel appointments I never booked. This practice gives me a feeling of being not trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this practice, was a great experience from start to finish. I had been looking for a local dentist and I will be using the care dental team going forward, they made me feel very welcome and reassured!

Fantastic experience: Best clinic I ever went to . Wonderful service , highly professional staff. Doctor Charan Virdi is the most amazing , gifted and talented doctor I ever encountered. She explains to you with great professionalism and patience what your problems are and how can she help you. She has a very very delicate aproach and knows how to deal with any pain. Fantastic experience: I just love this dental practice. From the receptionists to the dentists and hygienists, everyone is so nice, friendly and accomodating. The dentists are top notch and very professional for kids and adults alike. We always go there for hygiene and I couldn't recommend Angela highly enough. She is thorough and gentle at the same time, leaving you feeling really refreshed! She is great at making your teeth squeaky clean and always puts children at ease. Great team, awesome practice!

Fantastic experience: As a patient of this practice for a considerable number of years, I have consistently received EXCELLENT care from Care Dental. The name is no mistake, whichever dentist I have been treated by has always shown me Compassion, kindness & consideration but most of all absolute professionalism! No matter how fearful I am when I arrive, the receptionists (Amanda and Maisie) always ensure that I am relaxed and ready for my appointment. After which, I invariably walk out smiling from my dentist, so you know my dentist Dr Mahir is like Disney; pure magic!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Mahir for teeth whitening. He is an excellent and highly capable dentist who patiently explained the process and gave me incredible results. Couldn't recommended him enough. Would give him 6 stars if I could.

Positive experience: Clear Alignment Treatment - Dr Taran Yesterday I have walked away with an incredible smile from Dental Practise Hammersmith and I am very happy with the end result! I first went to see them in Nov 2020 to discuss invisalign with two seriously dodgy teeth, one big chipped tooth and plenty discoloured. I was given excellent information on all treatments available and I went ahead with clear aligners to try save some $$$. Unknown to me I had a very stubborn tooth that failed to rotate and caused me some issues which further delayed my treatment by more than the expected 6 months (moving out of London also did not help). Even with the remote treatment Dr Taran went above and beyond to help me get the smile I wanted! The stubborn tooth meant that I didn't quite get the smile I desired but with Dr Tarans help (& some composite) it is nearly impossible to tell that it is not aligned unless magnified. As for the chipped tooth & other dodgy tooth that has now gone and the teeth whitening has helped enormously. For someone who has always had bad teeth I am over the moon that I can now smile confidently! 4* as I feel like the duration could have been quicker and unsure just how stubborn the tooth is or if it was the treatment. Overall however I'd just like to say really pleased & service was always very good! Huge thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Wanted to say big THANK YOU to Dr Mahir and his kind lady assistant for outstanding service. They exceed all expectations, made our visit enjoyable and relaxing for my 5 years daughter. She didn't mind her 3 teeth to be fixed, she even had much fun chatting and dancing with them. Also big THANK YOU for my fixed teeth, great communication and saved time as we didn't need one more appointment. They made us feel cared about and important.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Care Dental. I visited the clinic while pregnant as an NHS patient for a routine filling treatment. The dentist used a temporary filling but was never told so even though I went after I gave birth for a check-up. I only discovered that the filling was temporary when I went to another dental clinic for treatment after experiencing excruciating pain. I now require a root canal that I will have to pay for privately.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rubina is just amazing!! The advice given and the care she took while performing were great! I felt safe and confident from the get go! And results are speaking for themselves. Top notch!!

