Negative experience: I have been a customer of the practice for 2 years and never experienced any problems until I had to cancel a pre-paid appointment and needed a refund. A simple refund took me 3 weeks to receive and the communication by the reception team was simply appalling! They did not know why my refund was delayed and they would promise to speak to their finance team and update me. I didn’t get any updates as promised and they would refuse to put through to the practice manager to resolve this (as per their complaints policy). I emailed several times and my emails were left unanswered every time. I had to make an informal complaint in the end and was ready to take a step further when money finally came through. Very disappointing experience. I have now switched practice.

Positive experience: I was in for a checkup, which was quickly completed in less than 3 minutes, When I had been checked before by a dentist who has since left (Louis) he also gave me a quick hygiene clean , but it was not done this time, This was disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with my treatment .Arrived early and was treated early thank you l'm more concerned where l can park my car than my treatment which has aways been straightforward and good l'm kept fully informed about what is proposed and what is happening throughout the procedure including any additional costs so no surprises Have been attending this practice for about 10 years and never felt l had any reason to question the treatment or the hospitality of the staff during that time.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for a while, and we had our ups and downs. But my child recently had a tooth removed, and I was quite nervous about it. However, the staff did a great job they were patient, reassuring, and successfully helped her stay calm when she was upset. The same level of care was given to my son during his treatment, which I really appreciated. Their check-ups are always thorough, and I like that they call to remind us of upcoming appointments. It’s a helpful touch that keeps everything on track.

She explains what she observes and gives you options to move forward, giving you the knowledge and control of the situation. Everyone is extremely kind at the clinic. Fantastic experience: I had a filling today with Sheida Nejad, she explained everything that was happening and made sure throughout the appointment that I was okay. She also advised me on a root canal treatment I had at a previous dentist and gave me a few different suggestions on what I should do. Very happy with my experience, will definitely be going back

Negative experience: The man who removed my tooth rushed did not wait for my mouth to be numb, man handled m. At one point said “stop I want to go” he would’nt let me go. He instead threatened to cancel treatment and I called his bluff he tried saying it’s almost out and did not wait again I made him wait and still man handled me I would never go there again under NHS he comes 3 x year supposedly so stay away. So bad practice and when I spoke to my dentist they knew him straight away as rushing the job and man handling patients. Disgusting practice.

Positive experience: Pre-visit materials were friendly and easy to understand. Pleasant reception and appointment was on time. For me it was a difficult appointment ( as far as treatment was concerned) but my concerns were talked through and the treatment went ahead efficiently and I felt "looked after"

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class dentist. I was referred to Together Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction, which was never going to be an easy job. The dentist was efficient and focused, and oozed confidence and experience at every stage. Even when the root did not want to come out, we were chuckling and agreeing a plan, I felt totally relaxed and in safe hands at every stage. I cannot imagine a better experience for what was always going to be a tricky job. Top marks and thanks!

Positive experience: I struggle coming to the dentist, and have developed a fear, but I am put at ease and made to feel comfortable and listened to for any treatment I need.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from tooth cavity and pain for nearly a month. Although I visited two other dental clinics for temporary filling and extraction, the issue didn't get resolved, and ultimately got referred to 'Together Dental' Cambridge. Dr Samir Habib and his assistants (Ms Brook and Ms Debora) attended me (on 17 July) and managed to extract the root( the crown was already damaged during the treatment at the previous clinics)from the most restricted location in a matter of minutes. Really appreciate the professional approach and skill of Dr Sameer and his team. Will not think of another clinic in future.

Negative experience: Dentist Suchitra Kunder is a very rude and unsympathetic for a disable person who list his walking skill and cannot stan still. I am a very unlucky disable person who had to see S. Kunder instead of an other dentist. My first visit finished disastrously before it started. Shame on you S.Kunder

After an examination and x-ray, Dr. Suchithra Kunder clearly explained the options for treatment. She performed very skillfully. Her manner was reassuring at all times and she made me feel at ease throughout. I would have no reservations in recommending Dr. Suchithra Kunder and her team at Dental Together for any dental treatments.

