Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Parkway Dental enough. As a needle phobic I bit the bullet and decided to have two extractions under general anaesthesia due to long NHS waiting lists. The whole procedure went without issues in a calm, compassionate environment. All staff from the Dental surgeon right through to reception staff were nothing but polite, reassuring and professional. Thank you to everyone who dealt with me today and responded to all my concerns in advance. Can't thank you all enough.

Fantastic experience: After waiting to be referred after my tooth snapping off and my dentist being unable to extract the rest of it, I’ve just had my tooth removed by Dr Shah. I’ve been a nervous wreck about this, worried about stitched, the whole hog. I had a little cry whilst the nurse took me to the room, and my goodness what a wonderful team. They made me feel comfortable, safe and made sure I felt no discomfort at all. No pain, I’m really just in disbelief, pleasantly surprised. I’ve walked out with no stitches, a big smile on my face, and a whole amount of gratitude to the wonderful team. It really took no time at all and it wasn’t an easy job for the team. Dr Shah and crew are fabulous and I hope any worries you have are settled after reading this review.

Fantastic experience: Although the appointment was slightly late by around 15-20 minutes, it was worth the wait. The dentist put me at ease and advised how I could brush my teeth better to avoid bleeding gums. Feel happier since and have arranged a hygienist appointment for a few months time. Nice calm environment surrounded by professional, friendly staff. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Had to 'go private' for urgent extractions due to length of NHS waiting list. Was pleasantly surprised, much more reasonable than I expected! Staff absolutely lovely...genuinely so! Mr. Kittur was my surgeon and I really felt 'safe' in their hands, being obvs anxious. As I have medical issues, it was taken seriously and everything planned for. I knew it wd be a difficult procedure due to past experiences but 3 stubborn roots were swiftly and painlessly dealt with, with constant reassurance and update given by the team. I couldn't speak any more highly of them all, as a team, and wdnt hesitate in using their expert skills again shd the need arise. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hesham and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. I was very worried about my lower jaw impacted wisdom tooth removal as I've never had a procedure like this before, they both made sure I was comfortable and ensured that I wasn't in any pain whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I have been with parkway a few years and I find it to be a really calm environment and the staff are always friendly. My dentist is very polite and always makes you feel confident about having any procedures and every time I’ve had work done he’s so good I have had barely any pain during or after my procedures. I recently did work with another dentist that specialises in nerve damage for a root canal and she was also very polite and made me feel confident in getting my root canal done and I’m on day 2 of recovery and its caused me very minor pain, more just a slight irritation. If you want work done and are afraid of the pain, don’t be because like I said they are so good you barely feel any and it can be life changing

Fantastic experience: although a patient at an NHS dentist my wife could not get treatment when her NHS bridgework came apart. At the Parkway Joe Sella began an intensive course of treatments that lasted six months to correct the damaged teeth. She was very grateful for this especially with two weddings coming up.

Fantastic experience: I Can’t recommend Parkway enough! I’ve had different cosmetic treatments with both Richard Field and Mike Grey. They were both so professional from the first consultation and gave realistic and honest advice with my smile journey. Mike’s passion shows through his work and I’m so pleased with the outcome! Richard’s attention to detail was another level and was so friendly, remembering little personal details even after months have passed. It doesn’t seem as scary visiting a dentist when they are this patient, kind and attentive. They really are both top of their field! After being so self conscious about my smile for most of my life I flash my new natural pearly whites at any opportunity! Thankyou to both for completely changing my life ❤️

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Dr Hesham Emam, and I have to say he did an amazing job. I had previously had attempts to remove this wisdom tooth, which went badly and caused me a lot of pain later on. I have to say my experience today couldn't have been more differenr. Dr Emam is clearly excellent at his job, he was extremely professional, took the wisdom tooth out in a couple of minutes, causing me absolutely no discomfort. It is worth signing up to the clinic to have access to such a competent professional. Joy ( appolagies if I got the name wrong ) the dental nurse with him, was extremely reassuring, putting me at ease, and clearly knew what she was doing, very grateful. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: My wife needed urgent double root canal surgery that could not be carried out by her regular dentist.Parkway carried out the procedure over three appointments successfully and with compassion as my wife is severely disabled.Excellent work by the whole team from the reception team through to Pedro the dentist. Fantastic experience: I was referred to parkway as my dentist had tried removing my wisdom tooth but failed twice. I had a consultation with Mr Simon Hodder where I explained to him that I was very nervous and debating sedation. He ensured me that the procedure would be simple and that sedation would not be needed. As a professional I put my trust in him and his team and my wisdom tooth was extracted pain free and within minutes. All the staff were friendly, very fast service and would recommend to people who are nervous