Fantastic experience: Today I had many fillings done and my experience with Dr Bashar was amazing being pain free and so so relaxing. One hour went by very quickly. I have never had such a wonderful experience going to the dentist. Dr Bashar is extremely professional and efficient! The practice is very clean and the staff are so welcoming!! Fantastic experience: Brilliant service every time. Wonderful, highly professional and friendly dentists and reception staff. They treat you with care and respect and are very genuine. The only thing i'd improve is that I feel that the music in the main reception needs to be turned down a notch (little loud at times) and perhaps something a little more ambient and soothing maybe more appropriate. Otherwise, it's a beautiful setting, clean facilities and nice waiting area. They're the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: I don't know which is the _worst_ pain in the world, but toothache must be right up there. Mine began as an occasional ache in both my upper and lower jaws, but then it hurt as soon as I put food in my mouth and it went downhill from there. I was irritable, couldn't focus, couldn't sleep and a week later I was on a steady diet of co-codamol. First thing Monday morning, I called Care Dental Practice in Hammersmith specifically to see a dentist who has treated me before, Dr Rubina Iftikhar. I got an appointment 2 days later. Dr Rubina quickly diagnosed the problem and told me a root canal would be necessary on the problem tooth (at that point I would have gone for a head transplant just to get rid of the pain!) Then comes the miracle part: Dr Rubina made it possible to see her later that day AND she gave me some local anaesthetic on the spot which made my pain go away instantly and kept it at bay until my appointment. The actual procedure was painless as it was done under a local, but what made it less stressful was Dr Rubina's calm, collected approach and her explanations of exactly what was happening and why. Dr Rubina is a consummate professional and when you are in the care of a confident professional you feel calm. Now I am pain free, but the whole purpose of this review is to praise the skill and compassion that Dr Rubina exercised, and the speed with which I was able to get treatment. I am aware that not everyone is able to choose private dentistry but if you are, then I can't recommend Dr Rubina at The Care Dental Clinic highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This review is for the outstanding work Doctor Taran. When I visited the practice to have the Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth on the top and bottom. Fantastic experience: My experience at Care Dental has exceeded my expectations tenfold. It was my first time at a dentist for some time and I immediately felt at ease. My teeth have been absolutely transformed in the past few weeks which is solely down to the credit of Dr Mahir and his team. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Negative experience: Unfortunately pretty much every procedure I have had done as an NHS patient has gone wrong. A couple of inlays fell out well before there time and a crown fell out just after a year which I have had to pay a fortune to fix privately elsewhere as I have moved to another area. I was warned they use much cheaper materials for NHS patients but I have suffered due to this and have ended up going through quiye a bit of discomfort & money to fix what was done at this practice, I think if you see this practice privately it is another story, I was exempt at the time due to pregnancies so perhaps I should have seen them privately in the first place as this would have avoided all the damage to my teeth and the money I had to spend (and more!) to fix them properly. Picture attached is what my tooth looked like after the crown had fallen off just over a year after having it put on- it looks very decayed underneath meaning it wasn’t on properly and wasn’t cleaned properly beforehand…- a shame as nice staff etc.

Fantastic experience: I was looking into Invisalign braces for a very long time and visited many practices in West London. Admittedly, I wasn't filled with much confidence, let alone reassured that my best interests were being catered for. However, as soon as I visited The Care Dental Practise I was instantly pleased by the level of professionalism and courteous etiquette shown from the welcoming receptionist to Dr Taran who was exceptionally pleasant and thorough. There was also a genuine interest to provide great customer satisfaction. Through my journey with Invisalign braces, Dr Taran handled the whole process efficiently and made the journey fun ensuring I was at ease and relaxed at all times - handling any questions and concerns that I may have had. I am grateful to The Care Dental Practise and with Dr Taran in particular who was able to provide the results I was looking for! If anyone is out there currently looking for Invisalign braces, I highly recommend you to pay a visit, you will honestly be pleased with the outcome and experience.

Negative experience: If you’re considering this place from their offer on Groupon for a single implant, please bare in mind that they charge you £95 just for X-rays. This is not mentioned in the deal and it actually says scans are included in the price. This should not be allowed I think it’s misleading people. They will probably say you’re not suitable for the deal after you’ve paid for and had the scans. Then they will try and persuade you to go for the more expensive options. Personally I think their quite extortionate and misleading so please bare that in mind.

