A little difficult to get through to on the phone sometimes, but that’s a testimony to their popularity. Couldn’t recommend them more (as far as dentists go!)

Fantastic experience: Not my normal surgery but had to attend on Easter Saturday for an emergency appointment. The booking process was seamless, the reception staff friendly and professional, and the dentist herself couldn't do enough to help and reassure me (a nervous patient). Fantastic experience: Receptionist were very pleasant. Debbie I think her name was, but the other young lady was very helpful too. The dentist I see 'Hamara' was very reassuring and her assistance was pleasant too, that's what you need when you are nervous.

Positive experience: Not alot of help been left in pain for over a week, dont actually listen to why i was there and focused on something entirely different which than caused more pain and problems. Edit. Was called to resolve the problems and to be completely honest i felt reassured for first time in a long time by someone in the medical industry.

Fantastic experience: I went for an emergency appointment as I’ve been struggling to find any nhs dentists accepting new patients, and after experiencing horrible pain for 3 days I had to get it sorted, The woman was very polite and very understanding of my nervousness and fear of the dentist, she clearly explained my 3 options and didn’t pressure me into any, she was very quick and explained what I needed to do after treatment, her and the assistant was speaking during the process which was great for me to keep my mind off of what was being done in my mouth, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We always have a great service whilst visiting, the dental nurse, Humaira Vacliani and assistant are always welcoming and fantastic with myself and two children, my eldest has autism and my youngest has ADHD- whilst I'm being seen the assistant is always helpful with them and the practice in general feels welcoming, my two boys normally get told off or don't want to go, but they love this dentist. Always great.

Fantastic experience: Before I came to this dentist, I couldn't get an appointment with my previous practice. Great knightlys took me in, and from the start the dentist was extreamly professional, made me feel welcome. Fixed all of my teeth including a double crown to hide the missing tooth I had. Smiling is now soo easy again after years of covering up the missing tooth. The reception staff are always amazing! Seem to know who you are when you walk in. Always friendly and happy to chat whilst booking you in. The entire surgery is a 10/10 Thanks you for helping me

Fantastic experience: I have been seen by Dentist Humaira Valliani at Great Knightleys Dental Clinic. To be honest I never met a dentist at this high professionalism. I had big dental problems and in couple of close appointments she sorted them out. Many other dentist from different clinics for years refused to treat me on NHS with one of my front gap, which stopped me getting about because of loss of confidence not being able to talk freely or smile. Besides this, I had couple of extractions and when the time of sedative injection came, she was very gentle and didn’t cause any discomfort. I am very thankful that I was able to register at Great Knightleys Dental Clinic and I have been able to see Dentist Humaira. I am very confident and highly recommend the Dental Clinic. Starting from receptionist and until you have your dental work done, you are surrounded by profesional Dentist friendly staff, and dental nurses.