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment this morning at 11am to have an extraction When arrived was greated by a lovely lady on reception who was very welcoming sorted my parking badge out for my time at the clinic was called in just before my time the 2 dental nurses were outstanding made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away the dentist who did the extraction I can't remember her name was awesome explained everything that was going to happen and again talked me through each step as it was happening I honestly have never had an extraction so quick and painless I was literally gobsmacked when she said all done definitely a kind caring warm welcoming clinic I honestly can't thank the team enough

Fantastic experience: The ladies in reception are lovely and so helpful. Theo explained everything to me, could see I was nervous, and was very gentle with me. I do have another appointment with them and usually when I go the the dentist I am petrified, but this time I know they help me.

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this clinic and feel compelled to share my experience. I would be embarrassed, if I would run a business like this. Firstly, during my initial registration check-up, I was stunned by the recommendations made. Despite having a healthy tooth with only a minor filling, the suggestion of a crown followed by an implant seemed disproportionate and raised questions about the professional judgment of the dentist. Secondly, the clinic's apparent inability to schedule timely appointments is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a more responsive and accommodating service. The extended wait times not only reflect poorly on the clinic's management but also significantly inconvenience patients. Lastly, I was shocked by the exorbitant quote of over £10,000 for a procedure involving multiple tooth extractions. After seeking second opinions, it became evident that such extensive extractions were unnecessary; other professionals recommended the removal of just one tooth. Opting for another provider, I completed the treatment for a mere £1,700. This stark contrast not only highlights potential ethical issues within the clinic but also brings into question their adherence to the principles of the Hippocratic Oath ‼️ In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against using this clinic's services. Other cons: - waiting for appointments for many months, up to 6 months for a hygienist ‼️ - last minute cancellations by the clinic of appointments are common with company having no contingency plans and resources available They are a bunch of freelancers with no corporate responsibility and care.

Fantastic experience: Very kind, understanding and compassionate staff from the receptionists to the dental team - I have hard time with stress surrounding dental treatment and everyone I met during my recent appointment made things easier to manage compared to how awful it could have been without their gentle and caring approach. Fantastic experience: A first class dental practice. Modern, clean, friendly staff. Easily approachable, and flexible- if you need a last minute appointment or a change then they can accommodate. My dentist is Dr. Pasisi, and I had previously been a patient at another practice years ago when I was in Uni. After a few years of not using a dentist, I registered with Parkway Dental after looking for a new practice and found that Dr. Pasisi had moved there. She is really personable, and I’ve never had any issues with my teeth after any appointments to fix prior work or issues I’d caused (I need to floss more). The injections don’t hurt and when they wear off, there is no pain or irritation at all afterwards. Dr. Pasisi is friendly and there is a friendly professional yet casual doctor patient relationship where you instantly feel at ease and trusting of her work, and can have a conversation about the day to day. 100% would recommend the practice and would follow Dr. Pasisi if she ever moved to a new practice down the line.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue that I should have addressed months ago,but my anxiety made it difficult for me to do so. I finally plucked up the courage to go in to the clinic. It was the best thing I could have done,I was listened to and treated with respect and kindness. I can't praise Hesham,the dentist I saw,highly enough. He totally put me at ease and explained all my options,he achieved the best outcome I could have hoped for. I am truly grateful. All the staff I dealt with were professional but friendly and approachable.

Positive experience: If you cannot drive, it is a bit hard to get to. The advice given is very good, but outside the Clinic it can be hard to carry out. Mirrors, couches, strong lights, guidance are not in everyone's early morning bathroom.

Positive experience: The surgeon and nurses were fantastic during the procedure, the nurses held my hands and were very reassuring. However I asked the surgeon about antibiotics as I thought I already had some sort of infection and was due to fly abroad Monday to work for a week so was worried what would happen if it flared up and he would not prescribe me any amd did not give me painkillers. As a result I had to go to A&E yesterday as I have not been able to hardly open my mouth properly to eat or take my asthma pump, I have an infection in my ear and they couldn't tell about my mouth as i could not open it wide enough to check. Whether it is related or not I dont know but I have not been able to fly out to work so have lost out financially. I do feel this could have been avoided if I had been given the prescription I have asked for.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist said I had to be put to sleep to remove my wisdom tooth. So was sent to parkway Dental Clinic had a look and said can do that awake so went back on 16/04/24 to remove the tooth.( Never been in such shock) All the staff were so calming and really nice got my injection for numbing took the tooth out the nurse said it's out would you like to see it I thought she was joking but no the tooth was removed I didn't feel a thing totally professional service was in and out in about 10 minutes so take it from me if you have a wisdom tooth that needs removing this is the place to come (I'm still in shock) in a good way Thank you so much .