Fantastic experience: I came across Care Dental Practice after a lot of searching for a dentist who specialises in patients with phobia and anxiety of dentists. Previously I have had bad experiences that left me with high level of anxiety, to the point of hearing the word 'dentist' causing an anxiety reaction. I needed to visit a dentist as I was experiencing pain and found Dr Rubina and read really positives reviews. I turned up sceptical that I would experience the same treatment as before. When I first entered The Care Dental Practice I was met with a really welcoming and friendly atmosphere and staff who were incredibly understanding. Meeting Dr Rubina was a breath of fresh air, she was understanding of my phobia and our first conversation was about me and not my teeth, she really wanted to know why I was there and who I am. At the initial assessment we put a plan in place for treatment that I felt comfortable with and worked reassured the elements of my fear. Prior to the first treatment appointment I was unable to sleep for days before and in a high anxiety state, during that appointment everyone I encountered was accommodating and worked to put me at ease. The experience with the Happy Dentistry method has been life changing, I felt like a different person by the end and more reassured of a positive experience for my further treatment appointments. I have been seeing Dr Rubina regularly and almost at the end of my treatment plan for the last 9 months and she has put a massive dent in my phobia and I can't imagine going to anyone else. Thank you Dr Rubina and everyone at The Care Dental Practice! :)

Fantastic experience: I am an anxious patient and had a filling today with Dr Rubina and cannot believe my experience. I have never felt as relaxed as what I did today, Dr Rubina is lovely, she is very reassuring and I did not feel a thing. I felt like I had only been in there 5 mins not 45 mins. I have been to care dental a few times and will never go anywhere else now. The reception staff are also great, I always get called the day before my appointment and they put me at ease whilst in the waiting room. It’s a truly 5 star experience. Thank you.

Negative experience: I asked for an estimate based on the work another dentist has already started. I was asked to send the X-rays which nobody could then find Called so many times and I was always told someone would call back . They never did. I thought dentists had a duty of care, their main priority to look after patients?I would not recommend them , especially if in pain. Please do not waste your time. Take care

Fantastic experience: I visited The Care Dental Practice some time ago to get lip fillers with Dr Rubina. All I can say is it is a great practice, great team and a great service, and to top it off I am very happy with my results! Having a massive phobia of needles, I was anxious from the get go, but I was welcomed and put at ease immediately from reception from both Helia and Debbie, so thank you! And then when the time came for treatment, Dr Rubina again also put me at ease, she was very calming and very professional, she made sure I understood everything before going ahead and explained the whole procedure. I am very very happy with my results, subtle and natural which is what I was going for and I look forward to my next visit soon!

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice and superb dentist. I had 5 appointments with Dr Sidhu over the course of a month. The procedure was for crown's and fillings. He did an amazing job on making me feel comfortable. Explaining in full detail the process. My teeth were a complete mess before and he has somehow saved them. I am thankful for his technical skills and compassionate bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: My 7yr old sons review. "Daddy, I was really scared of dentist. I didnt like all those different sounds, but Dr.Rubina made me feel super happy and comfortable". To make a child feel comfortable enough to share his opinion is testament to the quality and care given.