Fantastic experience: A crown had come out. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was dealt with straight away. The crown was fixed back and I was away within 20 minutes of arriving. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience from NHS wisdom tooth removal. Was in and out very quick nice friendly staff. I had the extraction about a month ago and have never felt any pain from it didn’t have to take any pain killers even the day after so must have been a good dentist. I did see this place does have some bad reviews in regards to NHS referrals but I really didn’t experience any of those things. So if you have a wisdom extraction here I would say nothing to worry about I didn’t feel any pain even after the numbing wore off.

Negative experience: I used to love this dentists, so lovely and friendly. Yet as of late, have found this dentist has become very much all for it’s private patients and are always pushing to sell NHS patients private treatments that in reality, most of us cannot afford. If we could afford private, we wouldn’t need an NHS dentist in the first place. Trying to get an appointment has become really difficult and when I had a really bad infection, despite my informing them over the phone the abscess had burst and seeking advice, I was invited in and then was made to feel so insignificant and like I did not really deserve the appointment they had apparently released from the private appointments for me as an NHS patient and told I must not put pressure on the service. Then the emphasis was on offering me paid for treatment of around £500 plus. I find the dentist is often highly strung with us and pretty abrupt, making us feel like myself and my family are not worthy of our NHS appointments, always complaining of the pressures on dentists. Whilst I am understanding towards that, my work is understaffed and can be pressure-some too, I do not believe that should be taken out on a patient/client and I am sorry I cannot afford private treatment.

Negative experience: Too harsh, no connection with the patient and make me feel nervous the whole time. Empathy with the patient level: None, null, zero. When I went out of the dental surgery I was checking and start crying, it was literally like a horror movie. The doctor Not recommended at all, my face and jaw hurts horrible. I have never had this pain in any of my wisdom tooth extraction in my life. Too hard for me and I really hope I won't have any complications in the following days.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience. Was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction - than god it's not my regular dentist. Receptionists gossiping in front of patients whilst I waited. Although I was early and seen on time, everything felt extremely rushed. I was barely numb when the dentist dived into my mouth and with very little care or attention to detail. I feel like I've been through 8 rounds with Tyson. Will absolutely not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Gisella treated me very good with my false teeth which broke in two she sorted me out now I can smile thank you gisell Had my second fitting for my new teeth, gisella very professional got my third fitting on 18/01/2023 got no complaints with the treatment I like to wish staff at the dentist a very happy Christmas and a happy new year. 19/6/2023 Me and my wife had a appointment this morning at 11.15 and 11.35 we were welcome by the receptionist with a smile and help us to fill our forms, my wife went in first to see Gisella for her check up which was OK, the nurse called me in to see Gisella with a lovely greeting and a smile which makes you relaxed, she was so professional about my treatment see found a problem in my neck, she said I referred you to hospital but it might be only my glands hope so that's how professional she is, and the nurse looked after me as well. They are a great team.

Fantastic experience: My whole family uses this dental surgery, and I've been coming here a lot over the past year for Invisalign treatment with Dr Sheida Nejad. It's a real gem. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, even when overstretched. Sheida is amazing: she's careful, efficient, adaptable, very professional and always has constructive suggestions. Dental checkups and treatment used to be a real chore (especially at my previous surgery, which was chaotic), but I've felt really looked after and on top of my dental health since switching over. Negative experience: After a visit to a dentist in this practice, I was sent an email by them to add a review for the dentist/practice. I put my honest opinion in my review/feedback. After a fews days, the practice manager called me and asked me to remove my review, otherwise they would take further actions. With them threatening me as such, I decided to remove my review/feedback.

Fantastic experience: Gisella is a great dentist, she is allways very nice to me i allways feel very comforable there, i have needed a few emergency appoinments and she allways manages too see me, she also gives me good advice on how to look after my teeth better, wouldn't want to go with anyone else

Fantastic experience: Lovely surgery. Very caring. Alas a very rude woman on reception really letting the practice down at the moment. I almost felt like huffing and puffing aloud. I was inwardly so angry at how offensive she was being. So rude her unprofessional vanity was shocking. Fortunately the other receptionist who was having to work with her, was so lovely to me; and patient I managed to get over the embarrassment caused by this woman in the waiting room. Honestly!!!!! The nice receptionist deserves a medal for putting up with it all day.