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in (an absolute nervous wreck ) the girls on reception were so welcoming and tried to put me at ease. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist after a terrible experience many years ago. I could not stop shaking while I waited then the nurse called my name, she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The dentist was a lovely man and obviously knew how scared I was. He didn't waste any time because he thought I was going to do a runner The whole procedure was over in literally 3 or 4 minutes top's and pain free. I couldn't believe it when they said there you go, all over! The nurse held my hand all the way through bless her. I feel embarrassed for acting like a nervous wreck and I know plenty like me, but I have never felt so at ease. Wonderful staff who all have an obvious understanding of nervous patients. Thankyou so much to the lovely reception staff, the nurse and my dentist. Would highly recommend for anyone in my situation not to think twice.

Fantastic experience: We as a family can not fault all the time and effort that was put into our daughters care while at Parkway, the staff at Parkway go above and beyond to help in the care provided for all patients. We experienced many issues along the way to get to Parkway. (Seren) is a Parkway receptionist and could not do enough for us. She called and updated us every step of the way, ensuring my daughter was given the care needed. The dental nurses and doctors were all fantastic and on the ball to irradiated issues out of their control, swiftly, without causing unnecessary delays to treatment. We are very thankful for all the staff at Parkway for their team effort in providing a professional and person centered approach for my child. Thank you all very much.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say that I haven’t said already to Dr Sareena Jakhu herself?? Absolutely unbelievable lady! My son was treated with such care, kindness & professionalism and the whole experience, which could’ve been awful for him, was incredible! My son needed an urgent root canal due to infection and on top of that it was a complicated one. Each appointment was just under 2 hours so as you can imagine it was quite a challenge for her.. Not once did my son flinch or feel nervous! Sareena is unbelievable at her job! I/we are so grateful for her time she gave us.. My son couldn’t have been treated any better!! Thankyou so much xx

Fantastic experience: Following a routine dental X Ray, my dentist arranged an emergency appointment for me at Parkway Clinic for a 180° dental scan. When I arrived at Parkway Clinic, I was very impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the Reception staff and also with the professionalism and courtesy of the radiography staff. It was my first visit to Psrkway Clinic and overall, I was most impressed.

Ireni is absolutely wonderful, I have become really stressed over the years as I have sjogrens syndrome which means I need extra care, she is my hero ❤️ Darren who was my origin al dentist a very long time ago was the one who first spotted my Sjogrens, which was confirmed at hospital later, & recently I had an emergency appointment with Owen who put me at ease, with recommendations. Fantastic experience: I had been putting off treatment for almost a decade due to pretty bad anxiety and if you are similar I can not recommend this practice more. I was treated by Ellis W Davies and both he, the anaesthetist, nurses and reception staff were simply faultless. So friendly, understanding and I really appreciated how fast it all was!

Fantastic experience: From the reception staff to the surgeons and support teams everyone made us feel at ease. Any questions have been answered fully and reassurance provided. The office building was clean and well spaced out you didn't feel on top of each other and masks were available if you felt you needed one. After care details were given nd the knowledge that you had a 24 hour number if the worst happens. I didnt require follow up but felt I could contact if I needed to without any issues

Fantastic experience: I've never been a fan of visiting a dentist. All the staff. from desk to dentist, have been fantastic with me. A very calming dentist. Who made me feel at ease. Lovely modern building. Easy to find and park. Lifts if you need. Clean and tidy. Just the job

Fantastic experience: I was looked after from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurses were excellent as was the anaesthesiologist. The surgeon was careful to explain what could go wrong but he was superb and nothing went wrong. I can report no complications of any kind. I was very impressed with everyone there. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Parkway Clinic were amazing dealing with my care from the receptionist booking me in the nurses taking care of me the anesthetists and the doctor/consultant carrying out the procedure to remove a impacted wisdom tooth. They kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, what to expect and advice for self after care.