Fantastic experience: I have always been nervous about going to the dentist ever since I was young. I booked an appointment at The Care Dental Practise because of their specialisation in helping nervous patients. I was overdue an appointment and was so anxious the morning of the appointment. But I can say wholeheartedly that this is the BEST dentist experience I have ever had. Usually hygenist appointments are painful and unpleasent, but the hygenists here offer 'happy gas' (I think it's similar to gas & air/Entonox) which puts you in a completely relaxed state. Honestly, I didn't think this would work for me - but it did! I was completely relaxed, almost felt like I was asleep! I just shut my eyes and drifted off, and time passed really quickly. I felt no pain, and could have stayed there for hours! The hygenist played relaxing music and reassured me that they would take great care of me when I mentioned I was nervous, and they certainly did. I couldn't be more happy with the service I recieved. It was worth the money AND more! Also the practise has exceptionally friendly receptionist staff, a clean and tidy waiting area and quick, efficient service. My teeth are sparkly clean, I have no pain or soreness and it was all over within less than 45 minutes. I couldn't praise this place more - if you are a nervous patient then this is the dentist for you. Simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to write this review because Dr. Rubina and Debbie have really helped me; there must be other people who are afraid of the dentist so hopefully they read this review. If I could give a million stars I honestly would. I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist; absolutely terrified so I thought I should try this dental practice as they mention on their website that they are used to dealing with nervous patients. Even entering the building, waiting and sitting in the chair makes me crazily afraid. Debbie the receptionist was so welcoming, she calmed me down and waited with me and even took me into my appointment (I'm 26 but still wanted to hold her hand). Dr. Rubina was calm and confident; she totally understood how I was feeling and reassured me at every stage. I have never ever had such a good dental experience. I was in there for about an hour yet it felt like 15/20 minutes; I actually kept thinking have we even started? Even if you are not scared of the dentist, the level of professionalism and kindness is amazing. I was afraid to even call to book an appointment, I could do this all online and even chat to the receptionist on a chat function! Helia reassured me via the chat and it helped me feel ready to come in. I wanted an appointment asap and I only had to wait a couple of days; in fact I think there were appointments even earlier but I had to take off time from work. This was super convenient, easy to book and just more amazing than I could have ever dreamed. Even if I moved away, I genuinely think I travel to go here and see Dr. Rubina and Debbie. Honestly, go here and you won't be disappointed. There was no incentive or pay to write this review; just extreme admiration for such a brilliant service.

Fantastic experience: I specifically crossed to the other side of London to come here and I am happy to have done it. Dr. Rubina was efficient, thorough and made a quick extraction of a broken tooth in a completely painless fashion. The ladies at reception were also lovely. Everyone was lovely, really. 500/5, would cross the city again.

I was nervous at first, but as soon as i walked in all the lovely reception ladies made my feel super relaxed, very friendly. Met Dr Taran, he was fantastic ! Positive experience: Great experience at the Care dental practice. Very professional team. Zara, the hygienist has done a thorough check up and hygiene clean, and took the time to give me plenty of advice to take care of my oral health. Worth noting that the services are quite expensive. The consultation with the hygienist costed me £110, which is a lot more than what I used to pay with the dentist at the same practice and above standard price.

Fantastic experience: When I’m with Dr. Sidhu... I’m in good hands! I have visited to many well-known dentists in London... BUT ! The Care Dental Practice exceeded all my expectations! Receptionist Helia and nurse Ines were very polite, gentle and patient. Dr. Taran Sidhu is a professional of the highest class, easily finds a common language with children. Dr. Sidhu has an excellent accomplishment record and reputation!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all round for Dr Angeliki and the team at Care Dental. I had been looking for a dentist for my reluctant Mum - who has the highest standards when it comes to patient care - for some time, and right from the start Dr Angeliki put her at ease, explaining the treatment plan in full and taking excellent care of her through each appointment. So much so, that I am now a patient here too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place if you are nervous about dentist appointments (and if you're not!). I have pretty bad anxiety about having any kind of dental treatment, to the point where i avoided check ups for a number of years, but I just had 2 fillings done at the Care Dental Practice and having the Enjoyable Dentistry Technique made it a very positive experience. It really relaxed me and made the whole visit pretty much pain free. I also have vestibular issues, meaning i cannot have the chair reclined all the way back and Dr Rubina was super accomodating and understanding and worked around that. Can't recommend her and this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I have always been so scared to go to the dentist. Only when it becomes unbearable will I go. We moved to London a year ago and hadn't sorted a dentist as yet. This Christmas I had the most awful toothache. I found the Care Dental Practice on line and booked in. I was so nervous. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by the lovely staff. They are so caring and friendly. Ms Rubina couldn't have been more caring and understanding. Ms Rubina made my experience pain free. They really can't do enough for you. Fantastic experience: Been going to this dentist for a little while now as used to have a phobia about dentists (As quite a lot of people do) but mine was gone/cured after my 1st visit here. Taran is a brilliant dentist and also great guy. He chats to you like a friend makes you very comfortable. He explains everything fully to you before and after treatment . The reception staff are absolutely lovely, incredibly welcoming and cheerful as are all the nurses that assist. I highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here! After seeing Dr. Rubina twice with dental emergencies I was finally brave enough for the emergency treatment, and she was so caring and thorough and really understanding of my financial situation and fears of the dentist! My whole time I felt looked after by every member of the team, never embarrassed or judged or anything like that! I’ll definitely be considering switching to a permanent patient here!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding services: starting online chat with Hannah who went the extra mile to get feedback to dentist after I sent picture, to arrange an appointment for me to see the dentist, with the knowledge that I am a nervous patient. Fantastic experience: Superb dental clinic in London, been a few times for my son and each time its better than the last. Not everyday you discuss the dentist over dinner but Dr Taran and the team were incredible. From start to finish the treatment was completed with no issues and many laughs along the way. Fantastic experience: Easy 5 stars from me and this is why: More-less I'm a little bit scared with the whole dentist thing and Dr Angeliki Androulaki made me feel more comfortable than ever. She is professional and takes time to answer any concerns that the patient may have. I've done already 2 fillings and continue with the Invisalign Clear Braces.

Fantastic experience: I had a sudden emergency - my crown fell out at 4:30pm on a Friday. I called them following a Google search - the person I spoke to (Debbie) made me instantly feel like I had called the right place and that I would be sorted in no time. That proved to be indeed the case - I was invited for an appointment 20 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, my crown had been reattached by Dr Rubina - as if nothing had ever happened. One of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I can't thank them enough for solving an issue that initially felt particularly distressing. Thank you Debbie, thank you Dr Rubina! Fantastic experience: Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to the receptionist team that displayed excellent customer service skills to me as a new patient of The Care Dental Practice (TCDP). I'm going to explain why this practice was given 5 stars, which is worth reading! I had an incident as we do, which damaged my tooth and I required urgent care before it got worse. So, I searched many dental practices across London and reviewed their feedback responses with great detail. Then I came across TCDP. Please note, I have not been to a dental practice in years because I have taken good oral care of my mouth and diet. However, I booked my appointment via their online chat message service with a very helpful person named Helia, which I thought was a Bot but instead was a real person. She kindly offered me an appointment the same day and explained everything I need to do including estimated costs which was great but I booked a later date and time. After swiftly receiving my appointment details via email, I was still feeling nervous and apprehensive returning back to a dentist. On the day of my appointment I was kindly greeted by Helia in person who was attentive, friendly and very professional. I also arrived early and asked the reception team if I could bring my appointment forward, which they kindly arranged for me with no stress. The seating area layout of the centre was clean and I couldn't hear any drills going off which put me at ease. Now, what really took my appointment to the next level in customer service and professionalism was Dr Taran. He welcomed me with great positive energy, respect, empathy, professionalism and customer focused attitude. The strangest thing about his approach was that it was so good he removed all my worries instantly and before I knew it my treatment was done! . On a final note, I want to say that this is the best experience I have had in a dentist for years and I will be returning confidently to do more check-ups and further oral treatments in the future. Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth cleaned for the first time since last September by the lovely Hygienist Anna. I received the EDT treatment which was an extremely relaxed experience. Anna had explained everything about the treatment. As my teeth are sensitive I was a little nervous but listening to the beautiful calming music and Anna’s voice helped me to relax. Before leaving Anna showed me the correct brushing technique which is very important! I was also given a print out on how to achieve short and long term good oral health which explains the best tooth brushes and tooth paste to use I need to have another hygiene appointment and am looking forward to it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Positive experience: At the beginning I been very disappointed with this Dental practice but at the end I realised that it has been only a misunderstanding between me, one of the receptionist and a doctor. Fortunately I decide to give them a second chance and after change doctor I can say that my first impression has been wrong. The customer service of Hanna (one of the lady in charge of the reception) has been great. Dr Rubina is an excellent dentist and I been glad to have her like doctor... She fixed my issue very well and she was really available to any question and any request of help. Great Clinic that i would recommend to anyone.(clean and professional) I no give 5 star only because of the misunderstanding at the beginning with another doctor of the clinic, but if I was with dr Rubina since the first time it was for sure a 5 Star!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: If you get nervous or anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go! Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. A friend recommended this dental practise to me after I complained about some damaged fillings and traumatic dentist experiences in the past. Booking an appointment over the phone was smooth and easy, the receptionists were super lovely and friendly on the phone. They were even nicer in person, they really calmed you down before even meeting the dentist, so thank you Debbie and Helie. Dr Taran was amazing, talked me through everything he was doing in a very calming manner, he even let me have my chose of playlist playing in the background while he was working on my teeth. Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist practice ever. What can I say about Dr Rubina ! She is not only highly talented at her work but an excellent and kind person. She has so much patience. I used to suffer from anxiety even at the thought of a dentist visit. I also have a gag reflex. She is the only dentist that can put me at ease and is able to perform dential work. The staff behind the front desk were warm and welcoming armed with answers to any queries. The hygienist was professional, very informative, gave wonderful advice and did a truly brilliant job. She used a numbing cream which meant the entire procedure was pain free and efficient. I would highly recommend a visit to this very friendly and professional dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Care Dental Practice today. I saw Zara the hygienist for the first time, she was very friendly and gentle when cleaning. The results are amazing, she has removed all of the staining on my teeth. I would definitely recomend this hygienist and the company to my friends and family! Fantastic experience: Broke my front crown and was very upset, I called care dental and got an appointment a few hours later. Hannah on reception was very welcoming and friendly and kept me updated on how long the wait was. Dr Rubina Iftikhar the destist who see me was very sympathetic and went to an awful lot of trouble and I left with a new tooth the entire experience from the first phone call to the treatment was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! The best dentist i have honestly been too. I was always terrified of the dentist and after years of putting it off i was lured in by the reviews of Care Dental and it honestly was the best experience with a dental practice i have had my whole life. Fantastic experience: Firstly I have to say ... i'm a nervous patient. I've spent most of my life in a dentist chair so it's rarely a pleasant experience for me. That being said, i'm new to London and was looking for a dentist and the COVID hit. This weekend I woke up with what I knew was an infection and had to act fast. Google to the rescue! I managed to get a same day appointment and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Although the anxiety still prevailed from entering the practice until I walked out the door it was a great experience. The dentist was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, there were even a few laughs. I've even now booked a follow-up appointment to start to deal with some of the issues. Thank you for making my dental experience a little less ominous and scary.

They're up to date with the latest tech using a great camera and iPad to scan the teeth and display the results immediately. Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at care dental, after extreme pain during the weekend and my local dentist saying they could not treat me due to only taking emergency appointments I went to care dental on Tuesday and my wisdom tooth was removed Thursday. I was treated with so much respect and made to feel comfortable, it was as if I had known Taren for decades, this really eased my fear of the dentist. I am so glad I came across them and I’m happier without my infected wisdom tooth. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Anna is without doubt the best hygienist who has ever looked after my teeth. I have a fixed retainer behind my teeth, which has caused some plaque build-up I was concerned about. She not only removed everything with ease, and without any pain, she showed me the best way to floss and brush moving forwards - something no other dentist has ever done. She is wonderful and I can't wait to see her again in three months - something I never thought I'd say!
